I found a vehicle that I really wanted but also knew it was going to be a few days Before I could get it. Rob was great help with my situation and a super awesome guy to work with. He made sure the vehicle wasn t going anyway. He took the time to have everything ready to make the buying process as easy as possible and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. I Highly recommend Rob to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

My daughter bought a car at Houdek 2 years ago and has been a good car to her and recently my grandson bought a car there also so last week me and my daughter decided to shop for a vehicle for myself and had a wonderful experience working with Rob Aimers and I did buy a stunning orange SUV love it! Highly recommend Houdek!

I was on the hunt for a new ride after my car got totalled and my friend Cathy strongly recommended I take a look at Houdek. Very glad I did, because this was easily the least painful car buying experience I've ever had. Worked with Corey throughout the process and he was friendly, informative, quick to respond to any questions I had, and when he didn't have the answer he just said as much. Definitely a refreshing change from other dealers I've dealt with. Got me into my new car with a solid rate and reasonable price, and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.Houdek is almost certainly going to be the first place I check whenever it is I next go shopping for a car.

Rob was very cooperative when buying a vehicle. He was knowledgeable and made things quick and easy when purchasing a car. Although there were a few mechanical issues after the purchase, Rob was super helpful and understanding of it. He got the vehicle back in asap with no additional charge for any repairs.

This place is awesome!!! Brad is the man to see . He completely changed my view of this dealership I had heard so many rumors about over the years.. but Brad definitely turned it all around for me I had a paid off Camry and had a accident.. found a new Camry here and Brad was so helpful and informative I was going back and forth on fixing my car or using the money to buy a new one. He wasn t pushy, he didn t persuade me one way or the other.. we talk over some scenarios and I ended up putting money on the car to hold later he called me and told me to come get the car for a few hours, make sure I like it, take it to a mechanic (I am a mechanic) so I did take it and go put it up and go through it I was Leary because the price was so good and on a loaded Camry other dealers we re selling them for 3-4K more.. but the car was fine just drove it to Missouri with no issues and this week is Texas.. they have great prices fantastic service, I mean what salesman and lot owner help you get the best price for your wrecked car from insurance when they didn t even know if I was gonna buy theirs!!!There s some negative reviews on here.. ima say coming from me a previous car purchaser and mechanic of a car lot every lot has those cars that sometimes aren t what we thought when we bought them to sell it happens, I ve been that guy that purchased a car at auction for my boss dealership.. positive it was a great car and boom customer bought it and it wasn t a good car, there were no warning signs it was failing, so it happens the prices are the best in the market right now As far as I m concerned . See Brad give them a try they changed my mind and earned my business give em a chance to earn yours and take the extended warranty if your nervous or unsure they are used cars at the end of the day!!!

This was our 2nd vehicle purchased at Houdek Auto Center. They have a great selection of quality, affordable used vehicles. I came with a list of the ones I wanted to test drive and one-by-one, they brought them to me! No pressure. Each time I returned they asked about the test drive, answered my questions and we moved on to the next! There literally was something I liked about each car, but in the end one favorite stood out to me and with their help, my offer was submitted to our bank and we drove off with our new vehicle a half hour later!I would highly recommend starting at Houdek for your vehicle search. There are no hidden fees, no pressure, just friendly, knowledgeable sales people who made the experience enjoyable!

Would NOT recommend. If you plan on getting a car from them definitely get it checked out before buying it. My mom and I both bought a car from them within the last couple of months, they were both great at first come to find out my car has so many issues with it I have to already get rid of it and lose out on a ton of money. They told my mom when she bought her car that they replaced the breaks and a couple other things and even printed her of a record of it. She took her car into the shop today and they said that the breaks were completely worn down and definitely not replaced 8 months ago like Houdek had told her. We were both screwed over by them. Never believe what they say they replace.

We had a great experience with Houdek Auto Center. They were very helpful in letting us drive multiple vehicles, and ultimately picking out the one that fit our needs. They also got us a great rate on the financing. We love the Subaru Forester!

Great service. We weren't sure what we wanted, but had a list of requirements and Cory was able to provide a few options in which we got to test drive multiple vehicles. No pressure sales and I recommend Houdek Auto Center to all of my friends and family.

I absolutely love the people that work there and love my car.. they were fast on everything and make sure I was happy with the car I wanted. My window broke after I got it and they were fast to get me into another car for the morning and fixed it..I will definitely go back for a car thereYall should check Rob outHe s amazing

I had a wonderful experience here at Houdek buying my first car from a dealership it had a problem after owning it for less than a month and they handled it amazingly and fast! Definitely 10/10 recommend to buy a car from them!

Daughter a couple hundred miles away needed to replace a vehicle totaled in a hailstorm. How to accomplish this remotely as she needed our guidance and needing some financial assistance.My wife connected with Houdek because of a great selection of used Suburus. We connected well with Rob and developed a trusting relationship as he helped guide us through the ins and outs of the process.We found Rob and the dealership to be very helpful and patient and would recommend to anyone.

I felt very relaxed immediately when I went to Houdek to test drive a car. Rob was not a pushy salesman at all; and he didn t seem disappointed when I didn t buy on my first or even second visit. He sent me a message just to say he was still inviting me back to look at more cars. Again I felt very welcomed but not coerced.I wound up buying a great car that I am happy with, and Rob was fantastic. I felt good about the condition of the Chrysler 200 as it is the best driving car I have ever owned and I ve owned many.The actual buying process took a fraction of the time it took at another place in town I was so thankful for that.Houdek is my new place to buy cars.

I found exactly what I was looking for- a gently used Mazda for a great price. They were very helpful during the whole buying process. They will also fix up any issues that you notice after purchasing. Highly recommend them!

Is it possible to give them 0 stars? Don t waste your money here. The cars look nice but only on the outside. They sold me a car with a crack in the serpentine belt and would not fix it. They don t offer actual warranties. I emailed them twice and got no answer. They don t care about you, just want your money

I called Houdek and Rob answered the phone. Asked him if the 2014 Acadia was still there and for sale. It was so my boyfriend and I went to the dealership looked at the Acadia and I decided to buy it. Took 1 day and I bought my car and am so happy with it.

Had a great buying experience at Houdek. Rob Aimers was very helpful. It was extremely hot and he cooled down all the cars my daughter wanted to look at, answered her many questions, and was all around enjoyable to work with. This was her first car buying experience and he was very patient and kind. My daughter still calls the sunglass holder the taco holder as that's how he referred to it and it made her smile. We ended up with a Toyota Camry Hybrid and we love it. Thank you, Rob!
