DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. We bought a 2004 Acura TL for our son on January 6 for $5,000. Yesterday, January 16, the car revved up to 5000 RPM s, would not shift, and would not go over 35 mph. It also does not shift into reverse now. We ve had this car 10 days. We have not even received the title in the mail yet even though they cashed the check more than a week ago (they said they would send us the title when the check cleared it doesn t take 8 days for a piece of mail to travel within the same town). The car isn t even in our name yet and it s useless. We were also told upon purchase that the price included a 30 day warranty, however, nothing in our paperwork indicates the car has a warranty.I called and spoke to someone this morning and was told there was nothing they could do because their cars are sold as is. I was told It doesn t matter if the car lasts 2 days, it was sold as is. I was also told that there s no way they told us there was a 30 day warranty when we purchased the car. They offered to look at the car, however, I would not trust that they would be honest with anything that was wrong or fix things correctly after this.This place will scam you out of your money and take zero responsibility for any issues you may have. For the sake of your wallet, look for a car somewhere else.

Locally owned,family operated,friendly,helpful,and decent cars at decent prices. Leon is definitely the best he made my day taking the time to show me the coolest tuck ever and let me even snap a few pics with it I suggest stopping by and taking a browse of this car shopping spot.

If I could give less stars I would. Bought a car for 2500 and 19 days later it broke down their only solution was to buy a new engine costing another 2500. Highly recommend you DO NOT buy a vehicle from them. Also made me unknowingly sing a paper saying I wouldn't sue them. VERY sneaky and shady company.

So I went in with mixed feelings thinking this is just another dealership.All that changed as soon as Nick came out and started talking with us! He was friendly and told me exactly what has been done with the vehicles I was looking at and what was wrong with the vehicles it wasn't just one sided. The overall process was very quick and easy and I'm extremely happy with the service I received and of course my new car!If you feel like you are needing a new vehicle I would strongly suggest going to see Nick!

I bought a van for me and my 4kids last year and it's been almost a year of business with Nick and Leon. No complaints at all. With the help of them and the hard working mechanic Fonzy Ive had a very reliable strong van. They fixed my windshield motor for free after I first purchased. Done work on my pulleys and serpentine belt and for a resonable price. I would definitely reccomend them for your next car purchase.

Bought my Mazda from a great dealer named Nick. He was very kind and patient during the entire process. He took his time with us let us go at our own pace while purchasing. I highly recommend him and his dealership to anyone!

If I could give Nick and his dad zero stars I would. I was going through a hard time saved up money for a down payment. He told me this was good car blah blah blah. Didn t even have it for three weeks driving on the highway and the bolts and nuts on my tires were coming off I pulled over and the AAA person said none of these were screwed on properly. And come to find out other stuff is wrong with my car and they refused to work with me. And after he said the car was less than 4000After signing paperwork he added almost 1000 extra dollars on to the car. This is the worst place. Learn from my lessons do not get a car here.And on top of all of that the mechanic told me it look like it was a flood car cause the whole bottom of the car was rusted through completely.And to add to all of that my neighbor got a car from him it was a black car. She took it back because she said there were severe problems with it and he refused to work with her. The next day I saw someone else driving that car.

I don't know anything about cars. Owners seemed nice enough and interested in helping. Looked at a car, asked the owner about the writing on the engine, he said he didn't know but thought that sometimes they write the mileage when the timing belt is changed. Less than a month later car making loud noise, took it to a mechanic who told me the timing belt was bad, that the pistons may be damaged. Also asked me if I knew that the engine had been replaced (he said that is what the numbers written on the engine meant). I called the owner to see what he could do to help out with the problem, he started quoting they sell the cars "as is", he knew that document very well. And I will admit, it is true, document signed. My experience was that they know more about the legal disclaimer than the cars. I would hope the seller of a car would try to help you out less than one month in. Maybe none of them do, this one doesn't for sure. I know there aren't a lot of choices at this price range. I hope your experience is better.

Recently purchased a '96 Honda Civic. I was promptly greeted by Leon who was very polite and answered all my questions about the vehicle. The Honda I bought was being sold as is with some engine issues that Leon advised me of right away. The car was otherwise very clean and ran and looked great. There was no hiding anything, both Nick and Leon were friendly and great to work with. They were very honest about the car and what I was buying. After two months of dealing with dishonest people on Craigslist I've realized I should have just come here in the first place. These guys don't sell late model and low mileage. They sell cars for people that need a ride and dont want to break the bank. They've been in business for a long time and there's good reasons for that. I'm happy with my purchase and would be happy to do business with them again!

