Clean place but their website sucks to find locations for anything. They have a kiosk, but can't look up anything there either. Press the help button and it announced on the loud speaker, but nobody comes to help. Only going back as a last resort

I came into the tire department as a walk in with an unusual request, 2 vehicles that I wanted the tires only swapped around on, not wheels, just tires. Cody the manager was able to accommodate me, and the woman behind the counter was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I should also mention they were very busy, and short staffed, but the team made sure my needs were taken care of.

I have never visited a Fleet Farm due to being from the South. It was a nice surprise to realize the store carries almost everything an ol country boy could ask for. Walked around and checked out the firearms, Carhartt gear, and wide variety of local candies & nuts! We purchased a Carhartt rain jacket (on sale) and a new backpack for my work laptop and accessories. Also, I purchased some local sesame stix, which are outstanding!

I went to Mills Fleet Farm on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 at 10:30am. The bathrooms were in clean, working condition and the outside grounds were fairly clean for a large parking lot.I needed a hunting license and deer tag so I managed my way to the Sporting Goods area. I was able to buy my tag without an issue and the store associate was very helpful in that area.With that said, I bought a brick of 555 .22 shells for $7.99 and they rang up for $27.99 at the register. I showed the store associate where they were on the shelf and it turns out that all of the bricks were in the wrong place. Fleet Farm did not stand behind the mislabeling and I returned the merchandise and got my money back.Their mistake, not mine. They should have stood behind the price.

Good selection of stuff. Only 2 people working while each of the 2 checkouts have at least 8-10 people waiting. No self checkout. These companies need to stop being so cheap and hire more help while they are making millions/billions.

Love the fact that they have so much variety in the store. Have found good sales on steel toe boots for work, great deals on clothes and tools.

Pay 35 dollars a month for the car wash code and 75% of the time I stop to wash my truck all four stalls are down... I'm over this and canceling.... this is mason city iowa.. don't buy their wash deal as you will get screwed, not hosed, SCREWED!!!!

Over all fleet farm was ok no customers where in sporting goods worker by the guns he walked by us a few times when I was by the register never stopped to help so I put my stuff back and bought at another place

I've gone all over North Iowa to buy flowers this year and this is definitely been one of the best stops. I also have been there through the pandemic as they've been very understanding about those who can't wear masks. They see it as a choice. It's also a great place for any outdoor sporting goods. We go here for all our water sports, fishing, airsoft guns, etc. The surprising part, for those of you who don't know, it's actually a great place for clothing, shoes, and pet food / necessities.

Questionable......good experience, they had everything. Pricing was great on some things, high on others! What bother me the most, i was looking at guns, not going to purchase one, but i know, as an out of state individual, if i bought a gun, it would likely be paid there, but shipped to a local guns supplier in my state......They said they COULD NOT SELL ME A GUN, IF I WAS FROM COLORADO! APPARENTLY, THERE ARE OTHER STATES ON THAT LIST AS WELL.......WHAT IS UP WITH THAT? THEY WOULDN'T EXPLAIN......

I only really go here to buy Duke Cannon soap and shampoo. But I tell ya, I sure wish these Mills Fleet Farm's would have some continuity between the stores. The one that new in Wisconsin is exactly the same as this one in Mason City Iowa and nothing is arranged the same or in the same layout as the other store. For gawds sakes I got more to do than wander around for half hour looking for that soap rack. And no one works at these places anymore either. But I did find it and I high recommend this soap and shampoo. It's a tad pricey but the bars are 3 times the size of regular soap bars and they last me 2-3 months for $6.99 a bar.

I absolutely love the store and how they don't move stuff around like other big box stores.. BUT they are doing the one register open thing like others.. no self checkouts yet but the one maybe 2 open registers is pretty annoying

I wish there were Fleet Farms all across the United States and not just the Midwest. Then again if they weren't in the Midwest one might not get that Midwest nice customer service. Everybody's so friendly and helpful how could one not enjoy shopping here

This is a nice store. Very clean. Helpful employees. Big yard/building material area. The firearms have been really thin and picked over for years though. Not just COVID times. Most gun dealers have good inventory now.

Went to fleet farm in mason city today and had a wonderful experience. The staff working at the customer service was so kind. Questioned about a wheel chair or scooter for my daughter to use. She was on top of it and got me one. After we were done shopping. She let my daughter take it outside and even went outside with us. She even talked to us for a few minutes and told us to have a good day. She made my day. Thank you for having such an understanding staff.

They have 12 check out lanes but you won't find more than 2 open at any given time. Today there were long lines and neither of the 2 people working at customer service came over to help check people out. Neither of them had any customers they were working with either. Great store but you won't be in and out because no matter what time of day you go, you will wait in long lines. They really should make self service checkouts.

This place is big. Prices are good with well stocked shelves. You have to look hard to find American made products. Out of an entire section of knives I found one brand that was American made. Grant it, it is the way most manufacturers have gone and not the fault of the store but I think just a little more effort for more American made products would be nice. This store is clean and the employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable. We have become frequent shoppers here.
