These kids were great! Fast, funny and thorough! They enjoy their work which is so important. The associate manager said her grandpa taught her how to change oil when she was 8 or 9 years old. She was only 23 and has a great career ahead of her.

Service was okay. The staff questioned when I told the staff to leave my tires at maximum capacity air pressure. My job requires me to carry loads above a normal 1/2 ton truck so I don t want my tires to flatten out. Also I forgot to apply the $18.00 coupon for the service and they did not ask if I had a coupon.

They're fine. Sometimes they try to upsell, and they don't tell you when coupons are available online, but they're friendly and they change your oil in a timely manner. They also vacuum your car and clean the outside of your windows, so that's kinda nice.

From start to finish, my experience at Jiffy Lube was all about me. Straight to business getting my oil change done, options explained and all questions answered. I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything I didn't need.Customer service was A+, but I do have 1 gripe. The owner of this particular location needs to update their customer service area. These hard working employees and their customers deserve an updated, comfortable place to be.

The team Cody, Brandon, Teagan and Mack are a great team who work together well! They were friendly, professional and didn't mess around and got the job done. Everything was explained well and the price was decent. Will definitely go back again.

Great service and I got pure synthetic and not a blend. For that much, I kinda expected fluids to be checked and vacuumed, but that must not come with it anymore??

Jiffy Lube holds up to its name. The challenge is the higher prices for oil changes -- especially high mileage stuff. I would have gone to Walmart but their wait time was ridiculous. Yeah, JL ain't cheap, but their work is worth it, especially when you're shorter on time than what even Walmart can give you.

Very effient crew. Scanned VIN, providing details on vehicleCar had oil change/oil filter, lube preformed. In less than 30 minutes, work was complete. The crew checked that all lights were also working. My experience was highly pleased.

Edit: Not Eddie but an older guy there lied about my air filters needing to be changed (showed me fake and dirty filters) when I had just changed them a month prior. Also I put HEPA filters in my car not those cheap white ones. Will not be going here again. Don't appreciate people lying to me, companies that lack integrity don't deserve to continue existing.

Sadie is awesome very professional and welcoming. Jessie did a great job worked really fast and efficiently. Brandon was nice enough to greet and welcome me even tho he was finishing his shift which says a lot. Very helpful. Thought I needed new brakes, but it was just a rock stuck in the brakes. They looked at it right away and quickly fixed the problem. Great service.

I m not sure if the woman who works there is a manager, or if there s multiple, but the last two times I ve been there she s been excellent. Friendly, fast and always takes care of me. Great customer service and got me in and out in 15 minutes. Will be back!

Great experience. Very gentlemanly (opening door service). Though lone female there, didn't try to talk me into things I didn't need (even said my air filter was still good when the last place told me I'd need to do it this time) but was honest about things I did need to do and had overlooked (like tire rotation and flushing the radiator). Honored the coupon I had so gave me a good deal on everything I did opt to do. Couldn't believe they did everything in less than 40 minutes with just 3 guys there!

Personable staff with a sense of humor. I accidentally started my car with the oil cap off and they were very gracious about my mistake. They cleaned up the oil that got sprayed everywhere the best they could and we got a little laugh about it. Quick & efficient service. Gave me a coupon discount too. I had a great experience at this location. The staff were very professional and I was in and out in 30 minutes, with oil changed, tires rotated, filters and windshield wipers replaced. They even found me the best coupon! Well done.

Service was quick and efficient, however after letting manager know and he himself told employee not to touch drivers window, I went to work with a downed window and it rained on my way home from work at 2330.
