Stood at the counter for 5mins while I hear the employees talking in the back. Better off ordering anything online instead of waiting for these goons to get done talking.

I bought a Carburetor and it came rusted and full of dirt, manager stated well it sets in a Warehouse and they can get that way.Almost 300 dollars for a rusted dirty part. I will never buy from this store again

I waited 15 minutes and watched 4 employees talking in the back room while one guy was taking calls and checking people out. He yelled for help and was ignored. Over priced only use for emergencies. Suggest rock auto.

The manager took care of me personally. Excellent service. Didn t feel pressured to buy and easy installation. Will be returning.

I have been using this store since they came to Knoxville, they have been great till today. I have just needed a few things and have a discount through my company. Aaron a parts cashier which I have talked to many times wouldn t honor my discount as normal. I told him I would just stop off at the Pella O Reilly s Friday in stead.Matt the manager in Pella, and his staff have been willing to go out of his way to help the hard working American industry workers. I wish all green shirts were equally the same, alas they are not.Pella O Reilly is the place to shop if you want to be treated fairly & respectfully.

I went into store for some parts at closing time and Glen the assistant manager went to work for me and I was very impressed! I drove from ames to knoxville to pick up a truck for work and to find half of the lights didn't work! I found two relays melted down in panel. The computer showed the store had them but none on the shelf. Glen proceeded to search every box thinking so.eone put them in wrong spot and sure enough he found what I needed. My experience from other stores at quitting time is "nope we don't have them"But not Glen! And I would like to thank him again! What a asset to a company he is! Alot of people could learn from him how to give good customer service! He saved the day and a wasted long trip by putting a little extra effort in his job!

Fairly decent and well stocked automotive parts store ! It does seem that some of their parts are a little over priced when compared to Walmart ! The one major plus is their automotive bulbs aren't locked up behind glass ( yeah )

The dude said he would order my parts and they would be there at 2:30. Came back at 3 and the guy never ordered my part. Waste of time.
