I bought a brand new Chevy 1500 Trail Boss LT with the help of Miracle and Nick. The process was super quick and smooth. Definitely would recommend them for any GM purchases from here on out! This was a fantastic experience!

I had been on the hunt for a new SUV for quite some time, had browsed many dealer websites and manufacturers builds for the various features I wanted, visited many different dealerships, and just wasn t satisfied enough with what I was seeing or anyone I talked to. On a whim I stopped in to our local Gregg Young Chevrolet dealership and started asking questions. The salesperson I spoke with, Milagros Lopez, was absolutely phenomenal from the very beginning! She thoroughly and patiently took the time to help me research what I was wanting and looking for, took me on test drives, and kept in touch with me as I went through the process. Yesterday the stars aligned perfectly and her and the rest of the team there found me EXACTLY what I wanted! They made the process seamless and pleasant all the way through. In all of my years buying vehicles and dealing with different dealerships I have never had such a pleasant, warm, friendly, inviting, just absolutely wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Gregg Young in Marshalltown and more specifically Milagros! I m just in awe of how amazing of an experience it can be to buy a vehicle (it was always a hassle before) and it was all thanks to them!

My car was totalled, so my wife and I were having a rather rough morning. We decided to see if we could get approved for a new vehicle to replace our lost one, since we were already there to get our stuff out of our old carWe only had $500 down, and our credit isn't great, so we werent holding our breath, but William was able to help us out into getting a new car same day.Great service and able to help, even with very limited down.

Dustin and Jason absolutely changed our view of large dealership car buying experiences. Their up front honesty on our car repair turned into a positive new to us car purchase. Dustin told us he wants his dealership to be different than the typical dealership. When he says thats the best he can do on price he means it and there s no sleazy back and forth. We appreciated the easy conversations and were satisfied with our overall experience. Jason helped make the process run smoothly and was an absolute joy to work with.

Gregg Young went above and beyond to make a miscommunication right. Was very happy with the service department Logan, salesman Jason and general Manager Dustin in helping us make a great purchase that was fair. You can see how they are trying to change the negative perception of car salesman. Will definitely be back.

update. about a week or two after this happened. my meter for the temp went crazy. turns out there was a crack in the coolant tank. called them they said to bring it in right away because it should've been fixed. they had the car about 3-4 weeks because they said they put in a whole new system. it was good for months. then it started going on i had to add coolant every two weeks. called them and they said it would cost me for them to even look at it. turns out they just put another temporary fix on it. they didn't put anything in it to fix the problem just to cover it up.i don't recommend you buy a car from this dealership. if i could give a 0 star review i would. didn't have my car a full 24 hours before problems started occurring. took it in to get fixed they said about two days. it was a full week and a day. got it back the next morning all my tires needed air. figured it may have been the heat. next day needed air again, one went completely flat. talked to a tow company, as well as a shop. they said it's due to the tires being so worn out they cracked. also talked to others that have gotten their vehicles from here. they also had many problems left without a car even due to so much needing to be fixed because they just put in temporary fixes. dealership told me to text or call with any problem the car might have, so i did. now they refuse to fix it. if you believe buying a car from a company that is deceptive and doesn't hold up their name on selling good cars i recommend finding a different place to buy your car. the receptionist there is the only helpful apologetic person that works there she's great. as for the others they are not. good luck to anyone that chooses this dealership.

From coming into the dealership not knowing exactly what vehicle I was looking for that was in my price range and approval, and with the help of Lathan and Noah I was able to get approved for a vehicle. I am loving my new 2015 Kia optima and I will definitely return to gregg young Chevrolet down the road for any future vehicle.

Milagros was such a sweet person to work with and made the transition into a new vehicle amazing. I highly recommend working with her and will tell anyone who wants to know. I bought a used vehicle from Miracle and Kyle at Gregg Young in Marshalltown. From the first phone call to the last dot on the paperwork they worked hard to make sure I got a fair deal that I left the dealership happy. I usually loathe going to dealerships and it seems rare these days to find a dealer willing to put forth extra effort, or any effort at times, to do what all of them claim, excellent customer service, but Gregg Young in Marshalltown actually and sincerely did a great job. Go there, give them a call, chat online, it doesn't matter how you do it. From my experience if you're looking for a vehicle, you'll be happy you gave them a shot.

By far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Whatever you do, do not call to speak to Noah for any kind of help he will either be eating while he's on the phone with you or yawning excessively. He is very unprofessional & rude. I just don't understand why he would be yawning and talking to me at the same time it just blew my mind. Called several times and left messages and never get any return phone calls back.I have been trying to cancel my warranty since December and nothing!!!! I eventually.Had to call the warranty place myself and work with them directly because this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare to try to talk to somebody and help me.

Service went well and timely. I had some questions about owning a diesel beings it is my first one and advisor didn t have answers. Also the service sticker for windshield is evidently preset to 3K miles according to advisor. That s really old school and needs updated, or at least be able to be edited. Lastly they didn t fill up my DEF. I m just assuming that is part of the service. I did not ck the rest of my fluids.I was told that my next service I need an alignment and for that reason they couldn t rotate my tires. Should this need done already? This wasn t spotted in gm certified assessment? I ve had this trk 3 months.

Overall our experience was very positive, Jason Sims was very pleasant to deal with and followed up with me the next day. My only complaint is the time it took to come to a deal and then do the paper work required! That is why the 4 star rather than 5!

Had the best experience at Gregg young in Marshalltown, Iowa. We needed a new car and wanted to stay local as we are in the area, came in and was greeted right away by a gentleman working at this dealership. Lathan Cooper was a down to earth, out going, straight shooting salesman. Our whole experience was above and beyond, would definitely buy from Gregg young in marshalltown again. Trust me, if you want to buy a car go to Gregg young in Marshalltown and ask for Lathan!!!!!

I'm in the dealership right now and the people are great! I got the car I wanted at the price that works for me. The salesman was patient and made me comfortable with the process and answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back for my next car.

After having issues with other car retailers I came to GREGG YOUNG. They knocked my socks off the service was so top notch white gloves. They treated me with respect and kindness and was very empathetic. They are not just selling cars they are selling trust and relationships. I won t go anywhere else when I need a car. Now if only I could find my socks lol
