Everyone here was helpful and friendly with my buying purchase. Very down to earth group of people, that help explain all of your options and do everything they can to get you in the car you love! Josie was my rep and she made the experience smooth, personable, and enjoyable. She really paid attention to what I said and wanted and help me find the right fit with her team. Highly Recommend!

I've been dealing with random electronic issues in my new truck for months. DeYarman got the part ordered right away, but through no fault of theirs, it took months to get the piece in. When it came in they scheduled me right away and someone gave me a ride home and back from the dealership so I could just leave my truck and go to work. While the truck didn't get finished that same day, we rescheduled less than a week out and the ladies set me up with a rental while the tech worked to get everything reset. While the error codes are gone, I still have sporadic electronic issues. Not the fault of the team, but frustrating nonetheless. The service team has been great to work with and very accommodating of my schedule. I really appreciate the rides to and from the shop so that I can just leave it there for repair.

Great experience .our sales team experience was excellent (Alex and Matt and Cole the financial manager too).Alex spent major time with us and explained everything about the new Trailblazer s technology to two nearly 77 year olds! She was patient!!

Alex, Doren, Dustin, and Matt were all fantastic in our search for a vehicle. Even though we didn't end up buying from them they were all great throughout the whole process. We weren't in the easiest situation that made it difficult for everyone. We will come back when we are in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you!

Had an oil change and got it in fairly quick, except there attention to detail on the interior is very poor. I keep my vehicles clean and gotnit back with dirt foot prints on the door panel and the plastic trim that holds the carpet down so not happy about that. So might forget about my second free oil change and do it myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This was a visit to have microchips installed for the seat heaters. Work was done quickly - while we had breakfast downtown. Service staff, courtesy shuttle staff all were very cordial and accommodating. This is a great dealership to work with.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Had a tpms issue due to mixing years. 2024 tpms wasn't registering to the 2022 truck. It took some time...they made it work, compensated me for the extra time it took, no complaints!Service: TiresService: Tires

Went to get parking brake finally fixed. So I thought. They told me they fix the problem and even did my recall on heated seats. But left and the light came on and it's still not fixed. Called them and said oh no it not fixed chevy hasnt told us what to do next. Keep in mind they change switches first vist in july 2022 went back August 2022 for them to check electrical wiring, and they told me the parking module is only thing left and that part is rare. So waited until end of January 2023 to get module put in so they say. And now I'm on to another chevy dealership to hopefully reslove the problem. So after this I don't think I will ever go there or even think in buying a chevrolet in the near future.Service: Auto brake repair
