Went in to get 4 tires on my wife's car, everything was paid for online. They took two lugnuts off and called me saying that all of the lugnuts are bad and would not be able to be put back on. When I asked to see the lugnut, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. They let me go back and I started the lugnuts to show them they were not damaged. Tech got an attitude and got his manager. The manager refused to do service when I refused to replace lugnuts that were not bad. Discount tire will get close to their price and do it right.

I would give 0 stars if possible - stay away. Ordered 4 tires, the factory sent 3 correct tires, and one wrong one. Had to cancel my installation, drive to the store, pick up all four tires, return the wrong tire, order a new one, and schedule the installation again. Then THAT installation gets cancelled because the new tire didn't show up. Front desk people are unhelpful, mechanics have been rude, and I'm now 2 weeks out from ordering the tires with no tires, no installation date scheduled, and no guidance on what to do next. They may be cheap, but you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for

Spent 2 hours waiting for tire installation, did not possess the expertise to remove the lug nuts. Guess they skipped lugnutt day at Walmart tire college. Took it to a real shop had me out in an hour probably would been faster but they were laughing about its a tire shop, that's literally the only thing they do

Sad... very sad. I went in for an oil change and one guy was playing on his phone and the lady was just stared at me. No "Hello" or "May I help you?" The place was empty and quiet. She said 4 hours for an oil change. I got there pretty early also...

Saved us from ourselves! We were traveling from Texas to Wisconsin, with 2 bad tires on a utility trailer pulling out side by side. They got us in and out quickly! They were so very nice and helpful! Waited 2and half hours for tires to be mounted only to be told you need 4 new sensors for $120 ....I took my keys and left without tires or sensors...... I learned my lesson..Never again .

Waited around for an hour, only to be told they couldn't get one lug nut off. So they couldn't do any service and was a waste of my time.

Awesome!!! I went there one cold morning to have them put air in my tires. The Auto Shop Technician told me where the air hose was at so I could do it myself, I sadly told him I didn't know how and could he do it for me, there were a lot of people waiting before me patiently waiting? Even my Daughter was there waiting to get her car serviced, we both were shocked to see each other there, the nice Technician took care of my tires first and filled them up with air. When I tried to pay him and even give him a nice tip, he said Lady I can not accept anything, that's my job, I told him I really felt bad now but he still refused to take anything. God has a blessing with his name on it for helping me. Thanks Walmart!!!!!

They are horrible. 4 brand new tires. None of them put on right. Not balanced. Told my husband they would not put the tires on without replacing the sensor (which would be additional) then they broke the sensor not telling him they did. One tire completely flat less than a week after getting them done. None of them had enough tire pressure. Just a disaster. I have to drive the interstate daily for work and this was not safe!!!! Took the car to Dan s Tire Shop in Mechanicsville and he fixed everything and the sensor. Thanks Dan. Oh and did I mention all this and my husband spent 3 hours at Walmart waiting? what took so long you did nothing right!Service: Tires

Don't buy Douglas tires!! I got 16,000 miles out of a set of 4 before the cords separated and now they won't hold air. Was told by the manager (Doug) I didn't take care of my tires so the warranty was voided. I did take care of my tires. "I" personally didn't rotate my tires, Doug, but my mechanic did every other oil change. Which means I was on my second tire rotation. Choose your words wisely, be clearer when asking your questions...and be professional, Doug. He wouldn't even make eye contact with me, just raised his voice like I was the bad guy and told me what he did to avoid work. Went right back to leaning up against the cabinet.

Purchased new tires on this occasion! Punk that was working thought it would be cool to leave rubber while exiting bay- couldn't believe the response manager gave me! 'He's new, she said I said SO WERE THE TIRES I SPENT $700 ON!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Brought in 4 new tires because they said they could put them on. I called the day before I came and they didn t make an appointment for me, so I had to walk in. Drove an hour there first thing in the morning only to be told they couldn t do them that day. I won t go back to them for tire needs.

Waited a ridiculous 4 hours to have 2 tires replaced, I had to do half the work for them in the parking lot as they couldnt break the bolts loose Terrible workers and terrible customer service. Save your money and get it done elsewhere

Seemed very professional. Did some "above and beyond" things like check my battery strength, which I know is in hopes of need for a sale, but still good info to know. My vehicle was ready when promised. I just got the basic change, but they were the first place to suggest a different oil due to the miles on my vehicle, so will look into that for next time. Seems to be working well!

