Did not answer phone call, so I texted like I was prompted too on the voice mail (great job on that). However, I would recommend a better counter/phone sales Etiquette and maybe having someone on the phone that can discuss price. I asked if the part could be sold for less because the competition was 75 dollars cheaper. I asked for 50 dollars off so I could keep my business local. He got real short with me and said he did not have any say over price and rushed me off the phone. I dont think I'll be calling back a second time.

I have called a few times and left messages inquiring about some parts and they have yet to get back to me. Never respond to my calls or emails. I've told them exactly what I'm after and nothing. If they improve their customer service and actually help people get what they want to buy including myself then I'll consider changing my review. If they can't improve what they are lacking then they should not be in business. Plain and simple.

I got on Car-Part.com and looked for the part I needed. They were the only ones close enough that had what I needed. Gave them a call, he was very friendly, quick and helpful to make sure we were looking at the same part. Shipped it out that day or next after paying over the phone. They insure they test all thier parts and they work, as mine infact did when I received it! They also include a card in the box with thier guarantee, stating if you have issues with your part to call them and they will make it right. THANKS GUYS!

I had one of my drivers picking up @ this place, crashed cars. STAY AWAY! WASTE OF TIME! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! CAN'T USE BAD WORDS BUT U GET THE IDEA! 0 STARS!

Called about a transmission told it would be ready Friday month later no transmission and won't answer the phone or call back. I have left multiple messages and voicemails and have stopped in twice since no one would answer
