They should not even have the first star. Once installed and major issues of the smoke building became worse than it was virtually no help. Finally came in and excusses now it's the building and this and that. Nothing in this building has changed since they came in to give the quote on installing what they said would remedy the problem. It was 100 times better to have heat loss and be able to breath. More employees with sinus and throat issues than before. Terrible
