Very helpful employees! We were on our way to Marion when the alternator in our F350 truck went out. We pulled in their parking area and they came out and tested it for us. They had an alternator in stock, borrowed us tools and even helped us so we could replace our alternator right there. Thank you so much!!!

I gotta tell ya folks NAPA let me down this time.I m working on my Ford diesel desperately needing an EGR valve housing.I called the Manchester IA store. I gave the fellow all the engine particulars and explained the quagmire I m having finding the housing.The fellow tells me 1). He has the valve and housing cheaper than the housing itself, 2). He doesn t have it at his location however it ll be there tomorrow morning by 9am. I questioned the fact that the EGR valve and housing come together? He replied YES! My Hero! I drove the 45 minutes to the store only to find the lad had only ordered the EGR valve NOT THE HOUSING I DESPERATELY NEEDED! The housing isn t available!My hero is a ZERO!I ve been a mechanic for over 50 years, this isn t my first rodeo! I m well aware how important being and giving accurate information and descriptions of what you need when ordering parts.I don t know the rhyme or reason as to why this happened especially since I reiterated what I needed and the valve housing come as a combination!Ya can do one hundred things right and one thing wrong in life. What do you suppose everyone remembers, yup the one thing wrong!Sorry NAPA, this one hurt!

Hubby love to shop at Napa Auto parts. He like a kid in the candy store at Napa. His love great price too !

After the new ownership it's your basic auto parts store, uninformative and lackluster customer service. Don't shop here, go somewhere else like online.

Never have my parts. Tried charging me shipping on a part they didnt have in stock. Prices aren't competitive with the two other stores in town

Overall great store but sometimes it gets busy and there is only one person working. But good comparable prices.
