I had a problem with dirty fuel in my Peterbilt and these people were going over the top to help get me going. I will most certainly be calling again when I am in the area if I need help and would refer all my friends and family. The owner, mechanic and secretary really are super.

I m a Truck Driver and I ran my truck in the ditch and this company is literally the Best Tow/Wrecker Company down Highway 35 in Southern Iowa. They re Top of the Line, they get the job done in a timely manner, and the customer service and the workers are immaculate. Also, their rates are great and they work with you. Thank you Southern Iowa for a wonderful experience and I m glad I called you guys.

Had a flat tire with no service stations available. These guys fixed the tire and got me on my way so quickly I could hardly believe it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! These guys know what they are doing!

Nobody ever wants to break down on the road, but when you do being near these guys will save your trip.At a fuel stop we found a broken leaf spring on our 5th wheel. We brought it to this place and they are amazing. They got us fixed and back on the road in enough time to save our trip. And the cost was very reasonable!That and they were so nice, referring us to a lunch place while we waited. I can't say enough nice things about SITR.

Very prompt and courteous service. Took good care of us and our vehicle. Ensured it got where it needed to go to in order to be repaired. Never a service you want to use, but glad we ve got good people to call on in those moments.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Small town towing, tire and repair at fair prices. They helped me out on a holiday weekend with a nasty repair and had me back on the road as quick as could be done. Thanks again!

"No" Respect for property!!Bent my bumper during hookup process. And didn't bother to straighten it. Slammed "Aluminum" Rims on concrete floor. And scratch rims with tire tools. Mounted Tire "backwards" after explaining that i wanted tires mounted a certain way.(I just noticed 175 miles later.)"Madison" the Office Clerk has a "Great" personality!! She's polite and shows concern for the customers."Opposite" of the work that i just described by "Cody".Wish this shop luck for future.

Got a flat tire this morning so I put the spare on and bring my tire to the shop expecting to just drop it off and pick it up tomorrow. But they guys fixed it right on the spot. Such a nice and hard working crew. Along with my light replacement and oil changes they always squeeze me in.

Ran out of gas 5 miles away from the gas station which is directly across the street from southern Iowa towings office. We waited on the side of the highway for nearly 2 HOURS and watched their tow truck driver drive past us TWICE. No worries though at least it was only a $175 minimum.

Our Vikor work truck was over heating called to see if they could take a look at it and they took it in right away to try to diagnose the truck. A+++ highly recommended

Our company had a blowout 5 hours from home. My crew had left the trailer at a local gas station, and we decided to call on a weekday instead of a Sunday callout. Awesome place to go or call for roadside service and/or after hours service calls. They've saved me more than once and showed up quickly in the middle of the night. Got me going with a full load of pigs onboard after hitting a deer and blowing out a steer tire. I highly recommend them. Reasonably priced. I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else.

Wonderful, the young man that came to assist us was an awesome person! We were stranded on the Interstate for an hour and a half waiting on AAA! They never came, my husband found this business and called,it was after hours and he was there in about 30 minutes or less! He towed car and took tire off, husband drove from Des Moines to get us! The next day(Sunday) he said he would come and put the new tire on, if we contacted him! He did just that! I would recommend this company to anyone needing assistance! As a owner of a package delivery business, time is money and keeping trucks in service is very important. We had a truck break down 75 miles from our station. I called and talked with Madison and she assured me the truck would be picked up and delivered to the service station ASAP. Southern Iowa did not let me down!! This company is awesome, from the customer service down to the men that pulled me out of the ditch. I was driving from Fort Riley to WI to see my family, the road was icy and I literally slid off the highway into the median and got stuck in the snow. They were there within 30 minutes and got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I strongly reccomend this company and best of all, they helped me out and gave me a military discount!

My driver was jelled up on the side of the road when it was below zero. They couldn't get there right away but kept checking on my driver and offered to take him to their shop to ensure he didn't get cold. Got him back on the road at a very reasonable price. If you ever have problems on I-35 in Southern Iowa or Northern MO make Southern Iowa Towing your first call. You will not be disappointed.

Great people highly recommend . My cousin got towed here by them cuz of a big leak in air tank they were on it right away got it towed and welded air tank one shop over was out in 2 hours . Price was very reasonable too they are not greedy and its hard to find people who are honest . Madison was very nice and informed us every step of the way. Hopefully Noone breaks but if somebody does don't go no where else . Really impressed as we were stuck had a reefer load they could have charged us a arm and a leg and they absolutely did not. God bless you guys ur honesty is what we need in this industryThank you

I stopped with concerns my truck had a bad alternator. They checked ms in. Long story short seemed like it was a lose battery terminal. They were very accommodating to get me in that day and look at it. If it was a bad alternator. They were gonna get my truck done in the morning. Would recommend them anytime.

I hit a cow and totaled my car. The company was amazing from start to finish. I live about a hour away from where I wrecked. They let me pay over the phone. The guy who towed it has the patience of a Saint. It wouldn't start, go into neutral and the wheel was locked up. Loading it was smooth. Unloading it was an adventure. My husband and I both said we would have been cussing and kicking the car by now. Dude needs a raise for sure.Excellent customer service.Service: Car towing
