We got the pleasure of working with Zach. His team took a hard and trying experience, for me, (losing my car to mechanical failure), and made it positive. Zach drove miles out of the way and waited, patiently, while me and my husband secured payment for this awesome vehicle purchase. I recommend Brad Deery Motors, to anyone. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and our visit.

I've never done a review for service before until now because Connor deserves this review for so many reasons. I knew Connor was a som of a friend of mine that I've never met until this day. As soon as we got there Connor asked us questions thankfully because I had zero idea what car to even start with all I knew is I needed an upgrade as a warranty was running out of my current vehicle at the time. Connor like I said asked questions what we were considering, price, mileage and options and searched and searched the site until he found the right one that fit us not them. He focused on us and our needs and wants not his and theirs. He answered every question very clearly and has a lot of knowledge about the car business. He was calm, patient, laid back, funny, personable and very kind to us! We love our car and so does our family! This is our 2nd purchase since 2019 from Brad Deery. Set aside some issues we ran into with my previous car they always took care of us! We will continue our service with Brad Deery in the future! Thank you all!

If you're looking for a car, just go here first and call it a day. I had gone to 3 other dealerships before coming here. This one's by far the best. As a first timer with financing a car, they made the process smooth from start to finish. They are very personable. They treat you like a human being, and not just another sale. They answered every question I had, without making me feel like an idiot. They made sure I knew how operate the computer stuff in my car before leaving the lot, because let's face it: when you go from an early 2000s model car to late 2000s model, there are ALOT of changes. So, from the bottom of my heart, a huge thank you to all of the staff that assisted me. You are all truly amazing individuals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Monica was great with the communication and had the truck out before we got there so it was ready to test drive. Jennifer was very social, positive, knowledgeable and patient. It was a great experience and we will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from her in the future!

I was very happy with the service I received Brad Deery in Maquoketa. Connor the salesman was very friendly and answered all my questions. My husband wasn't able to go with me to look at the car. So they offered me to drive it home that day so my husband could take a look at it. If we had to buy another vehicle I would definitely go back to Brad Deery in Maquoketa. We love our new car.

I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Connor Wambold over the weekend. He was helpful, easy to talk to and knew the answer to every question I asked about the vehicle. I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple week and Connor was by far the best salesperson I dealt with during that time and make the experience enjoyable!

Went in to test drive and purchase a vehicle today. Unfortunately, they wouldn t let me take it home to show my family because of another person having a tree fall on a vehicle they took home. (?? Not sure what that has to do with me) You should do some research on what happens when people take home vehicles overnight-probably they are more likely to purchase. Luckily for me, the vehicle I m in the market for is available widely at other dealerships. They also wouldn t give me a quote on my trade without entering into negotiations. Typical car dealership games. Overall, wouldn t recommend this dealership. Too much game play and not enough customer service. I ll be purchasing this week with a more customer service oriented dealership.

I found the Fiat of my dreams at Brad Deery Motors. Jaimaca was a super helpful and kind agent. She was extremely thorough and efficient. She sent me very detailed videos of the car I wanted, and was open about the vehicle history, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me purchase the vehicle. I love my little Fiat and I thank Jaimaca endlessly for helping make it possible for me to get my hands on such a cute little car. I love it! Thank you Jaimaca and Brad Deery Motors!!! Had an overall wonderful experience here. 100% recommend.

Being someone that has had employment in the admin, title and sales biz, I was very pleased with my slick experience at Brad Deery. I was able to collect all information I wanted before my drive in, and I was not faced with any catches or gimmicks. Do not buy from them. They sold me a vehicle that had engine problems. Luckily there was a warranty that I had to ASK for because they didn t give it to me when I bought the vehicle. When I took it to them to get fixed they couldn t find a problem because I don t have a video of it on my phone and it s not doing it for them . The problem happened again and I tried to return it to them for repairs but they turned me away basically and told me to find a local dealer. Very poor communication when I was trying to get the help I needed. I took the truck to a local ford dealer and they found the issue right away and it s getting fixed as we speak, with great communication. The only good experience was the salesman. Nice kid from the get go. Don t buy from this place.

Connor was a great salesman. Defiantly not to pushy. He was able to answer any questions I had about the truck I was looking at. After the sale was complete he even spent some time with me in the truck to help set up different things (truck is loaded with options and I'm a little on the old side}. He even told me more than once if in the future I had questions to feel free to call. All other staff that I spoke with was always helpful and friendly. It was a good experience shopping at Brad Deery Motors. As a result I drove home in a very clean low mile 2019 GMC SLT Premium.

I bought a buyback 2020 dodge ram in late October 2023. Randy Schoup was the salesmen. Within the first week it was miss firing and I was getting several different warnings about different operations of the vehicle. I contacted them and it took about 2 weeks to get it in for a diagnostic check. I was then advised that it was miss firing on 3 cylinders. It then took about a month for them to get me scheduled to bring it in to service it. I took it in on December 18th 2023. I still don t have the truck back and it is March 7, 2024. They still don t know what is wrong with it. When I asked the service advisor about how many hours that they have actually worked on the vehicle during this time frame they said 1-2 weeks. I put several thousand dollars down when I bought the vehicle. I feel completely disrespected about this whole situation. I was sold a truck that was never repaired in the 1st place and should have never been sold to begin with. I guess that s my fault for having faith in people. I feel there is no sense of urgency to take care of my needs. Once my situation is resolved I will never deal with Brad Deery Motors Maquoketa again and if anyone asks me about them I will advise them to stay away.

Blayze and the finance manager Kody were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Both were pleasant, knowledgeable, and made a significant effort to ensure all of our questions were answered and concerns addressed, even after all paperwork was completed. I couldn't thank them enough or offer enough of a recommendation to others to consider using them for a vehicle purchase. It was a positive experience that will have us returning for future purchases.

