Great service and price. We were on the road, from Minnesota to Iowa when we had a blowout. The Wagner guys got us in at 4pm and got us quickly back in the road-at a VERY fair price.

I have been in the area for three years own 3 vehicles. I got all my work done there. I have always satisfied until last week. I have gotten all my work done there. Until last wee I would have given 5 stars. My wife works in lake Mills and they provide a service to drop the vehicle off and they would give a ride and when it is done they ll drop it off. Well it didn t work last time. They left my wife stranded at work and I had to drive from Forest City to pick her up. No problem because we didn t have anything going on. Problem is there was no phone call. So I picked her up late and drove by shop car was outside with keys in the ignition. Not knowing if work was done or not because of no communication we took the car. Addressed my concerns the next day with a phone call. No apology just a blame on the guy that did the work. Needless to say I won t be going back. Don t offer a service if you are not going to provide it.

Guys swapped a tire for my mid trip so I didn't have to unpack my whole truck to get to my jack. Charged 10$ which seems reasonable to me. Staff was nice.

We had been told we needed 3 tires by a car dealership b we called our friend who said he had 3 in stock at $100 less. When we arrived, he said we only needed 2, and that's what he would put on his own car. Thanks Kevin and Danny.

Great group of guys.. always get my tires changed super fast and usually have the oddball sizes I need on hand.. great place