I called about an oil change before driving into this location. I was told there was 1 person in front of me. I got in my car and drove literally 5 minutes for an oil change. Arrived only to wait in line just to get to speak to someone for over 30 minutes. No one behind the desk and the ONE person who did show up helped the ONE person in front of me. When I finally got to the register....that 30 minute wait changed to over 2 hours. Absolutely unprofessional. Very disappointed with the experience overall.

After having some very negative experiences here, I can say that Tony and Mark took great care of my vehicle! I was in and out in just under 1h for getting 2 front tires put on. All treated myself and my service dog very well. As they are 1st come 1st serve, making an appointment is best. Thank you again for renewing my opinion of your location!

These guys are great. Fantastic people to work with and my vehicle even got vacuumed and cleaned. Was not expecting it at all! I felt they had a sense of urgency to get things done... I'll definitely be back!

Great value, everything you need for a lube oil filter for less. The wait usually involves me walking around in the store and spending money, let's be honest about that. But I have no complaints about the service I received.

Ridiculous trip to marion Walmart. Went in for oil change waited 15 minutes to even get waited on then was told 1.5 hrs at 455 pm. 605pm car still not in getting serviced, then told they were out of oil filters do had to pay more for a different one. Got to be 640 car still not done 645 car comes out, I pay for that and windshield wipers, mind you a lady purchased wipers literally 1 min before me and they went out and put them on. I buy them no offer to put them on less then 2 min later. As I walk out the door the cashier very rudely says your welcome. I will not be returning that was the worst experience I've had with an oil change in my life especially since I've always gone there much less the 100 I had just spent in the store.

We had a 3pm appointment but didn't start working on the car untill after 4pm. We arrived at the location at 2:55 and didn't even get waited on untill 3:15.

Needed just a quick battery change out and took like 2 hours. I think they need a fastlane for things like flat tires, batteries, oil changes so people don't have to wait so long behind someone that needs a whole new engine or something.

Got a oil change here and found out a month later that my oil filter wasn't tightened up fully and the oil leaked into my starter, which is below it and shorted it out n had to be replaced. I mean come on. Know one should be working at a auto Care center if they can't change oil and a filter properly. I'm glad I know a little about cars but how many people that don't know anything about cars and have had their vehicle damaged or worse and burned up there motor die to lack of oil and ruined? Don't sign the release form with out reading it and beware because it states that once I leave with it they take zero liability in any work or damage they cause or arears from the supposed maintenance!

Service was good, customer service sucked, I took my car in for a full synthetic oil change, the manager then had an attitude while telling me different things about my car ( all after market) that I knew had been changed out and that have all been properly handled even through my cars on board cpu system, but after telling him I already about the items he bring to my attention he took it upon himself to tell me he won't do any work on my car other than the oil change in which my response was "fine , I never asked you to do any other work to my car, I already have a a mechanic to fix my vehicle and that I also work at a Chevrolet dealership and can have professional maintenance done to my camaro at anytime. To make a long story short he seemed like a nice guy but maybe manager is not the job for him. I will no longer even go to Walmart service center for a tire repair.

The guy at the front desk was rude, I got there at 5:30 he told me there were no other appointments but then told me he didn't know if they would be able to replace all 4 tires and he wasn't going to start unless he could be done by 7. Annoying but thankful they atleast got me in.

I went in to get my tires rotated and when I left my windows were down. try to roll back up in the passenger one would not roll up. all they could tell me was take it to the Volkswagen dealership which ended up costing me a lot of money.

Don't trust them, they cannot do auto repairs, they could not change my oil properly. When they did my oil change, they barely had the filter on, causing oil to leak, and my car's starter is right under the oil filter. So you can guess what happened. Starter went out.

We bought tires from them under warranty. They claimed the tires were or in warranty and did not abide by the warranty. Now we are forced to go back on the road with bad tires and having to pay for all four tires. Never going back to them again. If you want quality and employees who abide their warranties go to an actual mechianic!!!!!!!!! These people are NOT mechanics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
