Great customer service. Explained everything in detail and didn t force anything extra that wasn t needed or necessary. Job completed efficiently and was out the door sooner than expected. This has been my experience here for almost 10 years since purchasing this truck. Keep it up Runde.

Awhile back, I posted a comment about how great our local Chrysler dealership is with their customer service! Today I called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. They had several morning appointments available. I said that I was not sure if my friend would want to go in the morning and currently I cannot drive because of medical reasons. The young man, I believe his name was Aaron, said "Well I can pick it up for you!" It is 17 minutes from my home! I am once again blown away by this small town dealership! They are picking it up at 10. I highly recommend Runde Auto Group!

It has been a long time since I brought any of my vehicles here because of poor service and sales in past. During the extremely cold weather recently we had to take my wife's 2023 mustang mach e in for service. I spoke to several people in service center before bringing the car there and when i arrived i spoke with Aaron the service general manager. I told him past experience has made me very concerned. He assured me things have changed and the issues would be taken care of quickly and professionally. The first day the car was there Aaron texted me to assure me all was good and they were making sure the car worked perfectly. The next day I got a call from Aaron that all was fixed in the car and they would deliver to our home. I am so impressed by the changes of people and the professionalism shown. I highly recommend runde and plan on bringing our jeep and ram 3500 here the next time I need work done.

I had something in my truck that s supposed to be a performance thing that was making the truck angry and I couldn t take it out or my truck wouldn t even start. I didn t put it in. They removed it and got my truck running by resetting things and cleared like 40 codes it had made. Short wait time, my trucks running better and seems to have more power than before!

Love Tyler at Runde!!! He has been so so so understanding and helpful!! They're awesome about scheduling, calling, and they're pretty good about telling us what needs done and if it can wait or if we shud really get to it soon! Love the service dept!!!

The people were good. The computer tried to charge $191 for a $61 oil change and tire rotation. Maybe additional training is required. Once again, people were good and worked to resolve computer problem.

Oil change=good. Rotate tires=,good problem right front moved to back left now no problem. But now left front tire has same issue of low air pressure

Having worked in the Auto Service Industry, I had certain expectations of how this repair and service would be handled. The appointment was taken by a non-service department employee and he guaranteed I would have an appointment on Monday morning 1030 hrs. I explained that the main reason for the visit was to diagnose a shuddering issue resulting in a loss of power caused by a diagnosed cylinder #2 failure. At a minimum I wanted this repaired and all spark plugs replaced. Since it would be in the shop I also requested an oil/filter change, tire rotation and a recall taken care of as well. I also asked to be called with an estimate for the repairs.I dropped the vehicle off at 1030 hours on Monday as scheduled. It s a 45 minute drive from home to the dealership. I purchased this vehicle at this dealership and have had service done here before. I explained in detail what the visit was for and the advisor looked confused when I started talking about the cylinder #2 issue. He said they would look into it and perform the other items on the list.I heard nothing the rest of the day. I called the dealership after 1700 hrs understanding I might not get to talk to the service department. A gentleman answered the phone and said he would leave a message for the service department to see Tuesday Morning.At about 1000 hours on Tuesday and after having heard nothing from the Service Department, I decided to call to get an update. The advisor informed me the work on my truck was done. Really? I asked, including the cylinder diagnostic, repair and spark plug replacement? Silence.The advisor then said, Oh we have that estimate for you right here. Why wasn t I called with the estimate?He told me what it would cost and asked if I would like the repair done. I said yes.Tuesday evening I was called to be told the repair had been completed. I told them I would pick up the vehicle Wednesday morning.I arrived at the service department Wednesday morning and noticed 6 dirty spark plugs laying on the counter and surmised they came from my truck but wasn t sure. I paid the bill, got in my truck to leave and the service advisor came trotting out of the garage and waved me down. He asked if I noticed the spark plugs and I said yes. He proceeded to tell me the plugs (Original Ford parts) are notorious for a phenomenon known as tracking . He proceeded to advise me that the next time the truck needs plugs I should NOT use Ford parts but use NGKs. I asked what they put in the truck, he said the Ford OEM plugs.As a former service advisor. I was dumbfounded. This man had the chance to call me, tell me this issue with Ford plugs and upsell me the better NGKs. I would have gladly gone with the better plugs. I m not sure how the service advisor earns his salary, but I would get a bump in pay if I upsold a customer with better service/parts.Bottom line: Communication. In this day and age customers are nearly always reachable. Runde s service department needs to beef up it s communication process. I understand they may be short handed, seems like that s the case everywhere in the service industry. The quality of the service (except for having better spark plugs in my truck) was fine.

I was greatly impressed with the customer satisfaction demeanor of the service department. I was needing glow plugs in my 96 F350. I called the service department and that evening I had a prompt reply with quote to do the plugs. Tyler was able to schedule me in in just a few days. They provide me with a loaner car for the day. They even backed the loaner car next to my truck so that I could easily off load my farm essentials. Tyler and his team did a fantastic job plus they displayed that genuine accommodating demeanor. It is nice to do business with people who understand customer satisfaction.

Got me in and out quick to complete some factory warranty work! Thanks for the great service!...update. Have to change the review to 1, sales and whoever answers the call to triage is great but service from parts/repair declined after 1st visit. Without writing a book I was not taken care of, service manager I believe in parts was rude, main office failed to follow through on a complaint I made about being given run around by service. Was told to record what was occurring by Tyler and issue would be repaired, literally tried doing what instructed and was ghosted, then given attitude when I followed up then the standard, we couldn't duplicate problem again after having them take it in for repair as promised. If it's a simple job they probably can help but anything more than that don't waste time, I would try a different dealer for warranty work. The first issue was just popping a vent back in, they can do that. On top of that I would not recommend buying a ram truck at this time in general. Quality has been pretty subpar.

Battery light came on right as I was leaving on vacation, pulled into Runde to have it checked out. Was told it was the battery so I had it replaced. An hour later the battery light came back on. Called Runde and asked about it. Was told it was a communication error and not to worry about it. An hour later we were broke down on the side of the road. Got towed to another Dodge dealer, Billion, who repaired our car with a new alternator.

We bought a new to us mini van from Taylor in Manchester. He was extremely great to work with. He was very respectful and answered all of our questions we had. He took all the time we needed to make sure we were happy. I would 100% recommend him to anybody looking for a new vehicle. This is my third vehicle purchase with Runde and I will definitely be back again next time. I will not even go anywhere else to look around. All three times I could not have been happier with how things went. They are all very respect people and they treat you how you should be treated

My husband and I just bought a Chevy Colorado from Dave at the Manchester location. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time going over the vehicle. He was even standing outside the building to greet us for our appointment! Dave then had us meet with Aaron for the financing portion, who was wonderful as well. Very outgoing and very well informed. He answered all our questions with confidence & experience...and we had lots! We loved the small family feel, with the large selection of trucks. Our vehicle was originally at the Hazel Green, Wisconsin location and Dave had it brought over to the Manchester location for our convenience. After we had purchased the vehicle, we decided to add several more options....Runde even delivered the vehicle to our Waterloo home saving us another trip to Manchester. Very great buying experience! We would definitely recommend buying from Runde Auto Group. Location is irrelevant, because they will take the vehicle to where you need it! Thank you Runde for a positive buying experience!
