5/5, 10/10, 100/100 - best car buying experience ever! I m not just saying that because Josie is my sister in law. Honestly if it was subpar I d be the first person to tell her. But this was a great experience. I already love Josie, but everyone else at DeYarman was easy to love too. Lots of fun people trying to make the car buy experience as easy for as possible!

Thank you Doren for working with myself who is often indecisive at times. I definitely didn t make your job easy and you didn t hesitate to assist with everything and answering all my questions even on your day off! Thank you for getting me in the vehicle that best fit my family of 5. The process went super smooth. Doren is very responsive, knowledgeable, understanding and knows what he s doing!! Adam (sales manager) and Cole (finance manager) were great to work with too!Their whole team is wonderful. It was worth the hour and 10 minute drive to work with them all! Thank you all and we will be back!

Best experience EVER!!! I am very new to this and I have never had a good experience with a car salesman. I wanted to let anyone considering the Knoxville location that YES YOU SHOULD DO IT . My mom and I encountered 3 employees and they were amazing. They were patient and knowledgeable. We were ready to give up they kept us calm by ensuring us with such conviction that they would do everything possible to help us. They were sincere and diligent in picking a car to accommodate our every need. They made us feel so comfortable, to the point I was searching for jobs in the company because I wanted to be apart of the Deyarman family. They won t give up on you and will definitely do their best to work with you. Taking the time to throughly explain the issues, process and the why's of car buying in terms I could understand was greatly appreciated the sales manager even drew a graph to further explain. I would go back, I would send my friends and loved ones. I trust them. Don t believe me, go check them out.It s Saturday, so fingers crossed for bank approval. I ll be back to update

Had a great experience with Alex and the rest of the team here. I was able to get the deal I was expecting and they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything before I signed and left the dealership. Would recommend for anybody looking for a vehicle.

Everything from beginning to end was excellent. Josie was helpful, friendly. I wasn t sure what I wanted, only that I wanted to down size. Josie was open to assisting me looking and I never felt pressured. If you are wanting to buy, Josie is your person!!

I just bought a dodge charger from DeYarman and this was my first car that I have bought from a dealership and let me tell you, it was the best experience. Doren was so great to work with, he cared about what I wanted in a car if this one I was looking at didn t work, he listened, and just was so nice and personable. I 100% recommend working with Doren as well as buying local and especially from them!! Thank you so much!

Josie is an inspiring person to help you know what you can do in the way of getting a new vehicle. Mike and Matt are super helpful and let you get to know them personally. Thanks to Rex as well he has been there through all the vehicles we have purchased at the dealership We say hi to Deyarmans folks and if you see a vehicle you like just drive it and take the chance to interact with the Deyarman crew. Everything from top to bottom was excellent! Josie was helpful, friendly, and got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted!! The financing department did everything they could to get me in the truck I loved at the price I asked for! Josie, Cole, and Alek were absolutely phenomenal at their jobs. Even the other employees were helpful and friendly just walking by. They all made sure I wasn t thirsty! My family and I will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. If you re looking for a vehicle come see Josie and she ll get you in the vehicle you want!

I have to admit, when I went into Deyarman, I was hoping to look around and see if there was a car that I might be interested in after looking online. After meeting with Josie, and having her jump through every hoop I threw at her, she made sure that I walked out with a set of keys to a nice car at an affordable rate. If you ever walk into Deyarman in Knoxville, make sure you ask for Josie if you want a fantastic and memorable experience when it comes to trying to find that perfect car for you or your family.

These are good local folks that live in our community! They have suffered hard times like we all have at one time and another. To say they are always best. That s a lie, so don t believe it when you hear it from others. I do know this. The Deyarman Automotive Family care enough to open their doors every day and giving their best.

I was looking for a new vehicle for my wife and we shopped here. Our experience was very pleasant the staff was very helpful. Alex was our sales representative and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained a lot of the technology that our new vehicle has. We would definitely shop here again.

Alex was great to work with, bought a truck online and drove several hours to get and was as absolutely as billed, made purchasing easy and followed through on some details I requested, both before, and after the sale.

I received a recall postcard on my truck. I called down and talked to a lady. I took the day off and showed up at 8am as we discussed. The lady that helped me when I arrived was pleasant but they didn t have me on the schedule. The other lady at the desk, in which I must have talked with on the phone, spoke up and accused me of misunderstanding that my part wasn t in yet. She told me that they would call to schedule the service work once my part arrived, which makes sense. She made it seem like it would be there when I called to schedule on the phone. So I m not sure why we had a conversation on the phone about a day and time. She clearly didn t want to take any accountability for the miscommunication. They have yet to call me to schedule the work. I ve taken my vehicle to another dealership and had the work completed already.

My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle and after searching for awhile, we found the perfect vehicle at DeYarman's! From the first contact with Alex, our Sales Representative to Mike, the General Manager to Matt, the Finance Manager, we had a great experience. Everyone listened to what we wanted and were very respectful, friendly and courteous. We are extremely satisfied with the excellent care we received and LOVE our 2023 Chevrolet Equinox. We definitely will be back when we're ready to purchase my husband's Chevrolet 2500HD.

