I went here wanting to cry, just because I can't fill my own damn tires. A nice man behind the counter said he was willing to go across the street to Hy-Vee, in the cold where they let you fill your tires for free, and filled them for me. Absolute shout out for whoever he was. Yes I suck for not getting his name. But good people rock. And I'm so glad I was so blessed to have bumped into one. Whoever you are you definitely made my day

Seems like a lot of people have had good experiences . I have yet to have that let alone get helped I got there probably a couple hours after they opened, hoping it wouldn t be so busy which it wasn t but helping a customer was none of their concern. there were two people in the back talking, phones ringing off the hook not a single person concerned with answering it, then I heard one of the employees say don t worry about them. Assuming they were talking about the customer that was waiting for assistance shortly after hearing that I decided to go to advance auto.

The Marion Auto Zone staff was incredibly helpful in diagnosis of our bad alternator. We thought it was a battery, but after testing they verified it was in deed the alternator. Super helpful and very courteous even though we did not purchase anything from them. I will make sure if we need anything for auto parts that we start here first.

Had battery changed the Pos terminal was loose after I left. Found out they didn't use terminal shim .had to buy one at advance �s they didn't have any. Need a lot better training

Don t order parts online. I ordered parts online said that they were ready, get to the store and they don t even have the parts. They send me to another store saying they confirmed that they have them and they don t. Said they would refund but still haven t received the refund 10 days later. Place is garbage never buying parts from this place again.

I have been buying parts from Tammy at this location since they opened the store . She is very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I get the right part and best customer service !Dave the delivery guy is the nicest I ve met in the last 20 years + !

I don't know where I would be without AutoZone they've been like the emergency room with Band-Aids for my vehicles for the last 30 years at least and it was always there helping me get the right parts reasonable prices and always Dependable if I need to go in and have questions to ask about anything. No problem with loan or tools. And they're always friendly and keep a smile on their face thank you AutoZone you are outstanding

My key fob to my car finally died. I brought it into AutoZone and Josh did an awesome job replacing the battery. It sounds like it might ve been an easy situation. However, my key fob was really old and stuck together. Also, the screw would not come out. So Josh pried it open as much as he could and just slid the battery out and put a new one in. Thank you so much Josh for the awesome customer service.

The delivery driver keyed my car over 3 weeks ago. The manager there argued with me and try to protect him. I was only there a few minutes and the driver was the only one that came and left while I was there and he parked right beside me. I showed the damage to the manager and the Marion police. I also contacted corporate online but they don t do anything! Be careful! I don t want to see your car damaged simply because you want to buy at their store! The scratches are pretty deep and I paid certified auto detailing to try and buff it but they couldn t!

I normally would give at start rating but when I come in looking for a bit from a caliper bracket and am told there is no way that came off a piece I described and called your competitor and they actually had two of them it makes me wonder. You do have a great employee in the older gentleman (my age) as he knows his stuff. He is also the most polite employee I have run across in years.

I understand this is a business but people in this establishment should be put ahead of phone calls. It's very irritating to watch employess put people on hold while they answer a call. I dont dislike Auto Zone but ANY of their competitors will treat you with much more manners. Just saying.

I went in about a month ago to get help with having one of my headlights replaced. An employee by the name of Luke assisted me in this matter, and he was very efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes because of his help! I highly recommend this store!

Bought some wiper blades and they installed. Don't go in if you have a need to go-to the bathroom. There is a sign that says no public bathroom. Which clearly means even if you are a paying customer, to bad. Finally had to te the manager, then get going and install while the two employees bickered back and forth like a married couple. Hope these guys never goto a business that doesn'tow customers to use a bathroom. Next time, I will just pee my pants. Let's see which is worse, my pee trail or the so called mess they are worried about in their bathroom.

I saw the sign on the window for curbside pick up, and called. The gentleman on the phone not only was kind of rude, but seemed like he didn't know what he was supposed to do for this. He asked, "What do you want me to do?" After I explained I would like to place an order for pick up.After all that, I still had to go in and pick up the order. Which defeated the purpose.Had the products I needed, though and it was done in a quick manner.

Went to return headlights that I had purchased at the Iowa city location. They told me that I could return the one in Marion. An older gentleman told me I wasn't able to then this rude lady came up and explained they where indeed the correct size even though I had ripped off the headlight assembly and brought the old bulb. I said it's fine if I could just purchase the new bulbs I don't need a return I just need to get going. They proceeded to berate me and explain why they couldn't return the bulb even as another employee there was arguing with them. Going elsewhere for service.

Nice new store, but I've been given the wrong part 3 of the 6 times I've been here. And they were errors on the employees end, not mine. Today I waited for 25 minutes to exchange a wrong brake cable they sold me. And that was AFTER I got to the front of the line. Might be time to go back to Advance Auto Parts.

Went in for some sway bar bushings, it seemed like no one had a clue as to which part I needed even though I gave them the make-model-year etc. After putting the bushing on that they gave me there was a gap that the other did not have, so I called and spoke with David. He told me "we aren't mechanics and your over your head on this job" I felt that was unprofessional so I returned the one I didn't put on and told David face to face how unprofessional he was. I then went to Advanced in Marion where I was quickly taken care of. Seems these workers at Autozone either dont care about there job or not trained properly!

I was looking for help to find information on my fuse box under the hood of my car because it was not labeled what each individual fuse was for when I walked into store to see if i could get some info on the issue I noticed it was very busy which this location on Mt Vernon Road used to be my go to auto parts store not only for there abundance of automotive items but great service ...WELL USE TO BE...... Any way I waited my turn patiently and when I asked for help a female employee seemed a little on the edge and I figured I'd just try to lighten the atmosphere and tried to at least show her I wasn't going to be annoying with a little humor needless to say that didn't work so she followed me out to my car were I finished exsplaing my situation she moreless made me immediately hate the location even with several years of my business with this location or even to this automotive parts house as a whole. She totally showed no need to be working at an automotive store with the incompetence level that she presented and the not even making an attempt to try to find a solution other then tell me to look in my owners manual . As an employee is leaving she flags him over to us and ask if he may know anything about my dilemma he was just as rude if not prolly a little more then she was.Mean while I'm furious so the employee walks off with the chip on his shoulder he approached us with. Even if she had offered a owners repair manual would have been better then what poor work ethic that she showed ....I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN P.S. GUY IN THE DODGE DAYTONA CHARGER

Stopped in the week they opened and there were no employees. I called out because I finally heard someone in the back laughing. No one came out to help. Called the corporate office. They told me someone would get back to me. No one did. I will continue to shop at O'Reilly and never return to AZ.
