When you go to a business like this, you expect the sales, service, and parts departments to have friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people on staff. Well, my expectations were met AND exceeded here! This might look like a small store from the outside, but it is HUGE on customer service on the inside. What really elevated my experience with Midwest was the owner, Jason. He is not just an owner sitting in his office. He KNOWS HIS PRODUCTS and is out providing support to whichever area needs assistance! To EVERYONE at Midwest Power and Performance, thank you for the awesome customer experience! I have finally found a place that I actually look forward to servicing and accessorizing our side by side!!If you are looking for a utility vehicle for the farm or something for trail riding, check out Midwest Performance and Power. It is definitely worth your time to check them out!

Kudos to the team at Midwest Performance and Power. Took my 4 wheeler in today for a shifting problem. I bought it used from a private party but you would have thought it was a warranty repair of their sale. They helped me unload it and pulled it in the shop immediately. Within a 1/2 hour it was back out and repaired. Thanks so much for the help and reminding me that their are still businesses that care about their customers.

I bought my Honda CT125 from Midwest Performance and Power. These bikes are hard to find and most dealers are selling them at ridiculous markups. Midwest did not add one dime extra. I drove 300 miles to their shop and I'll do it again for my next purchase. All the paperwork was ready and speedy help with load up and tiedown. I was on my way back home in under an hour. Great people to do business with.

Had an awesome buying experience from Jason at Midwest performance. I was working with another dealership and I noticed Midwest performance had the same model. I called Jason and he got me a killer rate in a couple mins. Over a 100.00 difference in payments from just buying from him. Don t be fooled buy these big dealerships baiting you with discounts and tacking on insane fees!! Go here and give them a shot you won t regret it!!

Took my 2006 Honda Shadow to their shop to get worked on and very very impressed with the whole team. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. And very reasonable on the work they did. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done.

We met Jason Smith (and his family) at the Iowa State Fair in 2019 as we were interested in purchasing our first side by side. The Midwest Performance & Power booth, along with Jason's expertise, gave us all we needed to see/hear to make our decision. You know you made the right decision when the owner treats you like you bought from him before. Enjoying our friendly relationship to this day, albeit 2.5 hours away. We look forward to buying our next rig from MP&P!

I was staying next door at the super 8 and locked my keys in my semi truck (along with all my tools). I went over to Midwest and LJ in the back was nice enough to loan me the Torx and ratchet I needed to get inside my truck, FREE OF CHARGE! They saved me who knows how much in locksmith fees! Very polite and friendly folks with a complete stranger, so I assume they are that and more with customers! Thanks again fellas!

Drove down from St Paul to pick up our new 4 wheeler.Ethan was very friendly and had everything ready to go.Spent less than 1/2 hour signing paperwork and loading up before heading back home!
