Always a good experience. Stopped in 2-3 over the winter when my check tire pressure light came on. The lady in the front was very nice, checked the pressure, filled it to the correct pressure, and I was on my way. Had my oil changed with a couple other services requested earlier this week. Very happy with the service. Was completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price.

LUCINDA, STORE MANAGER:DISC COURTEOUS, CONDESCENDING, CONTEMPTUOUS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMERSTook my car in to have a diagnostic done on the AC. As it turns out, there was a blown fuse and the cooling fan motor was not functioning. They proceeded to completely vacuum out the R134A refrigerant and refill it. They gave the vehicle back to me in the exact same condition I brought it in. With full refrigerant, and a non-functioning fan. It was a way of making a quick $250 by literally doing nothing to diagnose the actual problem with the vehicle. Lucinda, the store manager was beyond rude. She treated me with nothing but vitriol contempt in the most condescending way. I'm at a point in my life where I do not abide rudeness when I am giving a company my business. I proceeded to protest outside the store for a period of approximately one month. I would not recommend the Goodyear service center in Keokuk, Iowa. They are rude, overpriced, and will do unnecessary work on your vehicle in order to make a profit. Needless to say, I did get the fan motor and fuse replaced and the air conditioner is now running fine with no issues. Had they simply done some basic diagnostic work instead of evacuating the refrigerant and refilling it just to make a quick buck, they could have found the actual problem and repaired it. Shame on you Lucinda, you are a rude condescending nasty person and you have no business being in a managerial position. Shame on the district manager, for hiring people not qualified for the positions that they feel. And shame on Goodyear in general for lack of oversight of their service centers.

Car needed new ignition. Called Monday morning. They got me right in. Done in an hour and back on the road. Very friendly. Great job. Thanks SO MUCH!

Shout out to the employees of Keokuk's Goodyear. I had taken my van in for service and after they were finished a young man got into my vehicle and proceeded to just sit there. When I came to pick it up shortly after and they discovered that it wasn't anyone who should have been in the van, Chris and one of the other guys went out and got him out. Cinda then walked me out and checked to make sure that there wasn't anything left behind. They went above and beyond! I'm so grateful.

Called to have my brake fluid flushed and filled, they knocked it out in under an hour and didn't try to upsell me on anything. In fact, they knocked $20 off. The ladies at the service counter were friendly and just a pleasure to deal with.

I was travelling from Iowa to Kentucky to help with tornado relief and my front wheel bearing went out. The team at Goodyear got me in right away, had the truck on the lift in 10 minutes and had all the repairs done in 90 minutes and I was able to get to Kentucky that night. The team had a positive attitude and were a pleasure to work with. Why would you go anywhere else?

Cannot say enough good things about this shop. i was taking my two sons to college in Idaho from our home in Maryland when I hit a curb and bent the rim. We called this Goodyear shop and ask if they could help. An hour later, they got us fixed up and back on the road. When I asked them about the cost, they wouldn t take my money. We made it to Idaho without further incident.It has been a rough year for everyone. It is nice to see there are still good people in the world. Thanks Guys. I can t tell you how much I appreciated your kindness.

Mom had a tire go bad that she purchased here two years ago. They gave her an estimate of $1300 for 4 tires and a bearing that they admitted later were all within specs. The car needed one tire and an alignment which is what she came in requesting. Instead of replacing the tire that she asked for, they sent her (at 90) back home 30 miles away on her donut. I later discovered that the four tires and bearing and alignment they quoted should have been $400 less according to their listed sale prices. Though the two women up front were very kind and helpful, the overall experience was horrible.

I went to T.O. Haas to get an alignment that told me I needed $700 worth of work on my vehicle took my vehicle here and had the correct work done for less then $200

These guys were incredible!! We were heading out on our road trip home and had a bulge in our tire and couldn t get the lug nuts off. They took us in right away and changed the tire in less than 20 minutes, the day after Christmas! We were so relieved and grateful. Highly recommend this tire shop.

Had an unexpected problem with my Camaro and dropped my car off at Goodyear in Keokuk IA without an appointment, explained the problem, and despite their being shorthanded and swamped, they still made the time to help me with my car - and before noon. I am so grateful for their kind help. In addition, they are extremely indulgent and patient with my frequent requests for tire pressure checks and adjustments - I think I have finicky sensors. Have had nothing but great and accommodating service at this store. They have earned my loyalty.

