Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze a little under a year ago in February 2023 from Kolby. This was a purchase for my teen in which I expressed I wanted a safe, reliable vehicle that had not been in any accidents. Initially had a sticker price of 10k and they reduced it to 9k because it had a 300.00 fix that we can do ourselves . At some point this vehicle was taken to Jensens in Omaha, had work done and only needed that 300.00 dollar issue fixed with no need to have it reinspected at our cost. When asked 3 different times if there were any other issues or information we needed to know about this vehicle, Kolby assured us there wasn t anything else wrong with the vehicle. We took his as is word to heart. Took the car 3 days later to Jensen s to have the valve gasket cover fixed along with a timing chain issue and 2 weeks later (after not being driven) the car would not start. Could not take the car in to be seen until Early April to a Chevy dealership near me to find out the ECM needed to be fixed due to a fried battery and the tow truck driver noticed coolant leakage so that issue had to be fixed as well, 988.00 dollars later the car was drivable again. Then again in late April (same month) the car would not start again. This time I reached out to Archie instead trying to talk to Kolby who said, sorry, there s nothing we can do, you bought the vehicle, as is. Archie, too, tried to tell me I bought the car as is but I countered that Kolby s statement of as is was a minor 300.00 dollar issue, and constant reassurance there were no other problems with the car, not the damages and costs of the vehicle has and more than likely had when I bought this vehicle. Archie relented and had the car brought back to their dealership to fix the vehicle at their cost. So after a month and a few days after purchase they: 1.) removed and replaced the A/C Compressor. 2.) removed and replaced thermostat and housing and refilled with coolant (this will come into play later). and installed a new pipe. 3.) Had to reseal the oil pan and installed a new gasket (which Jensen s supposedly fixed) and changed the oil/filter because apparently that wasn t done before they sold me the vehicle. 4.) Had to install and seal both camshaft actuator solenoids. When they removed the original camshaft they found a stripped hole and had to replace the camshaft cover and gasket. 5.) The belt tensioner was broken so that was replaced. Multiple oil leaks had been observed by the dealership s technician Dustin Kruse. Of course the pricing of all this cost to them was left off. Come late November the car overheats and the oil cap begins to pop off on its own. Oil and Coolant needed to be topped off till I was able to get it home. The car is again inoperable and as I am a single mother of three kids, I could not afford to fix the car until this past week. Take it back to the dealership that fixed the ECM and tells me the work Woodhouse did was the cause of the coolant and oil to boil over and add enough pressure to pop the oil cap off, which if it had been the right oil cap, would not have popped off. Meaning the tech who worked on my car at Woodhouse, did not properly burp to ensure the coolant was at an appropriate level to avoid this entire issue. I asked for an all over body inspection because I wanted to ensure all of Woodhouse s mistakes be revealed and corrected once and for all. Turns out the exhaust clamp around the catalytic converter to the turbo is missing and now I have to pay for the missing items that Woodhouse s tech had forgotten to put back including another gasket. Totaling another 900.00 ticket to me. I tried talking to Archie into taking back the vehicle as it was not safe or appropriate for consumer purchase and he had the audacity to tell me he saved me money after finding out from him that they spent 3,600.00 to fix the car. Those issues should ve been fixed BEFORE selling a vehicle to consumers. Buyer history shows they only had this car 2 days before selling to me. Now Archie won t call me back to rectify this scam.

I brought my 2023 Tahoe in for a squeaking noise in the front end. Of course, it didn't do for them what it was doing for me. They still took the time to look at it and formulate a plan to help address the problem!

Well, I bought my first car a year ago and didn t expect to be back so soon but my daughters car got totaled. I went back because I had an awesome experience the first time. I knew this time was gonna be a little more complicated than last, BUT again another amazing experience. I was in and out in just a few hours and got everything we wanted and more. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Thanks Brian And Tony for all the help. I will be back again!!

My family and I were passing through town on a very long road trip. I spoke with Mark at the service center, and he was able to squeeze me in quickly even though they didn't have an actual appointment available. They quickly took our car in and had us out of there in no time. They fixed our tire problem and we can now finish our road trip in peace! Thank you Mark and Woodhouse Chevy!!

I had the pleasure of working with Joel and Tim Murray. Both gentlemen were professional , informative and fun to talk to. I got my truck back in May and I am posting now because of the WHOLE experience. From the first interaction with working out a deal to them waiting for my old title to be sent to them and finally them sending me the new one has been unbelievable. They were kind and caring. You couldn't have a better experience anywhere else! Which is why I traveled over 3 hours just to work with them.