Is giving zero stars allowed? We purchased a vehicle for our son on Wednesday, 3/3/21, and on Saturday, 3/6/21 it stopped working. Died. They did not provide us with service records "because they dont keep them" nor did they disclose any work needed on it as required by law. The engine is flooded with oil, we had to have it towed back to them and make sure they fix it correctly! And they finally conceded to pay half of the parts cost for what they never should have had to deal with to begin with. NEVER purchase from them! I cannot wait to have this repaired so that we never have to deal with them again.IN RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT: Gee, you dont say! Cars need gas?! Thanks for pointing that out to us (rolling my eyes). The gas gague was non-functional. It showed that he had just under 1/2 tank of gas, so sorry if that was not the first thing we thought of. Your dealership overall provided us with a stressful experience, were rude, and the owner literally hung up on me. That is not professional at all. You need to start taking pride in your dealership, and that starts with treating your customers with respect and integrity.

Cannot even give them a one star.We called and inquired about Red GMC Sierra. The owner told us no rust, truck had 40% life left on ties and was close to perfect condition.We drive 2.5 hours and to find the truck had rust throughout, bald tires, broken plastic outlining windows, window tint had peeled away, handle on bed of truck was broke and good of vehicle was not secure.The owner asked if it was everything we were looking for and we said no and pointed out all these defects. We told him he could of been honest and he said well the vehicle is 13 years old and hell with you, have a nice ride back and walked away.Do not buy from these people! They lied from the beginning and have the worst customer service I have observed in a long time.

Car was in bad shape Nick the supposed owner,in writing said he would check the brakes,check to see why certain lights were continuously on,and help with wiring a SiriusXM's antenna,set up the date when i came in the old rude man said cant do it other cars more important. At that point i made my payments ,late not more than a month.recently injured at work,so off work a month,no income,again not a month behind and they took the vehicle said i will not get it back,so almost $3000 in.said i needed to communicate, last time i did old man said we dont negotiate ,so i never tried again.so this extra stuff they were going to work on never got done,when i confronted him said he never said it, but i made cpoies of EVERYTHING. I realt with and i have it in writing they would tend to these.True i did not call every day,payments were late,2 2/12 at most.make a long story short,their vehicles are ov er r priced,most are junk,i would advice anyone buying a vehicle, not to shop at kings kars. My opinion,and half dozen other people. My opinion is every one that got screwed by this place ,more specifically Nick,should get together,i talked to an attorney and they suggested a lawsuit against them

I brought a car there and 2 weeks later Radiator went out. I believe the radiator was bad when i bought i ask Nick if there was anything wrong with it he told me its not i had to pay for a new radiator and on top of that the new radiator was bad dnt know if they really put a new radiator in there or damage the new 1 putting it in..i wanted to do a trade or refund even though i only had it for 2 weeks they would not take it back or let me pick a new car..i would not recommend anyone to buy a car here its not a good car shop...i think its sad that some people take advantage of a woman... IF YOU GO HERE TO BUY A CAR I REALLY RECOMMEND YOU TO HAVE A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WITH YOU OR TAKE IT TO GET ON A MACHINE...I DONT WANT THEM TO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE..

Well the yellow focus 07 isn't loaded. And we were given $1600 trade in for a 99 bettle. 24 hours later check engine light on. Towed to dealership. Within a week all lights on and towed to dealership. They made us pay for a part.plus we put in over $2000 to get it running and still wanted payment for loan. Well after last $600 put into it they towed it to dealership and threw away belongings in car. We ask to remove things out of it and we got a bunch of crap. Nick flirting with me and sold me a good car, but a man walks in and they screwed him in every direction possible. Bad business and to top it off while they had the car they thought it was OK to put there decale on it when it was sold without it. Well we haveppictures of it all. So buyer beware of these people.

Brought a SUV and paid 2,500 . 90,000 milesThey pulled number three spark plug out. Didn't know until I had to replace the water pump. So I took the SUV back and they try to sell me a motor. Wouldn't solve the problem. Just because it was 7 mouths.I will never buy from these rip off people.

