Dustin from Bridgeport Auto Sales towed our vehicle for us when the engine died. Our insurance company called him for the tow and he arrived quickly and was able to take my husband and I in his truck to the service center where he towed our car. Dustin was friendly the whole time and even took the time to diagnose and explain what he believed the cars engine problem was (he was right). This gave us the opportunity to start planning ahead to determine what our next steps were. He gave us suggestions on where to have it serviced and also offered to purchase it for parts. Thank you for your kindness and knowledge during a frustrating situation.

I had a car for 4 weeks.I went to Iowa City and turned into gas station..tye rod broke and the 4 wheel drive hose also broke.I went in the station and said I need help.They came out and looked that's what they said.Then 2 people were behind me and seen this happening.So the people from Dubuque and every one was emptying the car out.I called Bridge port and they went and got the car.I missed Thanksgiving,Christmas Eve,Christmas Day,New Years Eve,New Years Day.I couldn't get to town to spend with my Family.I cancel all of my Dr. Appointments.I called Friday we haven't recieved the title yet.It's been 21 day's still nothing.Wouldn't give me a loaner.It was a Red Ford Escape rusted under the car very terrible.I could have died if I was on the highway.

Great mom and pop style dealership. Dropped my keys in water at boat dock. Came out got me going again when other dealers were closed.
