Had a breakdown on my vehicle 5 minutes before closing time on the night before I had to take a lengthy road trip, so I called in to see about ordering the part and have them set it outside or stay around for an extra 10 minutes after closing until I got there, and person that answered the phone insisted there was no way they could help me out. I even offered to pay them well for the bother, but no attempt was made to come up with a solution. The lack of empathy for my situation was troubling to say the least.

If I could give a zero I would...these idiots don't know cars let alone their own jobs. The fact that a customer can figure out more with common sense says a lot about Orielly Employees. As well as, frikin Iowans

We wanted to double check our oil and coolant. John was very helpful and gave us all the advice we needed. Very great store and good staff. John most likely saved us from our car breaking down thanks.

The lady their helped me and my grandma get an break fluid cap on GMC 1500 Sierra half ton my grandma thanks a lot the lady with brown hair and blue eyes deserves a rase she helped a lot

Understanding people here I lost my receipt for my used calipers and they told me to bring in the cores and gave him the refund for my core because I had used my phone number with the receipt... I've had a wonderful experience all the way around with these people Dylan is an excellent employee I will definitely be coming back here from now on for all my parts
