One of the worst experiences ive ever had! They sold me a van that should have never been put on a car lot ever! They put it out just to be able to get the money back for what they gave for trade in value! Did not disclose to me the vehicle had been wrecked.

I recently worked with Gentry and purchased a used Camaro from him. Gentry was exceptional to work with. He was always available to answer any questions and took extra time to check in certain things I needed more information on including calling the prior owner to get more details on the maintenance. He was very friendly and non pushy which i really appreciated since I m a female. He seemed very honest and sincerely wanted me to be happy with my new purchase. He really went out of his way to help us in the process. I realized this purchase was my 13th car purchase over the years and truly I think this was the easiest lucky number 13!!! Even now, I know if I have any issues, Gentry will do his best to help out. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership in the future.

My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from them over the years and I still own 2 of them we recently traded in our van and my wife got the car she wanted. We went there before they opened just to look around. The guy who takes care of the cars came out to help us before they were open. They gave us a great deal on our trade in. Very good customer service. My wife is very happy with her new car.

We needed a car. This place had the best prices in what we were looking for. Gentry was amazing and very friendly. We never felt pushed into buying a vehicle and were able to test drive anything on the lot we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and overall experience with this dealership.

Just purchased a gorgeous 2009 Chevy Impala SS from Ekland Motors, Inc they were very helpful in getting me into the car that I wanted at an affordable price. I was blown away by their inventory and custom care! This dealership is the best dealership by far I've ever worked with! Looking forward to working with them again

I bought a 2008 Ford Edge Limited. Before I made the hour and a half drive Gentry emailed me pictures proving the lien was taken care of and that it had a clean title. When I arrived the Edge was detailed and sitting out front with the key inside ready for a test drive. After a lengthy test drive went back and paid cash for it. The paperwork process took less than 30 minutes. I would like to thank Gentry and the sales staff for a quick and easy car buying process. If you're looking for a good quality pre-owned vehicle give these guys a try.

Last year I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from Eckland Motors and got the same excellent service and pricing as I have gotten throughout all of my automobile purchases the past 17 years. Will never buy a car from here again. Worst car buying experience I ve ever had. I spent approximately 10,000 on a VW. Right after the 3 month warranty ran out the car has literally fallen apart after very little driving. First, the roof started leaking so bad that after it rains I have standing water in my car. Second, the brakes start GRINDING very loudly- even though the dealer told me they had just changed brakes and wheels. Third, the passenger seat STARTED ON FIRE (with me, 7 months pregnant at the time, sitting it in). Fourth, whenever turning there would be a loud thumping sound and powersteering seemed to be failing. Fifth, the check engine light would flicker on and off. Sixth, oil change time after waiting for a mechanic to order my special filter- the mechanic told me apparently the previous person who changed the oil put the wrong kind of oil in it (European cars need European oil). Called eckland motors who assured me my brakes were in great condition and that I ve had my car for A WHILE now, so some problems were to be expected . To me... $10,000 is a little steep for a three month car. They replaced the serpentine belt. Sent me home. Since then. A tie rod broke. There zero pad left on the brakes (after they told me they were new and in good condition) ALL FOUR ROTORS ARE NOW COMPLETELY SHOT. So just a recap. I ve had this vehicle for not quite five months now. And that s a grand total of $4500 more that I have to put into this car that I ve been driving with zero brakes. While just a few days shy of 9 months pregnant...New update, have now had to replace all ignition coils and spark plugs, and now the intake manifold and possibly the catalytic converter. Would never ever buy a car from eckland motors. And the guy had the nerve to tell me it s fine to drive a car with the check engine light on, as long as it s not flashing. If that s the way they treat their cars no wonder why they are falling apart. Shame on you eckland for doing this to someone who told you they were buying this car in hopes of having a reliable vehicle for their family that s about to grow in three weeks. Another several hundred put into this car. And possibly several hundred more in the next few days.Was contacted by eckland motors. They are willing to work with me on getting my back on the road, the manager seemed to genuinely care that I was unhappy about the experience and wanted to help me out.
