I've had my XL SPECIALIZED trailer for almost twenty years, with over 1.5 Million Miles on it. Never had an issue outside of regular maintenance. I haul aircraft engines, landing gear, and ground support equipment for the airlines. I told them what I needed, and they designed the perfect trailer for me. 48' long, 10' spread axles, 8' front deck, two kingpin settings, two height settings, lift front axle, dump air axles, and so much more. 10/10 satisfaction! Still have the original paint, wood deck, and the old school XL logo!

Took the day to drive to the XL Specialized Trailers factory today. Had an amazing reception by Brian and Cory! They gave us a tour of the whole factory from the steel coming in the door to the finished trailer going out the door. I am at awe how transparent XL is with their employees, empowering them to take ownership into the company and do all they can to make it a smooth and efficient process, so that the customer gets the highest quality product on the market!!! That was a truly amazing tour and really cool to see how it all comes together. Seeing all the employees have so much pride in their job was wonderful. Ashton wasn't too impressed when we pulled up worrying about a boring look behind the scenes, but quickly realized how cool it is to see how something like this is built.Again a huge thank you to XL, Cory, Brian, and the whole team of employees for a wonderful experience and a quality product any customer should be proud to pull down the road!!!

We have two XL s in our fleet and love them. One is a custom build 110hdg painted white with 29 in the well, and we also have an XL80 mechanical detach, also painted white with a 34 well. Both of these trailers are super versatile and serve our customers well!

I own an independent shop, and I deal with a lot of manufactures and dealerships. Most treat you like you should feel privileged they are even talking to you. Nikki Main made the process of getting the parts I needed a breeze. It was all done by email and she was very responsive. In most cases you are waiting a day or 2 in between responses. It did take a day or 2 to get the first response to my first email but once she started helping me she was on the ball. I appreciate it very much!

3rd lowboy, 1st XL. Really enjoying the adjustability and features our4 axle 110HDE has. It has definitely stepped up our heavy haul game. Already making plans for another one!

Yes their are many trailer brands out there. I see the question many times what trailer should I get. Well my experience falls on about 4 different trailer manufacturers. In short XL Specialized Trailers has gone beyond my expectations from beginning of trailer order to completion. Exceptional customer service and support. From parts to warranty work. I give special props to Shannon Richardson, Leon and Nicole at XL. XL Specialized would be extremely hard to beat. The knowledge and experience they have in trailer is exceptional.

I called Xl parts department this morning, looking for an item for my 2020 Double Drop. I spoke to Nilki Main, very eager to help. I gave her my trailer info and she went to work. The day isn't ever over and she just called me back with what I needed. She'll evrn mail it to me. Great customer service. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!Update: 3/22/2004 I just bought a new customized 2024 XL60 MFG RGN trailer. Shannon and the shop made it all possible. It was a great experience and I can't thank you enough. Excellent customer service. I love my trailer. Great job.

I have many favorite trailers, but I'd definitely say XL is amongst the top! The durability, the strength all the way to the paint job. Everything in an XL trailer is thought about hard and long. The wiring is #1 in all trailers! They've got just about every design for anything you could haul! Personally my favorite of XL would be the minidecks, they are some money making trailers!

I had a lighting issue with my 53 XL HD 80 mini deck. Trailer was out of service until this issue was resolved! I called the parts team (Jodie) , Order was passed along to shipping (Nikki) . BAM!! 24 hours later FedEx arrives with my parts to repair. I am indeed pleased with the entire team at XL Specialized for prompt and courteous service. Maybe it s the small town way, or maybe they have a staff that cares about their customers experience! Without Happy customers ! We are all out of business! Have a Great Day!

My experience with this, has been a good one.XL produces one of the finest heavy haul trailers on the market, today. Much of that, is thanks to their incredible staff, who work tirelessly, to deliver the product promised/advertised, in their brochures.I place value, in my business and personal relations; Encouraging the building, of lasting relationships, through long term effort in demonstrating and maintaining - integrity, truthfulness, fairness, honesty, and dedication to excellence.Unfortunately, not all of my interactions on the sales level, have been of lasting benefit.I, therefore take to heart, the effort put forth from those individuals who exemplify a true sense of service, and dedication to their respective tasks - irregardless, of personal gain, or aggrandizement.One example of this, is Jody Bilbrey, an XL employee.I have had the pleasure of interacting with Mz. I have had several instances where they will not call me back for several days when needing service questions answered. Even our local dealer says they never answer. I would never buy another trailer from them. Absolutely a joke.

Updated: XL VP and Keith both called and solved the issue with our customer service issue. Worst costumer service ever! I emailed Leon May 2nd about our ongoing issues with blowing hydrolic filters on our XL120HDG ever since we bought it, letting him know our dealer Justin Blackwell thinks it is a check valve issue. NO REPLY as of 06/20. I blew another hydrolic filter 06/07 and informed my company. They have been leaving messages for over a week now trying to get scheduled for service with no replies from anyone at XL. 06/20 I pull into their service lot and get in touch with someone, who then tries to contact Leon about what to do with a drop in service who was not on the schedule(because we can't get in touch with anyone), he doesn't even answer his call. Poor customer service spreads like wildfire, xl never used to be like this!

I ve pulled many trailers in my career as a heavy haul driver, and I ve yet to find one that i like..... until i found XL. When it comes to usability, XL is on top of the game. All trailer manufacturers have their problems and flaws and no one is perfect, but what is perfect is the customer service and the way they go way out of their way to make things right. I prefer my XL over just about any trailer I ve ever ran. Look forward my next one! Great job XL Team!

XL trailers are the best in the land!!! I pull an XL110 and love the ease of operation of all the buttons and switches on mine. It withstands even the toughest and roughest of jobsites I have to get in and out off. THANKS for a great product and great staff behind it to support it

Our XL Specialized double drop is one of my favourite trailers. Easy loading and very user friendly. I have ordered new decals as well for the trailer and been helped by the friendly parts team. They sent everything I needed very fast.

We are very happy with our XL Specialized Lowboy. It gets every job done nice and smooth! We wouldn't go with any other brand then XL Specialized because how easy and efficient it is for what we do. Awesome trailers!

I've pulled several makes of RGN, but XLs have exceeded my expectations again and again. My XL80 I'm pulling now has never left me down whether pulling light containers to oversize agricultural to heavy excavation equipment. Looking forward to many more years pulling XL

Visited XL Specialized Trailers' factory today to pick up parts. The yard was completely full of interesting new trailers, perhaps reflecting slow demand. Due to Covid, XL is only seeing visitors on an as-needed basis, so not a good time to visit to chat about trailers. Everyone was friendly, per usual. I always enjoy my visits to the plant.

Great new trailer. Picked up our new 2022 110HDGS15 with hydraulic flip 4th and haven't had any issues or complaints yet!!! This is our second XL detach and surely not be the last.

This is 2nd xl specialized trailer I have own,,my first was a xl70 and now I have the xl80. This trailer is perfect for my hauling needs and I look forward to purchasing many more in the future.

We just purchased XL90 MDE California legal 45 ton extendable with 17.5 tires its very light weight comparing to other lowboys ! we love it!

Be careful buying a trailer from this company im in proccess of filing a suite because they do their best to not pay for warrantee and screwed me. I missed time from home including christmas because of what theyve done. Never had worse customer service. 84k for trailer
