My vehicle needed a jump start. Chad came out quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He got the car jumped and was on his way, all in about 5 minutes. Quicker than expected and I give a 5 star review!

I was at a backyard wedding a couple months ago and was writing in a card in our car before going over to the food line during the reception. I left my keys in on accident. Noticed right away and contacted progressive. They sent Chad and it was great! My drink was still cold inside. Lol took less than 20 minutes to arrive! I meant to write this much sooner, but misplaced his business card. Thanks!

I hit something small on 4-lane highway and tire immediately went flat. After calling AAA I was sent a text with a link to input information. Within a minute I was contacted by Central Iowa Towing and Recovery. I was told a driver would be there in 30 minutes but he arrived in15 minutes, changed the tire, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Central Iowa Towing and Recovery and recommend this business to anyone needing this type of service.

Central Iowa Towing came to my rescue. They were very prompt (came a few minutes before their estimated arrival time). The driver, Jonah, was courteous and professional. He offered me a bottle of water knowing I had been stuck on the Interstate for some time. (AAA's fault) He asked what radio station I'd like to listen to and when I said "none please", he was perfectly accommodating with quiet. He got me and my car to the Subaru dealership in a timely manner and even opened the door for me as we entered the building.I will use Central Iowa Towing and Recovery if I ever need emergency help in Iowa again. (And I hope Jonah is the driver)

Very fast response. Was told it could be up to 90 min and he was here in about 10 min. Chad was awesome. Nice guy. In and out in no time.

My wife broke down and I was an hour away. I am a mechanic but I don't have a tow truck. Called Central Iowa Towing & Recovery to get her. Scott came and was awesome!! He got her loaded up, hauled to my house and was able to get the car in my garage. I won't call anyone else from now on!!

Towed my RV away from the mobile park that I had lived for over a year and didn't even bother to check to see if my RV was actually abandoned like the property manager stated. Which no it WASN'T manager was pulling stunts instead of doing a actual legal eviction (not due to none payments fyi). Towed my home away didn't check to see if anyone was inside or not. Thank God my dog was at a friend's that day !!! Then had to pay over 427 bucks to get out less than an hour later. Destroyed my home
