I like the knowledgeable and friendly employees. Helped me change my battery. I usually always go here for my car part needs. They've helped me change wipers as well.

Excellent customer service. I was able to call in and get all the information I needed to place an online order, and the manager went above and beyond to get my vehicle started! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable

They said they had what I needed when I called, but they didn't actually have it in stock. But they were helpful to get what we needed.

Can get an order straight. Ask for front and rear brakes got home and had two set of front brakes

I needed touch-up paint for my Mazda. The counter man, a well-mannered chap made it up in short order. Real service that I appreciated very much, hence this review. Good and helpful!

I brought a part an haven't been able to return itdays because the store hasn't had the money for days. I need my money back I got starving children no heater it 10 degrees out side no tire. They don't even have an air pig to air in a flat tire.

They are helpful and have the parts and or product that we need. You can call inadvance and see if they have a part in stocks and if they don't they'll have it the next day. Great service

Kudos to O'reilly Auto Parts. I needed a battery for my truck. At a glance it seemed simple. 45 minutes later it was finished. Awesome job by the gentleman that put it in. I failed to get his name. He went over and above to get me taken care of. I will certainly go there in the future!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. If the store does not stock the part you're looking for, it can often be ordered and shipped by the following morning with no deposit.

It's an ok place to buy parts. But don't expect no real mechanical knowledge. These guys just read a computer screen. They don't anything besides what the screen tells them.

Very disappointed gave us the wrong part twice and was very rude to me cashier walked off when I speaking to them. Didn't help me find the peice i needed just said if they had it should be in such an such isle after probably looking for it on my own with not a single employee trying to help me find it or asking if I needed help i walked out. Will not ever go back again

Went to AutoZone for repair parts and auto care products initially. Getting things on the floor there is fine, but God forbid you ask for parts or service advice from AutoZone. I tried O'Reilly's out to get some headlights that AutoZone had wrongly recommended, and O'Reilly's got it right the first time. The experience has been night and day, consistently at multiple locations. If you're looking for somewhere to get auto parts where people know their stuff, I highly recommend O'Reilly's!

If they don't have it you can usually expect to get it the next day. The store brands are actually the same as name brands.

O'Reilly's is an awesome place just bought a battery there they came out put it in for me took the other one out made sure everything was functioning great I really appreciate O'Reilly's today I thank you guys

I had to get power steering fluid. It was easy to find and purchase what I needed. The staff was helpful as always.
