We had the pleasure of working with Alisha on a used Ford F250. Being from out of state and over 600 miles from the Deery dealership, she worked with us closely answering all of our questions. There were a lot of questions since we could not easily run to the dealership to look at the truck. We feel very good about making the purchase and believe the long distance to go for it was well worth the drive.

These guys were great to deal with. They offered an amazing price right up front. There was no hassles when I went to pick my truck up. They didn t try to sell me stuff that I didn t want or need. I m definitely recommending Darean and Larry were friendly and easy to talk to. I will go back to Brad Deery Ford in the future. Thanks!

My experience at Brad Deery Ford was Excellent. We drove 200 miles to purchased a Van from Brad Deery Ford for our church and everything went smooth. They even repaired and replaced things that we had not agreed upon when we purchased the van. They are a customer driven dealership that believes in keeping the personal touch with its customers. Our salesperson Alisha called us a couple of times after our purchase to see how everything was going with our van and to see if we had any questions or concerns about our purchase. Having a salesperson call you after you purchased a car, truck, or van is a rarity these days. Thank You Brad Deery Ford for the experience of a small town dealership and the miles were worth the drive.

I did not purchase from this dealership but want to tell people to be aware of some sneaky sales tactics that they use to sell there vehicles. They have lemon law repurchases on there lot that they have listed as full kbb pricing. Repurchased lemon law vehicle s never command full price since they are never guaranteed to be repaired. There is no warranty on them. Vehicle s that are lemon law repurchased sell for 75% of kbb retail value and please don t offer them anything higher than that. They purchase them at auction at around 60% of kbb retail price. Always ask for the Carfax, which will give you a full breakdown of the lemon law s vehicle history. If they do not offer the Carfax then move on and go to another dealership

Hey, forgot to mention inside door panel came off after six weeks They buy junk used cars. Do not buy from them.Within two months of buying the 2018 with 50000 miles, the car was in the shop three times and the corroded battery stalled the car three weeks after purchase. The first time, 2 days after purchase, was a checked engine light and a local auto mechanic shop said it was an evap leak. I took the car back to Derry and Derry fixed a sensor on the car for free, which stopped the check engine light. Next, the corroded old battery stalled the car three weeks later. (It had a plastic cover on when I purchased the vehicle.) Next, six weeks later the check engine light went on again and I had to pay over $900 to fix an evap leak. I am so disappointed in all of this especially with the battery when I was told by the dealership the corrosion can happen within three weeks after purchasing a vehicle. This has been a terrible experience.

Where to start.Sales-Darean was awesome, incredibly professional and willing to work with you as a customer (even when you give him a hard time).Finance- Angel- whether you go through them or are pre approved they will make the buying experience a great one.All the staff- Five star all the wayIf/when I am ever looking for another car again Brad Deery Ford will be at the top of my list to do business with.

After being involved in tbone accident and losing my truck I was stressing out over trying to figure out getting a new vehicle. I've heard a lot of positive reviews on brad deery ford so figured I would check them out. I was very pleased with everything about Brad deery ford. Very friendly staff, they kept in contact through the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle. Even 2 weeks later I still hear from them and I will definitely recommend anyone I know who's looking for a new vehicle to check them out. The sales rep Darean was very friendly, very nice, easy going and easy to talk to, made the process that much more pleasant. Thank you brad deery ford + Darean for helping me achieve my life long dream of finally buying my first brand new truck.

Doesn't matter weather you disclose that information about beingupfront about the condition and history of the car, you have alreadyadmitted to purchasing lemon cars at auction houses, a practiceno dealership should be doing. Now you have been flaggedand taken off my radar. This is the type of practice thatgives dealerships a bad name and this dealership juststepped in it.

Our first experience with Brad Deery was so good we returned 3 years later to buy again. We were pleased to hear Jeffrey Rangel was still selling & he was just as professional, helpful & willing as he was the first time. We have plenty of car dealers where we live but we chose to drive 40 miles away to get the best deal & deal with the friendliest people. THANKS again for another great experience.
