The variety of fresh fruits/veggies here, is superb! I love this particular WM, very clean store. Staff, here, are very helpful, professional, focused, great! All Wal-Mart's have different products in them. This one is very stocked with very healthy, high-quality, wonderful items! I am so glad I was able to shop here ! Parking lot was clean too. Easy entrance , easy exit!!!Everyone has needs. We truckers really need to restock our necessities & some Wal-Mart's, depending on the locale, just don't have all we need. Grateful to be able to re-up!

Wouldn't refund a box of chicken broth with a torn seal because I didn't have my receipt? Really? Walmart brand $1.37 box of chicken broth?

To any one who saw my review about the mini fridge issue. Walmart was more than willing to make it right. The fridge ended up to be fine. Thanks to the trainer that was working that day who had experience with the issue.

They had much more on stock items than I'm used to in Las Vegas. And the store is nice, neat and fun to shop, because everything is there!

Drove 40 miles to get an indoor grill. Says it's in stock. Had to ask one of the three people standing around. Checked and NOT in stock!!!

Can't understand why you have such a hard time keeping chocolate milk in inventory when the plant is literally blocks away. They don't even sell the whole or the 2% online.

Needed a rear tire patched a twenty minute job but instead three employees playing on the cell phones and chatting away an hour and 20 minutes later, best part is I m the only customer in the auto care department. They need better employees.

It's wal mart they think everyone is a thief...I purchased a 60$ ring for my grandaughter for a gift and I couldn't even take it to the register by myself. I'm 64 I don't appreciate being treated that way. I won't shop there again.

Helpful staff. Clean isles with outstanding organization. I don t usually find what I m looking for right away at a Walmart due to the constant rearranging that takes place but then again this was the first time shopping the LeMars branch. To me it s worth the drive from Sioux City and I ll forever shop there. Thank you to everyone that pointed me in the correct direction today

Problems with EmployeeMe and my friends walk in there not to start any troubles what so ever, this one employee started yelling at us too get out of the store. None of us has had caused any problems with Walmart before, I tried explaining that to her then she threatened us with security. My friends and I walked in there as customers not as trouble makers.

Pharmacy in Walmart at Le Mars Iowa is the best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacy manager which is the pharmacist is amazing she is very compassionate and understanding she is easy to work with and she is willing to go the extra mile to contact your doctor and try and make sure you get your medication as we are having a shortage in the u.s.a. when it comes to the manufacturing of meds

Called before a snow storm to get new tires and schedule an oil change too. Automotive was closed early due to staffing. Called the next day and was told I could choose tires the following day after letting them know I wanted something cheap, around $400 for all 4 tires or less. I arrive and they start with the oil change as I pick out tires. They inform me that they don't have any tires in my size...I ask myself why am I even here?! I remember telling them what kind of car I drove for sure and maybe even the size of tires I needed.Fast forward about 5 minutes. They suddenly have tires. But only ones that are about 20-30% more expensive. It's icy outside. I have a bald tire. I have kids. I thought I was getting a chance at cheap tires but instead was stuck between no tires and wasted time and dangerous driving conditions or forking out the extra money. Guess which I chose?I asked to talk to a manager about the situation. The auto service manager said they typically tell their employees to close early if nobody is at the counter. Guess having your phone number online and your hours is just a general guideline and not actual hours of operation. They also continued that the issues I had encountered were simple human error and dismissed me.I asked to speak to their manager. They inform me that "Alex" is not in the store today.I walk away frustrated and go to the customer service desk to ask for Alex's number so I can leave a message in hopes of reasonable conversation.I am informed that Alex is infact in the store but is on the phone.I should mention. I arrived at roughly 3:50pm and at this point it is 4:45. My car is not done yet.I wait until 5 o'clock. Eventually I speak to someone else who seemed genuinely like they were trying to understand the situation and help me out in whatever way they could to make the situation right in my eyes. They leave to go talk to someone else or make a phone call in regards to the situation. At this point I've been in the store for nearly two hours when I am notified that my car is ready. My kids are in daycare a half hour away and need to be picked up by 5:30. I call the daycare to let them know I'll be late. I expect a late fee of $25 at this point. So all in all I ended up feeling like I was essentially bait and switched into buying more expensive items than I needed. All of this could have been avoided if the person I spoke with on the phone had just informed me what selection they had for tires and I could have decided to go elsewhere and have avoided this entirely. Will be doing so in the future if nothing is done. Waiting for a call from the store as I had to leave before the issue was resolved.

I absolutely hate the Walton family for the way they treat workers. They use them like a sponge, lapping up federal money. They're despicable.

The app is extremely useful for not only finding out what's in stock but locating items you can't find as well. It's a lot more convenient than asking a clueless worker who just points you in a vague direction/area.

We shopped at almost closing time using the self-checkout. My wife received a torn $5.00 bill out of the checkout machine. It was 10:PM and the cash office was closed. A lady cashier named Angel traded 5 ones from her wallet to my wife for the damaged bill. How's that for customer service?

When it comes to clearance items, don't bother at this location. They are never marked correctly and it takes 20 minutes for them to triple check the price and find the item(s) where you got them. This has happened to me twice in a row now and the first time I thought it was just a learning experience for their employees, clearly it is not. It's the fact that they take said items so you can't just say forget it and move on with your purchase. Not impressed with the front cashier store leader.

Taking away stars for having to use the self checkout. As I was using said self checkout, I split up my items and the employee watching the checkout area loudly announced to the area and more than one lead or manager that I hadn t scanned some of my items. As I scanned the second part of my items she again loudly announced that it was ok because I scanned the rest of the items. I would give one star for that alone because I know how you re trained for retail. I called later to talk to a manager about it and got a lead that apologized and promised to watch the tape to see who was involved.

Customer service has hit an all time low, things that normally would have gotten people fired is being tolerated because of the shortage of people willing to work. If you're willing to spend money only to be treated badly This is the place for you.
