I took my car in yesterday for new front tires and Shawn assisted me right away. I thought the price was pretty reasonable and service was great! Chris was the other front desk helper and he was also very helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Purchased tiers and oil changes for two of our vehicles here Saturday. Prices are fare and I didn't feel up-sold! They even stayed late to complete the work! We would recommend them and will purchase here again!

I ve been coming to Big O Tires for many years now. My husband s schedule doesn t leave him much time to deal with tires so I do most of the tire buying. I have always felt like I was treated with respect and honesty. As a female customer I really appreciate this. The guys are always super nice and helpful. I never feel undermined or pushed into anything. Big O Tires is the only place I like to go!Thanks Dan for great service today!

The good people at Big O Tires are extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. I was recently in for some aftermarket wheel tire installation and they called me out back to show me some details pertaining to my wheels purchase. On top of that, they were proactive in keeping my vehicle clean by offering to place my OEM wheels and tires in plastic so as to not dirty the interior of my car. Remember, it s always the smallest details that make the most lasting impact. Check them out and at least give them a shot at earning your business.

This store was amazing great staff the Manger Dan was kind and cared. took the time to explain everything to me and the tech Jr came out and explained what he was seeing on my truck .that was making it shack they did an amazing job and I will be sending all my friends and family here for now on they where even good with my kids and listened the my sons bad jokes and to my little girls talking about how she wants to work on cars if I could give 10 stars I would

I jumped my car early this morning after a frigid weekend. I called Big O while it was warming up to see if they could get me in to replace the battery. Dan Bruno the manager said "Come on in!!" On the way my fan was rattling badly so I asked them to check that too. The cabin filter was bad and the rattle stopped. And my car is starting right up. Dan was friendly and the whole experience quick & easy. I'M SO GLAD THAT BIG O IS BACK IN BUSINESS!!!!

Every experience here has been 5 star. Love the people. Even when they are really busy, they stay friendly and calm which isn't always easy I know. High recommendation north Iowa

My daughter's and I were in mason city to go out to eat and have a mother daughter night we've never had the chance to do since they've grown up and left the nest. My brakes started squeaking a week or so ago, on our way to go out to eat the breaks started grinding! We looked up car places Big O Tires in Mason City was 2nd on the list and open until 6 it was 5:30. We called them up they said bring it in we'll make sure it's safe to drive. Turns out one break pad had broken and fell off, and the rest weren't good either. They stayed late fixed up the back breaks and they're checking in to some recalls that may be on it.! Offered us cookies and drinks and got us back on the road in about an hour!!! Wonderful service and even hospitality as our plans got rearranged for the night! We had a great time getting to know you! Thank you Dan and Mike! We owe you big time! They're going to call me back to schedule fixing up the rest of the it and new get tires next week, and they have financing options! Getting me fixed up before winter!!!

Stop reading reviews, and go to this Big O!Every experience I have at this Big O has been great. This time, Julie helped me out by squeezing in two appointments for me, back-to-back, so I could have some work done on a couple of my work trucks. Both trucks were done well, and much quicker than I thought was possible. The price is fair at Big O, and this location goes above and beyond to give me great service every time. I don't even live in this town, but I make the drive here every time I need tires, oil changes, etc for my personal vehicles and my business vehicles.Thanks Julie!

I wouldn't bring a bicycle tube here to be fixed.They broke my aluminum alloy rim last Wednesday and just got a replacement in the next Monday. NO APOLOGIES from the store manager! Two extra trips back, and 4-5 hours of my time wasted due to his mistake.