Worst company I have ever taken my vehicle too. My husband told them he s pretty sure it was the torque converter that needed replaced in my 2012 Buick enclave. We took it down there and they called us the next day and said that my transmission fluid needed changed because it smelled burnt and my car was good to go. I went to pick up my car got just outside of Missouri Valley and my car shuttered really bad two different times to get back to you in Woodhouse. They had my car for a week and drove it over 100 miles and apparently never noticed a shake. They said my car was good to go there and Not sure what I was feeling once again when picked up my car and it has shattered countless times including right as I was leaving the parking lot, called certified transmission in Omaha. They got my car in and are dealing with the warranty company themselves wasn t even supposed to get to my car until Thursday and got to it two days earlier hooked it up to a machine as well as drove it noticed the shutter and figured out the issue all while having my car for eight hours .Only giving one star because it won t give me the option to not give one at all

I bought my truck from Darren Radcliff at Woodhouse Chevrolet. He was a pleasure to work with. I live in Ohio and Woodhouse Chevrolet made this transaction very easy. I would definitely buy from them again. They flew me in, picked me up at the airport, and had everything ready for me. I drove home that night. I understand they will also deliver the cars to you. If you're worried about a distance deal; Don't. It's super easy!I love Woodhouse Chevy. Bought another truck from them! Thanks again!

Found a new 2022 Silverado on the Chevrolet inventory website and contacted Woodhouse the next day to check availability. The truck was in stock and Jeremiah answered all my questions and provided detailed pricing on the first call. I committed to purchase and drove 200 miles to Omaha 4 days later. I was even picked up from my rental car drop off at the airport by a driver from the dealership who brought me the rest of the way. I was courteously greeted by Jeremiah who had everything ready for me when I arrived so I could quickly hit the road back home. Thank you for being straightforward, professional, and one of the few dealers left that doesn t add a bunch of extras and exorbitant fees to the price (the only additional charge was a $179 doc fee which is so little it s essentially nothing compared to many dealerships charging hundreds more).

Take 8 sales guys sitting around to sell one vehicle. Took hours to buy a vehicle with cash. Apparently they only have 1 printer. I would suggest buying more then one 3 copy printer vs having 8 sales people standing out waiting for customers. I should say the Bailey did a very professional job, but management failed her.

Bought this vehicle new here at Woodhouse 5 years ago had serviced here for those 5 years. Had an issue with a slow leak in a tire. The 1st time they told me it was the valve stem cap. Didn't really buy that but went with it. Tire still had a slow leak. Took it back and was told they had plugged and patched it because it had a nail in it so I paid and was on my way. The tire still leaked. Took it back for the 3rd time they said it was the valve stem core so they replaced. Same thing here i didnt buy it but went with it.The tire still had a slow leak so I took it back for the 4th time. Now they told me I have a nail to close to the sidewall to repair. They told me they would discount a new tire by half and were sorry for my troubles. I agreed and tire was ordered and put on the next day. I asked for the old tire back. it was not in the back of my truck when I was ready to leave so i had them go get it. I wanted to see the plug and patch myself. The tire did not have a patch or plug in it. I rolled the tire back inside and asked if I was missing something? They couldn't find it either just the nail. I was lied to on 3 occassions. What else are people being charged for that no work has been done. Very deceptive. The solution from Woodhouse was to give me back my money for the tire repair. Later i get a call for free service on my next visit. Why would I go back to a place that says the service was done and I was billed for when in fact nothing was done. Very disappointed in Woodhouse. Think I will be taking my business to a trustworthy dealer. If you do go here for service stay with your vehicle to make sure the work they say has been done is done. I feel I was brushed off on 3 occasions because nobody even pulled the tire off my truck to look at it.

I got a used truck from them, it was actually my dream truck and they did everything possible to make me feel like I was their most important customer. They went above and beyond to make it quick and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good vehicle at a fair price and wants to be treated like you matter.

200 miles from home and wheel bearings go out on our truck. Towed to Woodhouse Chevy and they got us in, fixed and on our way in less than 3 hours!!! They also fixed a recall! Incredible service! Thank you so much Woodhouse Chevrolet! Refreshing to see such amazing service! Highly recommend them.

Brian Bovee is probably the best salesman I ve ever had. I ve bought a lot of cars from many salesman in my time. I don t usually leave reviews, but this guy was super helpful, knowledgeable, and a breeze to work with. Made me feel like an old best friend I haven t seen in years. We researched and knew that we wanted a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse High Country. We then made a telephone call to Woodhouse Missouri Valley because they had one of the few available within 90 miles. Dropped off my truck for service the night before. Was advised the next day of any other items that needed attention along with an approximate cost to correct the deficiencies. My truck was ready before I left work that afternoon. Great customer and technical service.

Drove an hour to interview for a parts delivery position. Showed up on-time, but had to wait fifteen minutes for a manager to finish payroll. At this point they told me they'd "be right back". Why wasn't payroll done on time? At a university, it's common etiquette to wait fifteen minutes for a DOCTOR if they're late, out of respect (10 for a professor, 5for adjunct). What makes you think you deserve over an hour of my free time? Childish.
