The specialist that answered the phone call about tires argued with me about the numbers on the side of the tire. I told her that I needed a st225/75R15 and she told me she needed a solid number or bar code. I said, this is a common size tire and should be on a shelf of smaller tires for trailers. She said, nope, it on our racks and we don't have anything like what I'm describing. So I drove 30 miles, walked to the shelf of small trailer tires in the isle and found exactly what I needed and it was exactly how I described it. I took it to her and she rang me up and didn't say a word. She knew it was me.. So whether it was a bad day for her or what?? I was put off for sure with her incompetence..

I'm not a fan. Every time I try to get a oil change, I call ahead. I ask if there's anyone there and they say "first come first serve so head on over." Then I get there and they've got 6 cars ahead and it'll take 6 hours to get to mine. Wish they would be honest and tell me there are x number of cars ahead so it could be a while. Now I just refuse to go there.

Ya know I'm not always the most positive about Walmart. I had a flat on a Sunday and John and the team fixed me up quickly. Credit where credit is due I was well taken care of here.

Skip this place. Moody staff. Was treated like an annoyance and told my car had the wrong tires on it even though it rolled off the lot new with the tires on. Completely stock. Went to another place in town and received same tires without a problem. Researched the tires online and my tires are exact fit for my make and model.

I stopped in to the Marshalltown Walmart Auto Care Center with my dead battery that was still under warranty. The took the battery right away and tested it, and determined it need to be replaced. They went and got the replacement battery for me, calculated the prorated warranty refund and I paid the difference. They provided quick and friendly service and I was back on my way very quickly. I always buy my car batteries at Walmart.Service: Battery

Good service but hours online are wrong and took 3 hours just to get new tire balanced and ready to roll. Will recommend for pricing tho. And employees are very nice

Slowest service ever, needed 2 new tires put on my truck. They said it would be a half hour before they could get to it, 2 hours later they pulled it in the bay. A little over 3 hours later it was finally done. Won't ever get my business again

Terrible experience. Went in with a leak in a tire to patch it up. Left with a nail on another tire. Both tires gave out the next day. Went back to change the tires with new ones and they wouldn t change them because they were slightly bigger tires. Never going back.

My wife brought a car in to have a headlight bulb replaced. The associate pressured her into replacing both bulbs so they matched . He also stated that when one bulb burns out, the other usually follows. I sent a message and spoke to the manager over the phone. All the manager did was back up the associate in question and not really seem concerned with the issue.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Changed my oil and filter without any wait. Price was great!!! I could hardly change my own oil at the price, about $30.

Walmart what can i say gees, how can you sell tires that you can't install. Non of your stores can install my tires your machine can only do 20 inch rims, get with the times all new trucks are starting to come out with 22 inch rims now thanks for nothing. Now i have to go pay 140 bucks to get them installed somewhere else.

I blew out my tire at the end of the day. They were the only ones open late enough to get me in, and they did a good job for a reasonable price.

Way better then the one I use to go to in IL. Friendly and did not make me feel like an inconvenience.

Gave these guys 2 days to get tires told them needed them by Friday no problem he said went on Friday he orders wrong size so now I can run around and try to find tires before heading out of town thanks Walmart

Told it would be a 2 hours and it been four hours sitting here. Being another car another then my car. Here for a simple oil change.

Twice now, I've gone to get tires checked for a leak and TWICE I've pulled in and the techs look at me but do not bother to come over, let alone see how they can help. Lost my business!

The automotive center crew were so helpful they got my car tire change in less than 2 hours which was really really nice.. thanks for all the help

Service was fast but some staff don't explain where they want you to park and are rude when you park in the wrong spot