Chris and Cinda were the mvps of my vacation. I rented a car and the rental company (hertz) told Chris that I had to pay for the tire that was faulty before i got it. And there was nothing they could do for me. I'm in tears as I'm a bridesmaid trying to get things together for the wedding and on the wedding day. Chris and cinda helped so much and were so kind while I was upset and frustrated. They cared about my situation and went above and beyond to get me the paperwork I needed to get this settled. If I ever go to Iowa and need help again I know I could count on them

I got a flat tire on my van in the block right down from Goodyear. I pulled in to the other tire shop first and they told me they wouldn t help me, to go to Goodyear. They were able to get my tire fixed in about 30 minutes! I had my two young sons with me, so it was really a blessing! They even let my little guys watch the process and have a pair of safety goggles!

Thanks so much for the great customer service provided by John Davis and Cinda Shipley. Had my new tires balanced and rotated yesterday (free service for the life of the tires). John warned me that the sleeves on the lug nuts were damaged and might be hard to remove if I had a flat tire. I actually had new nuts but when I tried to change them I couldn t get the old ones loose. I called John and he told me to come down and he d change them for me. He did so and didn t charge me anything. I ll definitely be getting all my new tires at Goodyear Auto Service in Keokuk, IA.

My family lives in Maryland and my dad was driving me out west for college in Idaho. We hit a curb in Illinois and bent the rim of the tire. We called so many auto repair shops and no one would even try to help us. We called this Goodyear and they had us come down to their shop so they could look at our tire and they fixed it for us. We called around 30 auto repair shops in both Iowa and Illinois and they were the only ones who would even attempt to help us. They seriously saved us and they were so unbelievably kind. I would recommend anyone who has car troubles to go to them. They are the most amazing mechanics we ve ever been to

I'm from out of town. They got me in on a Saturday and had my brakes completely redone before the day was over. They even gave me a ride from the hotel. Definitely appreciate their hard work on a Saturday. Couldn't be happier.

We were camping in town and the trailer hitch wiring was having trouble, and they were happy to put the car up on the lift and fix it. Took only a few minutes and he did a great job!

I noticed a tear in my sidewall tire and stopped in to have it looked at. They got me in immediately and got me up and going in no time. Very good customer service and quality work. Highly recommended

I had a very good experience at this Goodyear store in Keokuk, IA. I was visiting from out of state when one of my tires was punctured. They were very helpful and got me taken care of immediately. The store manager, John Davis, even washed my truck for me so it would look good when I picked it up! Thanks!

I had an unusual but random problem with starting my vehicle while traveling out of town. The Goodyear staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They identified the issue and got me on my way again quickly. The service I received was some of the best automotive service I have ever received.

Always fast, friendly service! Tires have good warranty, and are backed by the company-that's important, it's easy to stick a warranty on a box, but it's actually backed up. Knowledgeable staff, totally customer service first group!

After RAGBRAI ended, I needed to leave Keokuk to head home, but when I got in my car, I saw one tire was completely flat. I pumped it up enough to drive over to this Goodyear, and they were able to fit me in on the spot (on a very busy day) and fix my flat tire to get me on the long trip back home! They were very nice and helpful in my time of need and I was glad to be back on the road so quickly!

The guys working in the shop were very kind and professional. twenty minutes before closing, I pulled up with seven children. We were on our way to Nauvoo, IL. Home was three hours away. The shaking was bad & feared the worse. I had asked if they could please look at the tires. No visual signs on the tires. I knew something was wrong. They quickly said they would look at it. They drove it and came back to the shop. The right outer tirod was bad. got the part delivered and fixed quickly. Then they said the right front out & inner tirod was also bad. They spent almost an hour and a half after closing time to make sure my vehicle was safe. Thankyou Good Year! I recommend taking your vehicle there. Good honest & hard working people!!

Have a flat? Need new tires, or an oil change? Then look no further than Goodyear. They have friendly staff, that are willing to help. they saved me a lot of headache with their willingness to go above and beyond the regular service.

My wife's aunt ended up with a steering problem and needed a car repair done on a weekend to get back on the road. These guys diagnosed and found the problem, and even found a hidden tire issue that could have left them on the side of the road stranded in the middle of nowhere. They stayed late after they were supposed to close to take care of the car and did a bang up job getting the auntie back on the road.

The staff at the Keokuk Goodyear are so helpful and literally go out of their way to help their customers! They go above and beyond what is expected of them! Much appreciated!!
