I got into a car accident and went through the other drivers insurance to repair my vehicle. They recommended Quality Auto Rebuilders. Who? I have driven by their business a million times. But, you don t know what you don t need. The insurance company wanted me to go through these guys or two others for the body work. Never been there, but they are in Marion. I live in Marion, so Marion it is. Went in for my estimate. Wow! Easy peezy. Appointment was a week out. It took three days to get my car back looking snazzy. This was the best experience for a bad event. Thank you so much for your expertise, caring customer service and keeping me informed every step. Definitely A-1 in my book!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!I recently had my car repaired at Quality Auto Rebuilders in Marion, IA. A previous repair, done several years ago by another body shop in Wisconsin, yielded peeling paint and blistering top coat!Quality Auto was recommended to me and I was so pleased my insurance company was willing to work with them to have my car repaired!The work Quality Auto did, FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! The new finish is better than new! They took great care in preparing the surface for the new paint! I truly was speechless at the quality of the job done! The office staff is amazing and great to work with, as well! In addition, I was thankful to receive the use of a late model loaner, that was in excellent condition! I was grateful for reliable transportation in the interum of the repair which only took about 1 1/2 WEEKS! Very quick turn around I simply cannot say enough! Trust me when I tell you that you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!SIMPLY A FABULOUS, HONEST, RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!I thought I would add another entry as sadly, I was my car was in need of Quality Auto yet again, as I had a frustrating accident!This time it was my back bumper that was affected! Although not an overly extensive repair needed, they continue to impress me beyond my wildest expectations! So professional. So knowledgeable. So skilled. So qualified to do a fantastic and speedy repair! I feel so much trust in this body shop, that I stopped there immediately after the accident, even prior to contacting my insurance company! They are so welcoming, and offer such assurance that they had my best interest in mind. Great to have trustworthy, local business to work with when you have a car problem.Quick, efficient claims process to work with my insurance company after hitting a deer. Had the car fixed and ready within a week. Looks great and has a lifetime warranty on the paint job.Everyone was friendly and helpful. Body shop crew called before starting paint job to point some things out BEFORE they repaired to be proactive in the job they were going to do. Love working with people who think beyond the job at hand to help you make good decisions and avoid regret.

Highly recommended!A very satisfied customer here. Our cars had wheel rotation, alignment and transmission fluid flush and they were done excellently. Car windsheild chips were excellently restored too, you cant notice the chips now. Employees are friendly! Great work!

Derek was polite and professional. He got my truck in when he said he would to straighten the frame and align it. The price was right on what he had told me. I'm very happy with the technicians work. They gave me a print out of the before and after measurements. I would use them again and recommend to friends.

Excellent experience. I worked with Gage and he was informative and friendly. He kept me up to date on the progress of the work being completed and they even finished earlier than quoted! My vehicle looks great and you can t tell that I was ever rear ended! A nice touch that I didn t expect was them detailing the interior! Thank you Quality for the quality work!

Excellent service. Great communication throughout the process from Gage. It was a simple thing we needed done but you wouldn t know it because they treated us like it was the most important job they had in the shop. I highly recommend giving them a chance. It was our first visit to them after a recommendation but it won t be our last. The final touch was a wash and detail we didn t expect. Well done!

Can t even see repair. Excellent job. On time and under estimate. When they gave me my estimate, no pressure. Gave me the estimate in writing and I toke it home to decide. Very satisfied.

I ve used several body shops in the area and this one is next level for professional service. Worked seamlessly with our insurance, prompt service, quality work. Pleasantly surprised to find my vehicle interior was also detailed. Would recommend and use again, if needed.

Getting in an accident sucks but having a company that is able to work with your needs and get the job done in a quality and timely manner is extremely satisfying. Our car came back, looking better than it did the day we bought it. Gage was on top of everything And also very easy to get a hold of. Highly Recommend Quality Auto Collision Center.

After our car was struck in a hit and run on a snowy road late one afternoon in January, I called Quality Auto to take care of the damage. They sent their tow truck to get us out of the snow bank, and their friendly driver took care to get us free without risking any further damage. They had the estimate done by noon the next day, and were helpful every step of the way. The work was done right, and they were great to work with and kept me informed of the vehicle stays very nicely. I definitely would recommend them for any collision repairs you may need!

Quality auto did a great job on my vehicle! I was very happy with the way my vehicle looked. They pay close attention to detail. Hopefully I won't have anybody else run into my car but I definitely recommend this place if someone runs into your vehicle. Thank you for doing such a great repair job

We used Quality Auto for our brand new car. Went in for a quote after going through a construction site having small rocks and cement hitting the car in the construction site. They gave us a quote. We contacted the road construction manager, and their insurance covered the cost of the damage. They communicated with our rental car service as well making sure the rental service knew when they would be done with the work on our car. Quality Auto was amazing with their service and with the beautiful work they did on our car! We highly recommend Quality Auto. Kind customer service and wonderful communication. The end product was amazing. We are so grateful.

Jackknifed my 2022 chevy 2500, and when I came to quality auto they were super awesome to deal with, very professional and took care of everything as expected! The workman/craftsmanship was set high for them due to me being a very picky person when it comes to my vehicle and they blew it out of the water! Very great work and couldn t tell the truck had ever been messed up! I would highly recommend them! Thanks again Gavin and your team for killing it!

After an accident I was going through the person that was liable s insurance. Quality Auto was a breeze to work with. Throughout the last 10 years, I ve had to go to Quality Auto Rebuilders 5 times due to hail, someone rearending me, a window tint job where they scratched my brand new car all over, my car was sandblasted (long story) and lastly, a deer that decided it wanted to ride in my car. I love my car and trust it to almost no one. That said, the team at Quality Auto Rebuilders is amazing. Every time I ve gotten my car back it looks and feels like brand new. As a woman, it s always been great that they ve never talked down to me as some car places tend to do. Gage and Mike have always been fast, efficient and fair with their estimates. I cannot recommend them enough!Thank you all so much!

Kind staff. Very easy to work with. Some kinks along the way, but nothing anyone could ve done much about. They offered me a loaner when things were taking longer than expected. Much better option if you re paying for a rental out of pocket, as I was. My car looks great! They even wiped down my inside dash area. I wasn t expecting that at all, and it didn t go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

Went to Auto Glass now after geting an appointment 10 days earlier and they told me it would be another week and the charge was $85.00. Went to Quality Auto Rebuilders and they had me in and out in a half hour for $45.00. GREAT SERVICE GUYS!