My husband found a truck he was interested in. Josie contacted him and we went to check things out. She had the truck pulled up and ready to go when we arrived. He test dove it and immediately wanted the truck. Josie and her team worked with us on our trade in, price of the newer vehicle, rates, etc. The comment was made that they would do everything they could because we were going to drive that truck home. AND THEY DID! Josie was awesome to work with and we highly recommend anyone doing business with her and her team. The next day we noticed something that needed work on and some scratches on the vehicle. It was raining the day of purchase, so was not easily seen. They got it in and fixed the scratches. The part we needed was not on hand in town, so they drove to another town, got the part and put it in the same day. If you are looking for a different vehicle, make this place a must stop.

went to deyarman looking to get a newer truck with more room. as soon as I pulled into the lot doren was already outside greeting me asking me what I was looking for. everyone at deyarman answer all my questions and concerns I had. They made sure everything was taken care of even after it was closing time. all the guys in financing was very helpful and was completely understanding with the situation I had going on. at the end of the day DeYarman was able to help me find a truck and they even had it delivered from their other location and had it ready to go the next morning! I recommend this place over every other dealership! even took my wife up there and we got her a new car the next day! supper friendly place! they will continue to get my business for years to come.

If you are even looking at getting a new vehicle, GO TO DEYARMAN AND ASK FOR DOREN!!! My husband and I were looking for a larger truck. We started at another dealership, and we treated very poorly. Ended up going over to DeYarman in knoxville to see what kind of inventory they had. I pulled in to check everything out before my husband got there and was greeted very kindly by Doren. I told him what my husband was looking for, and he was already showing me options when my husband pulled in. Through the whole process, Doren was fantastic. He was very patient and listened to what we needed, wanted, and didn't want. Once we found a truck we liked, it was after hours, we worked with everyone to get it over from the Indianola location early the next morning, so we could take it on a trip. They were all so accomidating. We were so happy with how well they treated us that we came back on the following Monday night to trade in my vehicle. Again, I worked with Doren to downsize on my vehicle. He was amazing at understanding when I needed and going above and beyond to make it happen and even getting me a vehicle that had way more of the wants than I indicated for cheaper. My husband and I will be going here for years to come! They truly treat you like family!

We inquired about a vehicle on Friday afternoon, I warned them I work pretty late and would be pushing arriving around closing time. They didn t hesitate to stay late and complete the sale! From Alex the salesperson to detail guy in the back. We didn t expect to leave with the vehicle that night but everyone worked with us and made it happen! We will be back for sure!

We bought a truck from DeYarmen today. Our salesman, Doren Gerling absolutely gets a 5 star review. He knows the vehicle details, functions and if you ask a question he doesn't know, he finds out one way or another. Didn't plan on buying tonight, but when you get that kind of sales rep, that is pleasant to visit with, the rest is history!!!! Very nice improvement, DeYarmen. Thank you.

I was blessed to work with Josie Mckay who not only is super knowledgeable, but able to fit me into a vehicle that was exactly what I had requested. She made every aspect of getting a new vehicle peaceful which can cause me a little anxiety, and my experience also was full of lots of laughter. Im proud to buy local, and even more excited to have a sales associate that was passionate about what I needed to do to get a vehicle up and running on the road. I ve already had a chance to give someone a referral. I can t wait to see what vehicle she will put them into.

Everyone in this place was very helpful. Wasn t for sure what I wanted and changed my mind multiple times. (I m not the easiest customer to deal with.) Josie was my dealer and was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles. Thank you for a great truck shopping experience!!

Going into deYarman i was expecting the same ol' dealership experience, but honestly its quite different! these are good small town people that simply want the best for their customers! Doren is a fantastic person to work with, very straight forward no B.S. kinda guy. He jumped through every hoop to get me into my new truck and i appreciate everything that he did! Ill be back when im ready to upgrade for sure!

We went here looking for a new truck. Dustin our Salesman and Mike the Sales Manager were glad to help us. We went wanting a new truck but they convinced us to test drive a 3 year old Dodge Ram Laramie along with a new Chevy truck. I am so glad we did. The truck was like new and still smelled like new but saved us probably $30,000. Both Dustin and Mike went above and beyond to work a deal out for us even with our trade that would give us the payment we wanted. Matt helped us in finance and was a joy to work with. We got the payments we wanted even with an extended warranty bumper to bumper for 7 years 100,000 miles. Which is one reason why we were looking to buy new. We are so happy we went to our local dealer they treated us much better than the dealerships around Des Moines! I would go back in a heartbeat to buy a car in the future! Plus if we have any issues they are right down the road, I don't have to make a trip to Des Moines. We can't wait to take a trip in our new truck with our camper in the spring!Thanks DeYarman for making our dream come true.Jeff and Cindy Walraven
