This place is amazing. I've been here a couple times since moving here in October and always had wonderful service. Today, I drove down to schedule an appointment to get a new headlight bulb put in because I couldn't easily access it. Instead of scheduling an appointment, they got me in and out within 15 minutes and only charged me for the bulb. Amazing!!!!

I had a flat tire, but knew I was due for new ones. I stopped in after work. They promptly took a look at my tires and made a recommendation for new ones. You see, I drive a significant amount of gravel. I took their suggestion and they promptly pulled my my car inside, mounted/balanced the tires and I was on my way home before I knew it. There was a rebate offer. They took down all my information and sent the rebate in for me. Now that's excellent customer service! I highly recommend Raceway Tire and Exhaust for all your vehicle needs.

I'm a woman I get that. But this last time takes the cake. My ABS, Traction Control and break assist light came on. My car is a 2007 chev. Impala worth maybe $1500.00. They called and said I needed 2 back rear bearings put on. Costing $245.00 and $255.00 and break kit for $350.00 + labor.It would cost approx. $1000.00. I agreed and said fix it. I got my bill it was $1100.00. Picked my car up and fist time I applied the break all the lights wereback on. I asked what bearings they replaced. They then said it was a typo that they actually repaired both front bearings. Picked the car up and the next day the lights were back on. I get a call which I still have on voice mail. That I have a back passenger bearing needing replaced and that will take care of everything. I said i couldnt do it. Picked up the car and my breaks began to fail. Since i paid $350.00 for a complete break kit i was a little shocked they were failing already. I went in and they said they wouldn't be able to get me in for a week or so. I said I can't go without a car and since the car was never fixed I would think it would be top priority. He fit me in the next day informed me it was some wire that needs connected and it should be fixed. But they wouldn't charged me. We'll I certainly hope not. Picked the car up and guess what lights are back on and I know have a grinding sound in my front wheel. FYI you can by bearing replacement for $45.00 a piece at Rock Auto. A complete tire kit for $150.00. Needless to say they screwed me big time. They saw me coming and they screwed me period. See ya in court!I took the time to come in and discuss the issue with my vehicle as you requested I do. But unfortunately I was told you were to busy and didn't have time. That I would need to come back another day. As are you I'm extremely busy also. So could you maybe tell me when a good time to come in would be? Thank you.

We've used RaceWay for years back when it was next to Casey's and never had any issues with them. However since the new building was built and new folks were hired I've had major issues with them. The first time, at the new building, I went for a standard oil change. Throughout the week I noticed my car was running very rough, took it back and turns out whoever did the oil change didn't tighten my oil filter down and could've caused major issues. This last time I went (04/29/23), we got another oil change and had them do a full vehicle inspection because we were going on a trip from Iowa to Reno Nevada. They did the oil change no problem and said the tires were in perfect condition so we took their word and went along our business. We got to Reno but notice on the way there my car had a terrible hydroplane issue. We even went 20-30 mph and it still was doing it. We went through mountains and the traction control light came on and we thought it was that. Nope. The tires were smooth as hell. Summary of this story don't trust this place if you need a vehicle checked before a long trip.I know we should've checked the tires ourself before we left but you'd expect to be able to take the word of your mechanic but apparently not at raceway. We will not be going back.

Away from home and stranded along side the road is not a good experience. Raceway Tire went above and beyond to get us back on the road with minimal expense. Trent, thank you for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.

wish i could go negative. made an appointment and the guy i called originally to make the appointment and confirmed with the day before said i called the wrong number to make an appointment and i didnt call there. of course i called there why lie

The guys at Raceway have always done good work at a fair price. They are fast and friendly. They are good about answering questions and addressing concerns you may have. I take all my vehicles there and recommend them to others regularly. A seriously good group of guys that do good work.

Friendly, professional & willing to accommodate to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, something this means wait times are far longer than estimated. However, when work is complete, you can rest assured that it s right the first time & there s no need to return. Have also found that depending on staff though, prices vary. The amount of work/time they re willing to go above & beyond also varies with staff. It s not unusual for 1 person to quote you a different price than another, nor charge you a different price than another had quoted. Can be a little disheartening, unless you re on the side of the better deal. Even still, easily best facility in Knoxville for vehicle needs.

My dad and I were going fishing on a Saturday at 7:30 am and noticed bald boat trailer tires, Eric and the staff saved the day. I can t say thank you enough!

Fast service, great prices and EXCELLENT service. Eric was more than detailed and very knowledgeable while going through my options with new tires. Not to mention I needed a last minute tire replacement and he made sure I was taken care of and out the door within 20 minutes with no appointment. I was on my way to work when my tire suddenly dumped it's air. I stopped at Raceway at 725am on a whim. They didn't have the odd-sized tire I needed, but still got me back on the road inside of 10 mins. Fast, friendly, professional- they have a client for life now. Very accommodating I didn't have an appointment and needed tires I had purchased elsewhere installed. They were very busy since a recent snow and freezing temperatures. They notuced how I desperately needed my tires replaced and worked me into a very packed schedule without much wait for me and the cost was MORE than reasonable. Highly recommend Raceway Tire

Raceway has been servicing my vehicles for many years and I have had absolutely no problems with service or parts. Arvin is always honest and accurate and backs up his service. The cost is always reasonable when compared with the Dealer's prices.

I stopped today to get a exhaust pipe expanded for a car I'm working on. I didn't have appointment just walked in and Arvin met me at the counter and said give him a couple minutes. He came back ten minutes later and pipe was expanded and said no charge. I had never been in this business before but they treated me like a loyal customer. You just don't see this kind of service very often anymore. Thanks again Arvin !!!!!!!!!!

These people gouge on pricing, the only reason they are still open is probably because they are the only big tire shop in town. I think they forget they deal with a small town not a big city. It's a nope from me.

Shout out to Raceway! Changed my synthetic oil for under $40, and gave me a detailed Vehicle Inspection Report - as well as rotated my tires, that I forgot I bought there. Thank you for taking care of me!

Got off work and saw my tire on my diesel was almost completely flat. I went in an told them and they had my truck in there shop within a minute of my arrival. They had it fixed in about 10 minutes and I was out the door.

The mgr was extremely nice and the new service shop was incredible. The service tech did a great job and worked very quickly. A++ experience.
