Disappointed. Went to get my tires aligned since my car was shaking and dragging right. I was charged double the price compared to Discount tires (about $160) and after 2 hours they tell me they weren t able to align 2 of the tires. In addition to that I had an air leak on one of my tires and he said he wasn t able to patch it cause it would cost the same as just getting news tires. I went to discount tires a week later and got my tires replaced and car aligned no issues ever since.

Every time I've gone, Josh and Stephen make sure I'm taken care of every single time! They have provided quality work consistently. Since the first time I've gone I haven't even looked for another shop, especially for anything tire related. Highly recommend!

Went to have my crankshaft position sensor replaced. 3 days later no call backs. Called to check on it, and was told it would be another 2-3 days. I expressed that it was a short job and I couldn't wait that long. Rex told me if it's a short job, then come get it and do it yourself.

I was supposed to get my tires on Wednesday but they called and said my tires came in on Tuesday, so they scheduled me the same day. My appointment was for 12:30, I was out the door by 1:45. Great service and great price on tires too!

I called and told them what vehicle I needed tires for, and very shortly had two quotes on two different tires in writing via email. They worked with me to order the tires I needed and adjusted to my schedule. I had the vehicle in and out of the shop the next day. Very satisfied, will definitely be back.

Absolutely Amazing! Got me right in and great prices! Very friendly service from the Worker in the office to the drive to and from my Vehicle! Highly recommend them to ANYONE! Especially single Parents who can t always afford things! Thank You So Much!!!

Had a buddy take his very expensive show car there for an alignment. The alignment tech was not qualified for the job as he left parts loose and after my friend got his car back the upper balljoint came loose, damaging the car.. Will never reccommend to anyone. Will change rating if all is made right

Brought my car in for a tire repair , they found a staple in the tire and repaired it ,by the time I get home , the tire was flat.When I took it back the next day , they told me that the tire was not repairable due to the sidewall being torn , I feel that this should have been discovered when the tire was brought in the first time.Staff has poor attitudes and a non willingness to help.

So I do a biweekly trip to LeMars, usually a very smooth and convenient little trip. On Friday, 6/12/2020, my back tire blew up and why I don t have a jack or spare tire is irrelevant at this time but I called around in LeMars and Josh at Performance Tire was the only person willing to help me and I m very grateful for the excellent customer service, the extra services that he provided for the other tires, and some very helpful advice! Thank you Performance Tires!!! Y all the realest and best tire shop in LeMars, in my opinion

Very polite and helpful in getting the tires I wanted. I was passing through town on a Monday. Josh ordered and had tires new tires for my Ram 3500 installed and i was back on the road the following day
