Aaron and the whole staff at Carrikers went above and beyond for me today!! I think Aaron is amazing, I would refer him to all my family and friends. They brought the car that was perfect for me to Des Moines, took me back to Knoxville to do the buy then I drove it home. Very enthusiastic, professional, informative, and just good people. I enjoyed the time with them on a friendly basis. They got me just what I wanted. Cant wait to show it to everyone I know!

They appear to have decent vehicles. However, heaven forbid they actually put the price on their website. Dealerships that make me call to get a price lose my business instantly. I will find a blue forerunner someplace else.

Aaron really helped me with my suv buying experience, talked to a lot of car dealerships, got nowhere, finally found a guy and dealership that understood my situation. Had patience and really helped me very much, even offered to pick me up!!! I love my new Escalade !!! Thanks so much for the help!!!

When it comes to buying cars, we have always trusted that task to a family friend in the business. We have been looking for the last few years, and with supply issues and price points we were not finding what we were looking for in our price range. We decided to venture out of our comfort zone and in doing so ended up at Carrikers. They had just what we were looking for, worked it into our budget....and they didn't leave you feeling like you had just bought the car and that was the end of it...they are in it to build relationships and earn your trust and repeat business. Nick and Chris are kind, parient, NOT pushy, and above all else HONEST. If they can help you they ABSOLUTELY will do just that. We are very happy with our purchase and interactions. We would definitely trust them again.

Nick is really great my husband and I came in and got a really great deal on a Ford F 150 truck for him and a few months later I came and also got a great deal on a Ford Focus! Everyone has been super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process Go check them out!!!

Leland and i were treated with the utmost respect. We told nick how much we had for downpayment and what we could afford each month and he went above and beyond to put us in a vehicle...WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE OUR TOYOTA SCION!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CARRIKERS!!!!

They did not tell me I was putting a hold on a car. They told me It was a down payment. Now they will not give me my $500 back. I wanted to do business with them but never again buyer beware DO NOT GIVE THEM A DOW PAYMENT YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK IF U ARE DENIED I have now filed a complaint with everyone I can we will see what happens. I don t have a lot and for them to take my money makes me feel like I just got robbed from a business. This is crazy I have never experienced this before, They wanted digital access from my co signer to get into his BANK account!! Sketchy I m sorry I ve never heard of that either I will Never recommend doing business here as I have never been treated like this before.

After going to carhop with my husband and only being able to leave with a 2008 Honda Pilot even though we had fair/good credit, a co-signer, and a down payment we got a call from Carriker's Auto Outlet and they gave us a much better deal in a much better vehicle. We returned the Honda Pilot to carhop and Carriker's got us into a 2016 GMC Terrain that we absolutely love! They are a great group to work with, very professional, and overall very nice people! Definitely recommend getting in contact with them if you are looking into getting a new/different vehicle!

Currently in the process of getting a new vehicle. Nick, Adam and Christoph have made this experience a positive one. Paperwork is done and just waiting on my down payment. These guys have found what I wanted, in a monthly payment that I can afford...with bad credit! Hands down, greatest experience ever with a car dealership. We are definitely coming back for future vehicles!!

Not good people! Drive over an hr to look at a truck that was suppose to be a V8 not an ecoboost v6. Get there and that's all they wanted to sell me. Then doubled the price of down payment. I will never do business with these people! Who turns a sonic into a dealership I mean for real.

Nick Larson at Carriker's believes in good vehicles. If he knows a car is no good, it's off to auction. So you know that when you walk into this dealership you're going to find a great vehicle you'll like and for a very good price. The service with the entire team is just generally fantastic, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Great music playing in the background (Clapton is always a nice touch), it's all good times. What more could you ask for definitely recommend!! Thanks for making our truck buying experience easy!

They worked hard on getting the truck I have now refinanced getting me a awesome rate with great perks even though they don't normally do refinancing. And was about to get get me in a Ram truck with a awesome rate. These guys are great. You owe it to yourself to check them out before you buy anywhere else.

Chris was awesome to work with. We did the application on Monday and by Thursday we were driving our new vehicle home! They are the definition of great customer service and will work to get you a good deal and drive a new care home. We will definitely be recommending.

I was contacted by rick by Facebook on one of the swap sites, telling me to come by and he would get me in a car. I didn't think I would get approved due to absolutely no credit and not having much of a down payment. We started the paper work, so far things were looking up. I came in close to closing time so I returned the next day. Rick then had Tyler, the sales manager help me finish up everything. They were able to get me a 2014 Chrysler 200 in great condition, with low miles. To top that off I have low monthly payments. They were very helpful and made purchasing my first vehicle a great experience. I highly recommend going to them to anyone.

I would give 0 if it were possible. I contacted them through the market place and was told that they would work with me on price, drove an hour to get there to be told that they couldn t drop the price.See the message: Good morning, is this still available? And would you consider $12000 cash When can you come in here to look at the Jeep? Today being the last day of the month, is the only day I will consider your offer of $4,000 less than my asking price. I will never even consider buying anything from them in the future, not because of price, but because of the misleading, dishonest way they dealt with me!!

My husband and I dealt with Greg and he was super helpful. He was able to get us a vehicle that was in out price range that didn't look like it would fall apart in a week. He was friendly and a great salesman. I highly recommend this place!
