I have always received the most excellent customer service on all my interactions with Freedom Racing. Every single time I have contacted them they have always been knowledgeable on current products and super-friendly and helpful. I am a veteran dealership parts manager with over 20 years of experience and I believe credit should be given where credit is due. Keep up the good work team!

While replacing the timing belt on my car, I broke one of the special tools that came as part of the timing kit. I ordered a new one from Freedom Racing, which turned out to be much, much better quality than the old tool. They shipped it quickly and I was able to continue the job. I wouldn't hesitate to order tools or parts from them again, their stuff seems to be very well made, they ship quickly, and their communication is top notch.

We discovered Freedom Racing a couple of years ago, they have become a go-to source for OEM special tools. They almost always have the tools in stock, they ship fast and their prices are reasonable. Good customer service on the phone , too!

I purchased a tool from them online because they had the best price available for the tool I needed (a Colortune) there was an issue with the tool related to the manufacturer and Freedom took care of me and got the tool replaced. I would definitely purchase from them again.

My spark plug thread insert arrived on time and without damage. The install was relatively quick and easy, and got my vehicle back on the road the next day. Customer Service has been nothing but exceptional! I do believe I ll continue to shop here from now on

We discovered, way too deep into a job, that we needed a new direct-injector seal tool that we didn't own yet. Freedom had it in stock, so we ordered it late one evening with overnight shipping. They sent it out early the next day, it arrived as promised the morning after that, and it was exactly what we needed.

I purchased a crank sprocket installer from them. I didn t receive a shipping confirmation email but as soon as I emailed them they quickly responded and reassured me that it shipped. The tool I purchased was great quality and at a fair price and the customer service was great!

I had a great experience ordering from Freedom racing. I'd never done business with them, but found the belt tensioner pin kit I needed from them at the best price. Use them for our Import auto repair shop, always have great customer service and prompt response times. Have used them multiple times for pretty hard to find tools for Land Rovers and Jaguars! Becky was particularly helpful on my last order!

Great company here. They checked everything over and made sure I had the correct part. I ordered kinda late, around 3pm. To my surprise I got an email maybe an hour later. They had packed and sent the item in the mail same day. I know most places would've just waited until the morning. They saved me a great deal of time by doing this. They were super friendly too. What a great company to deal. They have very personal customer assistants. They took great care of me. Sunshine was the agent I delt with and she did a great job! Made me feel like family. Parts arrived when promised, and packaged very well to avoid damage. Purchased a timing chain and phaser kit for a 5.4 3valve. All OEM and each part was labeled with part numbers so no confusion.
