Always have a good experience. I've stopped in several times when my "check engine" lights have come on. They've always been very kind running the diagnostic and resetting the computer. Needed new wipers earlier this week. Sadie was so nice. She showed me my options, wasn't pushy and they installed them for me. Will definitely be doing more business with them.

I m not an expert on cars and parts but wanted to make sure I was in great hands when I walked into the store. The manager at the Keokuk store answered all of my questions, did a diagnostics on my vehicle and was able to help me to continue on my journey. I ll be sure to take my business back when needed in the future!!! Thank you Keokuk auto zone and to the fantastic customer service received.

I was in the store 2/10/24. The girl with the red lipstick was nice, polite n very helpful. I've never had a bad experience when I go in there. They always greet you with a smile n a hello when you come in. Always ready to help. The person that gave ya'll a bad review is a idiot. I will be returning to shop for parts again.

Absolutely! Amazing! Service and staff. Was stranded on a Sunday and needed a new battery. Even though there was only 2 people working they sent one out with a new battery! Thank you guys!

I enjoy shopping here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, but if you want to shop alone, they leave you to yourself. The prices are reasonable and the hours are convenient. It can be difficult to find things at times (maybe because I'm not a car person), but the staff is always willing to assist.

Service could have been better. I kept getting told three different things. They got to work on communication between employees. Other than that it's not to bad of a place.

Now retired, I have most work cared for by the dealer. But for the easy stuff, I've used Auto Zone for decades and they are always clean and tidy, unlike O'*****s and the clientele I see seem the feel the same.

bought oil & filter bundle with air filter. Acted like I didn't know my vehicle. Double checked with them that I was purchasing the correct air filter. Yeah, we had to return to purchase the correct air filter. Price wasn't terrible.

Went to get a new battery and they made up all kinds of excuses not to do it....even insinuated I may need to remove the hood to get the battery out.

After having an absolute horrible experience with O'Reilly we went to autozone and i can not tell how awesome the cashier we dealt with was amazing so helpful made us top priority and above and beyond. Thank goodness for autozone helping.

I stopped at the AutoZone in Keokuk Iowa where I used to live. I was so happy to see Bob. He is a fixture there and is so absolutely kind and friendly! He used to help me with everything I ever needed with any vehicle I had. I moved away nearly nine years ago, and of course he still remembered me. My cousin Fran used to work there as well. Excellent place to get your auto supplies, to rent or borrow tools, and make a friend. Thank you Robert!(Bob) I'll miss you until the day I leave this earth

We needed a new battery for my wifes car they tested the old one an it wasnt any good.So the nice gentleman looked up the battery for that car an changed it for us in just a little time.They are awesome !! Thankyou .

Parts and people are fine.BUT YOU SIGN IN AND IT WONT LET YOU(5TIMES) STILL CANT GET ON....SET UP NEW ACCOUNT AND IT SAYS ALREADY BEING USED!! STILL NOT ON.

I bought a new battery for my car and an employee brought it to my car for me. When I took my old battery in for deposit, an employee came out to my car to get the battery.
