This is the place to go! Amazing service & excellent communication through the whole process. They knew we were paying out of pocket for a rental & got our vehicle back as quick as possible. Good as new! We are already planning on using them again for another service. Won t go anywhere else. We appreciate their honesty. Before getting an estimate at Caliber Collision we had an estimate from another local shop & it was $4K more at the other place. Thank you CC, we will recommend everyone to you!

Pam and Brian are excellent people to go to at Caliber Collision. Pam greets you at the door. Brian got my truck done in a timely manner. He always kept me notified on the stages of my truck. After Caliber Collision in Marion finished the job it was really good can t tell it was in an accident. Thank you work is well done

I have been blown away by the level of support and customer service I have received from Brian and the Marion location! They have truly demonstrated the highest level of transparency and integrity in handling what would have otherwise been a really difficult situation. Communication was proactive, professional, and courteous. I hope not to need them often but they have, without a doubt, earned my future business and endorsements. Absolutely beyond grateful and glad I made the decision to go through Caliber has awesome updates and phone calls along the time they had my vehicle and had it done a week early! Props to these awesome guys for the hard work they put in to make sure I leave in a safe and reliable vehicle now I know to come back with any other issues and know I can rely on a wonderful team Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to making sure my car was better than before!

They were amazing!My car was brought to them after I was in an accident that totaled it. After assessing the damage, they called me right away before calling the insurance company. Even though my car wasn't salvageable, I still felt like they cared and put in a lot of effort when it came to their customer service. And I wasn't expecting them to call me at all, I thought I was gonna have to wait till insurance got back to me. So I really appreciated them taking the time to contact me before contacting Insurance.

Caliber Collision in Marion once again far exceeded my expectations, not only did they get my truck back like new, they went above and beyond by helping me with an electrical issue that was not only unsafe, but was not even part of the original repair process. I can t thank Brian and the team enough. We ve brought multiple vehicles here and each time Brian and the team make it easy, fast and showroom quality. Caliber Collision was the recommended repair location of the insurance company handling their client's claim. The repairs were be done and all payments handled directly between the two - easy for me! After an initial visit, Caliber Collision sent the quote to the insurance company, ordered parts and scheduled the repair. I took my car in and got an unexpected call from my mechanical lead and separately, the manager, to notify me that upon detailed inspection at the start of the repair, the unseen structural damage deemed my car unsafe, and ultimately totalled my vehicle. Of course, this had to go back through the insurance company but to help me bridge the gap, Caliber Collision arranged a rental car for me.When I dropped my car off, I had all intentions of picking it up later that day as it LOOKED like some bumper damage. In reality, I never got to take my car home. While I'm completely gutted, I'm grateful that the team at Caliber Collision was so thorough and is keeping me and my family safe.

AMAZING service. Honestly, 10/10.From start to finish. My collision intake done by Katie Conrad was efficient, thorough, and communicative. Although my parts were on back order for months, she never lost sight and forgot about my claim.After my parts were in Brian was in constant communication with me about parts and the extent of the damage. He went above and beyond tracking down parts (the only one left in the country) and had me back on the road in a weeks time.I know my car was pushed quickly through repairs but undoubtedly was never rushed. This team is top notch!!! Thanks CC, me and my VW appreciate the love.

Brian at the Marion location is the best!! Jordan and the rest of his Caliber Collision team were fantastic to work with. Our brand new 2022 Honda Odyssey van passenger side mirror was badly damaged and needed replaced. I called into Caliber, received pricing that was better than working directly with the dealership in town. I brought the van in on a Monday morning and they had it completed within 45 mins. I had a small incident with my vehicle and elected Caliber Collision in Marion, to do the repair due to the positive experience my daughter had with them. They fixed my car's front bumper and did an amazing job, not to mention the great customer service they provided from beginning to end. Caliber went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was my service quicker than expected, but it also came up cheaper than my initial quote! All of the staff were very friendly and they walked me through the process beforehand to make sure I was feeling confident. They did a great job fixing my car and also cleaned it! The lobby and restrooms were clean and offered nice refreshments and fresh popcorn. Would definitely recommend and will return if my car needs anything else.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision took really good care of my car and gave me a cheaper rate compared to the local shops. The parts needed for my car only took a few days and they made sure to keep me updated on the process so I know when I would be getting my car back!

We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with when we ran into one of Iowa's apparently infamous raccoons. We had major damage to the radiator, condenser, undercarriage, and other items leaving the car un-drivable. The team at Caliber are fantastic! Had a blemish on the side of my fiance's Audi(not my fault)She wanted it taken care of correctly the first time. So, I of course reached out to Brian, their lead estimator. "Small things like this happen, and Caliber handles this on a regular basis" he informed me. He is so comforting.After a quick twenty minute appointment, everything is back to new.