My husband and I had a wonderful, stress free experience at Brad Deery Motors. From the very beginning when I had requested more information, online, Jamaica was very friendly and wanted to help any way she could to make sure all our questions were answered and the vehicles we had requested were available. Once we arrived on site Zach spent time showing us the vehicles we had asked to see while answering all of our questions and allowing us the time we needed to make sure we were choosing the vehicle that was right for us, we felt very comfortable like we were chatting with a friend. I had a very positive experience with Brad Deery Motors and would recommend them. I enjoyed working with Randy S as our Sales Consultant and Dan G with the financing. Dan O. was the business manager at the time and I appreciated his consideration as I thought that they gave me a fair deal on my trade-in vehicle. They were very accommodating as well as I kept them long after their business hours to complete the sale. All of the staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. They also have many very nice vehicles on their lot. We have been very happy with our most recent purchase from them.

I emailed with Monica before driving out there and she was helpful. I got there and the truck was waiting outside for a test drive. Jennifer knew a lot about the truck and made sure all of my questions were answered before I signed anything. She asked if we needed anything, socialized with us before the paperwork process and made it a very stress free purchase. I had a good experience and I look forward to buying from them again in the future.

After our car was permanently disabled, we needed a new car like RIGHT NOW. We had purchased from Brad Deery in the past and went back to them, not so much due to loyalty, but our research showed we could get the most car for our buck there. And with the economy being what it is, that is a huge factor. Connor W. empathetically listened to our needs and our financial situation. He took us on 3 test drives (my wife had already researched their inventory 12 hours prior), we made our choice and Connor advocated for us throughout the financing process. We couldn't have asked for a less stressful experience purchasing our 3rd car from them. #BradDeeryCustomerForLife.

Drove 3.5 hours one way to take a look at a Jeep. Test drove the jeep and they test drove my cadillac. They offered a deal but we could not agree on it. On my way back, decided to stop and get some good down the road and I noticed that the steering wheel on my car was damaged. I went back to the dealership and spoke to the salesperson. He came out, saw the damage, went inside to talk to the manager. He came back out 5 minutes later to let me know that the manager that test drove my car has already left for they day. The salesperson took photos of the damage and said the manager will get back to me as soon as possible to discuss the damage. After a week of waiting, nobody got back in touch with me, I emailed the online rep, salesperson and one of the managers thanking them for their time and showing me the vehicle and I asked about the damage to my steering wheel. Only the online rep responded with "was there something we could have done to make the deal". Nothing about my complaint. A manager sent me a generic Email few days later to thank me for coming up there and to give them a rating on my experience. Still no response about the damage. Couple days later, another manager emailed me a generic email saying he heard I bought another vehicle somewhere else. They offered me their service department number and a 5% on next service appointment. Again, this is a generic email as I live 3.5 hours away and would never drive that far for a service on my car. Now today December 27th, it has been 2 whole weeks, no response from anyone at the dealership. Emails sent to online rep, salesperson and both managers. Causing damage and ignoring a potential future customer is a bad look for this dealership. The online rep is the only person that gets any sort of credit, but managers ignoring me is not OK. If I could give this place a 0, I definitely would.Response to dealership. The damage was 100% caused by you guys. Why didn't the other manager come out to take a look? If the salesperson documented anything why haven't I been contaced in the last two weeks. How do I have a picture, which was provided to Safo, that showed I didn't not have damage on the steering wheel before I arrived there. The manager that test drove it is a bigger guy and looks like when he was getting in or out caused the damage. Yes my wife took the baby for a drive as you guys were taking your time talking over the car, and no way did she in any shape or form cause the damage. She has been getting in and out of that car for 1.5 years, and is 120 pounds and she has to push the seat in every time she gets in. As far as accident, I was not aware of the first one when car was sold to me, which I informed Safo when I test drove the car.As far as second one, I spoke to my insurance, which provided me a letter of no accident and I am in contact with Carfax and I process of getting that removed. As far as hail, yes we had a hail storm and it was fixed by Willis cadillac.As far as the two managers talking in the office with Safo, no the vehicle was not purchased at Sam's Riverside as you guys stated, it was purchased at Willis auto. As far as you guys saying I painted the wheels, no, the wheels came like that as it has the blackout package. Next time you talk about your potential customer, make sure nobody can hear you outside the office.As far as me not being happy about the deal, not at all, my intentions were not to trade my car in, I said I was maybe interested in doing that, as your online reps kept asking about it, I was more interested in just buying the vehicle, which you guys never attempted to do. You were very focused on my vehicle instead of me trying to buy the jeep.

Zach was extremely informative, gave me a lot of information on the vehicle I was looking at, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. My appointment lasted longer than expected, and as other appointments came in, he gave them attention, while giving us time to think over decisions. The staff at Brad Deery Motors in Maquoketa go above and beyond. I am very happy with my recent purchase and the experience in buying at Brad Deery Motors. This is my second vehicle from BDM and I will definitely be back. Thanks to Jennifer for finding the perfect vehicle for me on her first attempt. I absolutely love it! Thanks to Cody in finance for making things go so smoothly and being so helpful and kind. Thanks to Joe and the rest of the Service Dept as well. I talked to several of them and they are all very friendly and helpful.They were quick with the repair,(small window issue that I noticed after purchasing) and even delivered the vehicle to my house, over an hour away. Overall it was a great experience, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I dealt with Zach and he was very helpful, he asked what I was looking to do. After test driving a couple trucks I decided on one, and went in to do the paperwork Initially we couldn t agree and we left. On the way home I received a call from Zach and he had gone back in to his manager and worked out what I needed. Zach worked extra to get it done, and I would go back to him and recommend him to anyone looking for a different vehicle.