I was in Mason City for a PGI convention, and was leaving the next day to drive 1100 miles back to Texas. My truck had a squeaky belt that was driving me absolutely insane, and this place was recommended by another shop that was booked up for the day. Diagnosis was that I needed a new tensioner pulley, and new belt. I asked if they thought I could limp back home, to my mechanic, and they advised against it. Anyways, the manager, Mike, gave me a quote to fix the issues and i was rather worried he was upping the $ for an out of towner in need. I called my mechanic back home, and said Mike's price was lower than what he would do it for! Bottom line is, Mike is AWESOME. He even let me borrow his personal vehicle to go shopping while my truck was being worked on! If you live in Mason City, or are just passing through, and need tires or work done to your vehicle, Mike, and Big O Tires is the best you will find! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The people at Big O Mason City are amazing. I bring all of my work trucks, and my personal vehicles here for any tire issues, and oil changes. Not being the trusting sort, I always check over the work after an oil change, so I can tell you for sure, these people do it right, and are very thorough.On one visit, a ladder of mine was damaged, when it got bent by raising the work truck on the list and getting the huge ladder hung up on the garage door frame. Other tire shops would likely have lowered the truck quickly, and hope I didn't notice. Not these guys. They informed me of the accident, and made sure my expensive ladder was replaced, all in the same day. They lost money that day, having to replace my ladder, but gained a loyal customer for life, with several fleet and personal vehicles. They have always found me great tires, replaced whole sections of quarter inch hard brake line, fixed many a flat tire, and handle all of my oil changes.I can't speak highly enough of the people here. If you are shopping around, stop! You will get the most value for your money here, and support a local business, and the excellent people who keep this place awesome. Try them out.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They installed tires I had purchased elsewhere for a more reasonable price than other places I checked. I had originally purchased the tires from a big box store, but that store refused to install them because the tire size didn't match the sticker size on the door (the rims had previously been upsized and the tire dimensions changed accordingly). The tires were the exact same size as what was currently on the vehicle and Big O installed the tires with no issue. They also didn't try to up-sell me any other services, just did exactly what I requested and did it efficiently.

Very knowledgeable they will give you a list of what is wrong with your car and help you prioritize the repairs. I was in no rush so I sat there for a bit watching the customers and staff I enjoy doing that when I am not in a rush. I watch one employee on the phone helping a customer find the best price on tires while another employee talked over there findings on someone's car he said that these are the recommended repairs but I would start here if you would like to get them done. No pressure to make a sale. I scheduled my stuff and headed out. This is not the first time I have had service done there won't be the last

I desperately needed tires and oil change the afternoon before thanksgiving day and trip and was on a tight schedule. My other vehicle had just gone in the shop for repairs and my wifes vehicle was way behind on a oil change, and tires were terrible. Associate Julie P. moved some time slots around so they could squeeze me in and take care of me. Now, I can have a safe trip. Thank you for outstanding service and help. The price was very reasonable.

Just had to share my experience with Big O in Mason City. I was about to leave for a long road trip and wasn t able to get in to my usual place until after the trip but had thought it best to get an oil change just in case. After looking at my car, the manager told me I still had 4,000 miles left on my original oil change but topped off my fluids and checked tire pressure at no charge! And they were super nice about it, too. Great experience, it s not every car shop that wouldn t just have taken my money. I ll definitely be back.

Extremely wonderful service! So polite over the phone with my 1,000 questions I had. So friendly and knowledgeable when I went into see them about my tires and rotating them. Will definitely go back to use them, they even worked on the price with me to fit into a budget I could work with. I would definitely recommend!

We've dealt with this shop/location/team of guys for at least 10 years! They are the BEST! So much more than tires & oil changes! Jesse is a first rate mechanic & if he says something needs to be done, you can trust them! It needs to be done & it will be done well! Al & Mike provide great customer service & know their business! Josh is a phenomenal manager & they walk the talk! Clean shop & friendly environment! You can't help but like these guys! I trust no one else with my vehicles! (Except my son who is also a mechanic after starting as a tire tech when he was in school & working with these guys for a few years & learning from them & Jesse, he went into automotives & is a mechanic as well!) We've stuck with these guys & will continue! I refer everyone to them with 100% confidence!

I needed a complete set of four tires to replace the ones I had on my vehicle. Big O not only gave me great service I got a great price that was the lowest in town. I highly recommend Big O tires. Excellent customer service with a great staff that explains everything to you

Julie was great! I called that morning could not find any other place that carried the tires I needed for my SUV. The store was clean! We was greeted with a friendly smile and Julie was happy to help!! Theses tires are GREAT!!! Can t say enough great things about the tires and the store!!!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon with a slow leak. They worked me in. I was happy. They found a nail. They said they could fix it. I was happier. They patched it and got me going in less than 1 hour. Hasn t leaked in 8 days and 1,000 miles. I recommend. I didn t buy tires there and cost to repair was the least I ve ever paid at a tire shop.