The buying process here was as professional as it comes. The vehicle we purchased was outstandingly detailed and well kept. Very customer friendly company to buy from, negotiable and fair. After the sale we were also told that there is oil change and maintenance discounts for purchasing a vehicle there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business with King's Kars in Marion, IA. Best buying process I've ever had.

I wasn't going to say anything however I've had my vehicle less than 6 or so months and it's already breaking down. Nick said that the check engine light was on because of the gas I put into it and then when I go and get the check engine light scanned it's actually the thermostat that's needs replaced. I bought a vehicle from them and the first two weeks I had it the rear wheel fell off. Nick told me I must have hit a curb which is hilarious because I had it parked in my driveway until I got my insurance information in the mail. Their mechanic lied and said all the seat belts worked which they did not and Nick said they would fix the rear windshield wiper which took Them three weeks to fix. They could never get a part that worked and the last time I was there to get it fixed, guess what?? It still doesn't work! I agree they have good customer service only because they sell crap vehicles! I'm embarrassed I bought a vehicle from them.

After seeing the 3.1 rating I just had to give my experience, these guys are good guys , the biggest problem people dont understand is , if you buy a used car , it's used, on the window it says warranty or no warranty, period, if you want a car without problems buy a new car , idiot! They worked on 2 of my cars and on my nitro after going too 3 shops they told me exactly what was wrong and before I got it fixed they also told me that once I fixed my problem I may be in for more work , instead of being slimy and horrible people they gave me the choice to fix it or not! They could have took my 800$ and they didnt , good honest people here period!!!

My son purchased a 96 Honda Accord. Great car at a good price. Everything works and the folks there are great and so helpful with absolutely no pressure. Large selection to choose from over a large price range to suit every budget. I highly recommend Kings Kars.

Went to look at a car I was interested in, noted to Nick that the check engine light was on and he proceeded to tell me they had tried scanning it twice. I checked back and the father told me I could bring it somewhere to scan it but they would not pay for it and he's selling it as is with the light on. Nick was very nice I would have rather dealt with him but this tells me they don't care if they're selling something with a serious problem or care to fix something they know has a problem.

Bought a car from them this year. TWO WEEKS after having it, this is what we have replaced:evap line and rusty fuel lines- was leaking gas!batterynumerous hosesopen/pending factory recall that they could have had fixed for free but didn'toil change wasn't major-but shouldn't need done within 2 weeks of buying--Already have put $800 bucks into it--They offer service, but why would you take your car back there to be serviced after all these issues in the first place. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a car here.....

If I could give less than one star I would. They told me the car only had one other owner. They didn't tell me that the engine in it had come from a junkyard. After having it looked over it was clear from all the yellow markings. Also missing a ton of important bolts. I'm the fool for falling for the smooth talking sales guy.

Don't buy from them nick is a dam crock hi try.s to bully you in to what he wants to sale to you and puts a price on a car on his web sit but then puts a different price on the car on the lot you ask home about it and he says hi has a lot of money in the car and whonts the higher price for it. And if you do buy from him and you move to a mother state before you register the car hi thinks you should pay him money to register thear in IA and in the state that you moved to and hi says he will refund you the money that you gave him for IA. I don't think so. And when you try to call him he doesn't answer the phone .if you can get him on the phone he tries to blow you of with I'm with a customer. So in short don't don't don't buy a car or even a candy bar from this place

Me and my father bought cars from there. My lights were zip tided inside and they there mechanics are not on pay roll and are mexican's. Not saying mexicans are bad but I'm pretty sure there not getting paid what they should and don't get the resourses and parts they need to fully repair vehicles. It was a joke. My car did not stay running for more than 2wks at a time. Something always went wrong. Finally the 3rd time I PAID them to fix it I stopped fixing it and let it sit for 2mnths and let them take it and stopped making payments. The younger one who was still like in his 40's hit on my 18yr old sister. Also making the comment that he can't wait till his girls get older so he can watch her friends parade around. Sick man!!!!

We went in to make a deal with them. They drew it up and said they would hold the car over the weekend. By the time we got back they sold it to someone else. Usual used car salesmen. They never stand by their word. Don t trust these people.

I wish I could give less than a star . Please do not waist both your money and your time it is not worth it. Take your time and go thru the comments and I strongly believe all those good reviews are just to deceive us. I will never buy from them again the owner and his son. They are a fraud and do not take their words for it . They are just after they money and will deceive you for it. Pleaaaaaaase do not buy from them.
