taking my 87 year old parents to a doctor's appointment, an hour away from home. The van started acting up, and I limped it into this dealership. They were superb! Gave me options - and when an appointment cancelled they moved me right in. Had it fixed faster than expected. Kept me informed, gave me an accurate estimate. Washed the vehicle before we left! This was - no doubt - a five star service experience. thanks, guys!

Excellent service from the very beginning with this dealership. Scott was amazing to deal with: quick responses and help with all questions, made financing quick and painless by making sure everything was approved before I even took a test drive. Said test drive was a snap to set up, THEN when I was on the fence about the vehicle, he made sure to have my concerns addressed thoroughly and very quickly. I was able to re-test drive to be sure the car was right for me, and this time I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the vehicle. Scott was also extremely patient with me as I worked through this decision. I never felt pressured to buy, only supported throughout the entire process. These professionals definitely value the customer experience above all, as evidenced by the attention to not only the details that maintain the business high standards, but also prioritizing the concerns and comfort of the customer throughout. Pleasantly surprised and would highly, highly recommend!!

Went to this place a few months ago for tie rod. Cost over 500 bucks and conveniently lost the work order. Wouldn t be suprised if they used used parts. They didn t lose the bill though. Don t know what they actually did to the car. Don t know if new parts were actually put on the car. I doubt it. Then offered 20% off of brakes like they re doing me a favor. Car still has same problems. I won t take a moped to that place. Never again.

Great car buying experience! After having a terrible experience at another dealership I felt hesitant to visit a dealership that wasn't local but I am so glad I did.Chase was personable, honest and our communication was very clear and smooth! Jason and Trent were wonderful to work with as well.I will be a returning customer and highly suggest them for an enjoyable car buying experience.
