10/10 would recommend!I brought my car in for a front bumper repair and they did a great job, looks brand new. I purchased my own LED bulbs and they didn t charge for install. During my initial quote, they did a temporary fix with some screws so my bumper would be somewhat attached and safe. Hawkeye picked me up from my work once they finished. I didn t use my insurance and their (reasonable) price was lower compared to another quote. Best customer service, much appreciated!

The best body shop in North Iowa. There is a reason why they are booked out as long as they are! Our truck was repaired and cleaned like nothing happened! Very professional with great communication! Highly recommended!

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Took a little bit to get in which is understandable. Vehicle went in to get bumper fixed and when I picked it up they completely vacuumed and wiped down my vehicle for no extra cost!

Amazing customer service. It took a while to get my car in to get it repaired but once it was in their hands the work was phenomenal. They kept me informed from my initial chat asking them to repair it and the day I got my car back.

Would highly recommend! We brought in our vehicle after hitting a deer and they did a fantastic job with the repairs and communication on when it would be done. They also cleaned our vehicle VERY well and vacuumed out the inside which was a very nice touch!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When I walked in to get it appraised it was done quickly. My car looks brand new! I can t even tell where the repairs were made! I was originally quoted a week for repairs to be completed, but I got my car back two days sooner than expected! The whole process was stress free. All I had to worry about was dropping my car off and picking it up when it was done! 2 hours from start to finish for a oil change and to get two tires replaced. Staff was friendly enough but the wait for simple services like this when they got the car into the shop almost immediately is ridiculous.

10/10 for Hawkeye Auto Body! Everyone was professional and welcoming! My vehicle looks great!! Two things stood out to me. 1. Lance M. went above and beyond to make sure I got to and from to get another vehicle. He went out of his way to help me. Much appreciated!!! 2. They absolutely rolled out the red carpet! I got into my vehicle and they had vacuumed it and made it look very nice despite of how dirty it was when I dropped it off.
