After a little bit of research, seeing their credentials and all the reviews I went with them, and that s what they did.They installed a radio with a back up camera on my pick up, they did a great job. I m very proud of them.

So pleased with the products and installation I have had done with my vehicle. Remote start works great, and my stereo amazes me everyday. Installation looks Amazing if you didn't know better you would thought it came from the factory. I would not hesitate to use their services.

Super knowledgeable business when it comes to audio for vehicles! I wanted to upgrade my sound system in my Jeep and had no idea where to start. Amanda offered suggestions and narrowed down the direction to which we would take to get what I was looking for. Never did I feel like she was trying to up-sale or take advantage of a clueless goer! Keith did an amazing install and I m so pleased with how everything turned out!Already planning on going back for some tint work and some lights!!

Poor experience. Dropped my vehicle off to get remote start put in only to pick it up with huge chip and crack in my window. I was told it wasn't their problem, and the staff was unwilling to even discuss the situation.Now the story changes, I was told their was video of the car having damage before it was worked on, now there wasn't any damage? I believe you should have insurance to fix damage to customers vehicles if you don't offer private and safe parking for vehicles in your possession.

Put in a stereo system for my son. Subs amp touch screen and 4 6x9 speakers. Great service and knowledge. Took the time to set it up for him and explain how it works. We couldn't be happier. This is my 3rd vehicle one Harley and I had a tri-toon done as well. They can do it all!!!!

If you are going to purchase/have something installed by them make sure you ask everything about a product you know nothing about before you have an install done here or else you will end up having to pay more for something you thought came standard!!!!I had a remote start/keyless entry installed here and $305 later we found out that the horn doesn't beep unless we pay another $25 to have it installed but we were never asked if this is something we wanted or not. We live an hour away from Keokuk, we went with River City because several years ago we had our audio system put in by them, and with the exception of having to go back to get our factory stereo from them because they didn't give it back to us, it was a good experience. Apparently it was a mistake, we could have had it done for $100 cheaper at best buy, $80 cheaper at Armadillon Audio, or $50 cheaper at Prime Time audio...all of which would have installed the horn honk either standard or no additional cost. Pretty upset, we trusted River City and it came back to bite us! We called and they wouldn't do anything about it! We would have had to drive the hour back to Keokuk, pay ANOTHER $25, wait 2 hours to get it done (which had they done it while they were already in there wouldn't have taken nearly as long since the developer of the remote start, Oliver, told me it is a 1 wire install and takes but 5 minutes to connect), and then the hour drive back home. They fought us on it and they simply just didn't care. We are just stuck with no other option but to not have what we wanted for $305, or pay even more to get it.

I paid river city audio $100 to install 4 new speakers in my wifes car, about a week after she picked it up I drove it and noticed a piece of the door trim was missing. No one else has ever taken the doors apart, so I called and asked them to look through their shop to see if they could find it. I left my name and number and I never got a call back. I called a second time and was told they didnt have the piece. Its now been a month since the speakers were installed and the right rear speaker is crackling and cutting in and out. I took the panel off and to my surprise the wires appeared to be stripped back and covered with tape, further inspection revealed a soldered connection! It turns out the connectors on the speakers werent crimped on, easily fixed but why? All in all the work they did was OK, but Im positive they are the reason the trim piece is gone, and they could have called me back. Just not the best in service after the sale.
