Avoid. IT s discount for a reason. I took it there to get my oil changed brought my own oil paid $80. They told me that they couldn t charge my air conditioner.. when I get home my car smells like rotten eggs. I take it back. They tell me that they blow out my AC line or whatever it is. I drive my car again my passenger side fills up with liquid all over the floor board. When I call him to ask about it they tell me that they couldn t find where to blow the AC out. That is the exact opposite of what they said they did. And when I tried to explain to him that every time I take my car it ends up worse A bold face lies to me, tells me I m lying and hangs up on me. I have the feeling unless you know this guy personally he s not gonna do you any favors. And then he s gonna tell you he did it. But when you turned around and things go wrong deny the truth an hang up on you.

Wonderful prompt and professional service. I had an intermittent electrical issue with my Ford Focus after taking it to another local shop and was told I don't know. Jim and his staff were able to find the problem, fix it and got me back on the road safe and sound. Best place to take your car to in keokuk for any repairs!! Plus reasonable prices and he doesn't lie to you or misconstrue anything about any problems with your vehicle.

Outstanding service! My son was traveling for business when his brakes began to fail. Discount Tires in Keokuk, Iowa were professional, timely and reasonably priced. They only fixed what was necessary and did not try to add in services that were not needed. I would absolutely recommend. Thank you

NOT affiliated with Discount Tire!! The business name is VERY misleading.#1 I had a Discount Tire credit line as the only way to pay for 2 new tires on my car. I learned the hard way they don t accept that form of payment.#2 I had driven an hour and a half on bald tires for an appointment made more than a week in advance, and when I arrived they didn t have the tires that fit my car as promised. Luckily they had 2 tires slightly bigger.#3 If it weren t for the super nice lady in the waiting area who overheard my payment dilemma and came out to stop me from driving away after the owner sent me off with a have a good day, good luck I would have had to drive around on those completely bald tires until I could figure something else out in a couple days after I got paid (since they couldn t accept my Discount Tire card). Thank goodness for good people. She paid up front for my tires and is allowing me to pay her back in 2 days when I have the money.#4 The owner offered no help. I had mentioned to him at least twice that I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me to pick my son up from his father and then go home.. he did not hear (or care about) a word I said, it seemed. Sorry, I just can t recommend this place.#5 Contrast that with Discount Tire (the ACTUAL company) who after hearing my story and struggle thinking I was going to one of their facilities.. apologized for my experience and is shipping to my house at ZERO expense to me TWO NEW TIRES to match the bigger size this guy sent me off with so that I have all four matching tires. Thank goodness for decent companies that go beyond the extra mile!

They unloaded tires/wheels for me. Then dismounted 4 old tires, mounted and balanced 4 new tires, then loaded everything up for me in just 25 minutes. Great price for service!! Incredible service!!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!!!

Great place with affordable prices. Needed a full set of tires, called to see if they had them in stock, they didn't unfortunately but were able to get them super quick (in my case it was the same day because I reached out early enough). I came in the following morning to have the tires swapped and had my car back within a few hours, and at a better cost than other shops that would have taken longer to get my tire in. Highly recommend checking them out.

Had a loooong post typed up while I was at work on breaks but phone died, so I'll just leave a short one. The owner is mad disrespectful, and tried to talk over me constantly, the issue I went in for isn't even fixed, and he didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, or manage his business with any kind of organizational skills. I thought it would be good to help out a local business but I'd rather wait around at Walmart tire for 2 hrs than deal with this punk. His prices are ok though I guess. Will not be returning.

They were very honest. We had been told we needed a new tire. But when they inspected it we were told a patch would work. Thank you!!!!They even gave us a great place to kill an hour while they worked on it.Being from out of state it meant a lot to us.

Ordered the tires ahead on Friday with no issues, just got them put on Monday. Service was prompt, friendly, and affordable as usual.

Dishonest and zero responsibility for actions. Truck taken down to have new tires put on, they had tires for a decent price that conveniently fit my truck. Well, I let them know I have the tool in my truck for the lock nuts and they broke the tool. I went to buy a new one from the dealership and noticed that my rim was scratched up and the lock nut had a chip in it where they tried to chisel it and screen atched up my rim. They didn t even get an okay from me to try because I would have said no. I took it back down to show them what happened and they denied everything, that they didn t scratch it, didn t try to chisel it off, and why would they need to pay for the tool they broke... well if they hadn t used impact with my tool, I could understand but they should know with this tool and these bolts you don t use impact. They accept no responsibility for their actions.

Jim and family are great they can always fit me in short notice and are good priced for tire repairs and new tires. I always come here for tires and they do a great deal of other repairs as well.

I purchased a used tire for $40.00 on 7/11/13, I did not notice until it was on that it had only half the tread of my other used tires(3) that I had gotten for $30.00. But that is not the reason for the bad review, I heard noises that sounded like the wheel bearings were going out on the tire I had gotten from this business. I took it to a mechanic in Macomb, he told me the lug nuts were within two or three turns of coming off. If this had happened at highway speed who knows what damage or injuries it could have caused. To be fair, after 30 days I did not recheck the torque. The other 3 tires were checked with no problem. THIS IS SLOPPY WORK!!!!!! Someone could have been hurt or even killed.

home town tire shop with a big market approach, I like doing business with Jim and the boys, They are competitive in pricing, excellent in shop work and super friendly customer service. I cant afford any other place.

They destroyed an aftermarket rim on my truck charged me over 200 dollars and pretended like it wasn't a big deal... now I'm 250 dollars in the hole on a busted rim that I now have to replace....
