I went here faithfully when it was To Haas. It used to run like a Swiss clock. Things have gone downhill since. I once waited six hours for an oil change that didn t happen. I asked if it was safe to wait to fix a tie rod that needed replaced and was told it was fine to wait but it turns out that s not safe, so I got it fixed right away. During another oil change, an oil leak was found but couldn t be worked on for a week because the guy who does those wasn t available. The day of my appointment I waited for four and a half hours for the parts to come in because they hadn t ordered them until a couple hours before my appointment. There s no communication about how long something will take and it always takes twice as long as I anticipated it would. Because they didn t have the parts, my car wasn t fixed that day. We rescheduled and I had to wait another week to get in. In the mean time, my engine began to overheat. I took it to a friend who s a retired mechanic and he said that oil was everywhere in the engine and the radiator has begun to leak. The oil showed up to the top of the dip stick. My car is now ruined and I m having to buy a new one. The initial $500 fix estimate is now approx $2,500. I was also given a different type of oil this time than usual as the mechanic at the desk asked if I usually got that kind and I assumed he was looking at my history. I only found out it was different when the oil change was way more expensive than anticipated. There s a lack of quality control and consistency and communication. There s also an assumption that you re able to drop the car off or wait with it all day. I don t know much about cars so I can t prove that it wasn t safe to drive with the oil leak but after the misinformation about the tie rod, I do wonder if I d gone somewhere else if my car would still be operational.

Got two tires replaced and they scratched my rims all over. When I told the guy he started yelling and getting in the persons face who was with me. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them if this is how they are going to treat customers and their vehicles.

Great news on my car today! It wasn t the transmission ( thank goodness) just needed updates/ adjustments. It was quick and hopefully it does the trick! Reps were friendly and helpful!

Great service. I have specialty tires and they quickly ordered them and had them available in a few days. At my convenience I dropped the car off and it was done in no time. We will use this shop for all our cars from now on.

Tried to.charge us 130 for a service that was not even done. Wanted to.charge us 200.00 over the going rate for new tires, but mis diagnosed what was wrong with the tires. Will NEVER go back..lack of knowledge..over changing and trying to.make us pay for no service

Had a tire that kept needing air week and a half. I called. They got me right in, fixed my tire, and rotated them. That part was past do. Gave me the nail that was in the tire. They were very friendly. As I sat waiting, I saw them bring out a part to show the ower what it looked like before they replaced it. I was pretty impressed with that too. Will I be a repeat customer? You bet! And I highly recommend them.

My son bought a car with unique locking lugnuts but no key. After he got new wheels n tire everyone he called to see about having the new switch out with the old either didn't wanna touch it or quoted a couple hundred dollars minimum cuz they may have to drill them out. Long story short these guys not only had the key needed for the old lugs they switched them out for less than $20

My vehicle was serviced very promptly. I was greeted and checked in immediately upon arrival. The wait was minimal. I really appreciated having the coupon. Staff was very knowledgeable and offered additional services.

Absolute joke of an employee! Ordered wrong size of tire the first time and never call when they came in. Second time I ordered tires was with the woman at the front, she did a wonderful job. Original guy said the tires I ordered wouldn't fit my factory rims because they wasn't the factory size. And this all took over 3 hours for nothing to be accomplished. I have since bought the same tire at another tire store and had them installed with no issues. I'd say find better help!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I've taken my vehicle back 3-4 different times... 2 times right after I left the shop... long waiting times for tires. Office people willing to help however tire repair guys move slowly... everyone was helpful

We never feel very important there.Whoever drove our car, left footprints on the driver door threshold/door step. We never step on this. We step over it. The door had shoe marks on it. We never kick the door. We are just careful.The sticker was left on the tire tread. We picked the white label out of the tread.We probably are a little picky. That's the way we are.

About to leave on a trip to Texas and my car was vibrating real bad. Walmart(I know, bad choice) had just rotated my tires a few days ago. Plaza pulled them all off, inspected them, and informed me I needed two new ones. For some people that get skeptical at that kind of stuff, no fear, the tech brought me into the shop to show me the bad ones. I have no clue how tire techs from Walmart missed it. They were horrible on the inside. The Plaza tech assured me the other two were fine and got me some new tires and on the road safely. A+ service

Cost right under $30 to repair a tire with a nail. A tire in which my husband brought to the shop. They didn't even have to take it off the car. They said they would call when it was done. 2 hours later my husband went back to get it. It was done. So why didn't they call. Won't go back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was in for the 5,000 mile tire rotation, which is first come, first served. There were a couple ahead of me but it went really quickly. Very comfortable waiting area and TV to boot.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

Very courteous and helpful even though I did not buy the tires here they mounted and balanced two tires when another business refused because I didn't buy from them. I know where my future tire transactions will be, Plaza Tire Service.

Thusfar my vehicle is working relatively well. My vehicle prematurely excelerated a couple of times shortly after I started on my way home. I thought it might be because of a newer alternator. If it continues that performance, I'll contact Plaza Tire Service.Mrs. S.J. Mills-Echols

I had to replace a flat tire, the warning light was still on afterwards..They hooked up a device to my car and reset the warning light. It took less than a mile for it to go out.

Amazing experience at this shop! I was greeted by Austin and he handled everything for me. The other employees I saw were very friendly as well. The prices were more than fair! I've used T.O. Haas several times. They are honest, up front with everything and have it completed in the time they estimated. Prices have been extremely fair. I'll continue to go back and highly recommend them.Just had more work done today with the same great service and prices. I highly recommend coming here , everyone is super friendly & Teresa in the front was great & able to help answer all of my questions...they were very quick and efficient at getting my tire fixed up for me when I came in from out of town. Ron & mike took very good care of my tire!!!! it was super affordable to be able to get my tire fixed! I will definitely be back .

They were very gracious and accommodating in squeezing me in after I forgot my initial appointment. In addition to an oil change I asked them to inspect my tires and suspension. They were very honest about the condition of my car and didn t recommended additional work at this time. I will definitely go back when the work does need to be done. Paid over 700 dollars to fix a wheel bearing same exact problem literally after i left they told me its now a different wheel bearing not the one they replaced how does two wheel bearing go out in less than 45 miles never again
