Brought my side by side in for repairs. Experience was mixed. Staff seemed to be knowledgeable. We had agreed that before any work was done, the tech would call me and discuss findings. One week later the store called telling me my machine was done. The problem was fixed but the bill was a lot of money for something I could have done at home and would have told them not to fix. After talking with the owner we worked out the issue and came to an agreement on a discount. Wasn't pleased with the first employee but was also filling in for the full time guy. Took a possible terrible experience and improved it into a good experience

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a good selection of snowmobile clothing. I have purchased snow pants and boots from them. I have also purchased multiple accessories for my snowmobile. I would recommend them looking for a good polaris dealer! Thanks and I'll be back for sure!

Worst place I've ever been to. Had my sled for almost two months told them to do whatever to get it ready for the season. And after 4 trips down there they finally got everything done.Second sled same issue with a stator and racked up a decent size bill. Would not recommend them..

Went there to pick up some stuff for snowmobiles, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store.
