Bad experience these guys installed 3 tpms (tire pressure monitor sensor) in my 06 Toyota sequoia. After taking my money they told me to reset the low pressure warning light by myself. I did it twice drove it 80 miles and I still got the warning light on, I came back and told them, now they send me to a Toyota dealership to get it fix they said they can't fix it, the question is why paid for something that they didn't get right the first time, I'm still coming back to them after Toyota dealership diagnostic. I don't think they know what they are doing, very bad service.

So I get my girlfriends son's car to get the windows tinted as a gift and take it up to Showroom Auto on a Monday morning, since they require the car all day to complete the tint job. At 345pm the owner, Jim, calls and says I've got bad news our tint guy called in today. He said he was hoping he'd make it in later in the day. You can leave it overnight and hopefully he'll be in tomorrow, I decided to go pick up the car and ask if I come back at a later date I'll be given a discount for the inconvenience of not having the car all day. He shock his head no and I said why did you call so late in the day if you needed it all day to do the job. He replied my wife tried to call you earlier. I have no missed calls or messages from his wife, him or the Showroom Auto phone. I wouldn't recommend this facility or Jim to do any work on your vehicles. The total disregard for the inconvenience he and his business caused and his total lack of making it right is inconceivable. All my business will be taking elsewhere from now on. To lie to a customer and not offer a minimum discount for not providing the services he promised will not ever be rewarded by my business. Please consider this review when deciding how you spend your hard earned money.

Take your business anywhere but this place!Ordered a new fiber glass topper, 2500.00+ dollars worth. Topper finally arrived- 3 weeks after target date. Owner Jim was reluctant to schedule an installation appointment, time finally come for the install....wow what a circus, top came in without some ordered options or wrong options. Jim says " it'll be just fine, he just sells - doesn't build them " he wanted to upcharge to hookup the lighting. He is full blown lying asshore who would rather talk about his dog with the locals. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

Drove all the way from Ankeny to use a gift certificate for a total detail. No regrets. My car looks brand new on the inside! I have 2 little boys who destroyed my backseat but after getting it detailed, you'd never even know I had kiddos in my car! I will definitely use their detail services again!

In response to the last review: yes, the tornado did impact this business (as most every business in the area) but Showroom Auto is still up and running in the building across the street! You ll find the same quality service, just in a slightly different location. God bless everyone that this tornado affected!

Would give them a minus 5 if that were possible for customer service. They installed a Truxedo Lo pro cover on my truck. A plastic end cap came off the head rail and disappeared. Simple plastic piece and easy to replace. They claimed they would order another. After a couple of months and many excuses, I would call and they would say "Jim (the owner) will be in at 3, talk to him". One of the excuses they used was Truxedo had not been able to send them any parts, etc., etc. I finally called Truxedo myself and not a problem, they will send the part out immediately. They were very nice and cooperative. Drive a few extra miles to Des Moines or Cedar Falls if you want professional service, not only for the product install, but also for service afterwards.

Got my windows tinted here last year and the edges are already peeling. Should have just paid a little more and gone to a more reputable place.

They have to change the schedule that appears in google because they close at 8 pm and it says that it is overnight.
