Super helpful and accommodating. They worked it out so that I could bring my car in for service the same day I called. Their prices are very reasonable, and they don't try to oversell you. I 100% recommend them.

I dropped my truck off for an alignment. One of the few places south of Iowa City that can align a semi. They got me in on time and the price was more than reasonable.

Anymore these days it is so hard to find an honest mechanic. So many want to overcharge your and do things that you didn't ask to be done. I appreciate dealing with straight forward, honest people. Don't mind driving the extra 40 miles round trip, if it means I'll be treated fairly. That means a lot to me. Got a place a block away from me but end up going to Kalona Tire instead. Why? Honesty, that's why.

Went with a friend. Getting the front-end checked after getting new tires in Iowa city.Not real happy the way the guy drove the car. When he came back with the car, there was mud everywhere!

Ordered 4 tires to be replaced. They sold two of them during the week and didn't notify me. Took them 2 hrs. to replace 2 tires. They didn't call me to tell me if they were done or that they only had 2 tires, I had to call them. I also asked them to check my brakes and they forgot to... Now I have to go back a week later to get the other set of tires. Normally good work, but TERRIBLE service this time.

Great people! Very honest too! I asked them to look at my brakes because they were squeaking. They called and told me that the brakes were in great shape. That it was from driving gravel! Car wash was much cheeper! Trust them with any vehicle i drive!

I just blew a tire past the riverside exit. I waited an hour for them to come put a donut I already had on my car. The guys were really nice, but they charged me $110 to come put my own donut on. I m barely 20 maybe 30 minutes from there shop. That s absolute robbery.

I went here to get my car ac recharged. It lasted 10 minutes if that before my compressor seized up. I paid almost $130 to have this done! I called and complained and no one was calling me back so I just went in there today and was given $50 and told that s all I get for a refund because I wasn t going to have it fixed there. Which is not right! I found out they did not properly inspect my system nor did they add the oil to properly recharge my system. They are not clearly good mechanics working there or they just don t know what they r doing. What happened to the customer is always right? I was also treated very poorly after my complaint! This place is not a good place to trust to have ur vehicle worked on or maintained... I also am going to contact the better business and file a lawsuit. They shouldn t be allowed to conduct business this way or treat people like this. I have asthma and can t sit in hot heat and they just basically spit in my face. Stay away from here!

I took my car in for a underbody of my car asked to give my suspension a look and just wanted a inspection..see what I'm working with . Dropped it off at 10:30 am like they said stopped by to grab stuff out of my car at 12:30pm car was down from lift and no one around called at 3pm and they said they have not got to it yet then at 4 called and they will call me back when it is done and the results of the inspection I had to call back at 4:59pm and told them I'm picking up my car. I get there and they charge me $85 twice as much and lost my keys

We are fortunate to have this facility in our small community. They were able to align and do chassis work on our motorhome. All of the staff and mechanics are extremely helpful. They service the school district's busses which alone makes them worthy of your trust as well. I was pleased to be relieved of a trip to the dealer and the work resulted in major improvements to the driveability if our large vehicle.

Very nice facility, and good quality service. Semi tire patch only costs about $28.Their service truck is only a phone call away if you ever find yourself in a Dire strait of flat bottomed tires. (Only During working hours tho)Some of the workers in the truck service department don't seem overly ecxited or happy to help you out, but it's okay.

Got me in quick. 2 stars for that. Lying to me about where my tire pressures were to my face after I watched you do the work. Zero stars for that. 43,45,37,40.. playing games with my life isn't cool boys.

Have always done an amazing job on my tires. Great place, very professional. Prices are moderate and fair. they don t sell the cheapest junk on the market.

Talked to them about tires for my car on a Wednesday they said they could get them the next day well Thursday turned into Friday then Saturday then Monday they got them in, so I took off work a little early got their at 3.30 pm to have them put on. I got out of there at 4.54pm as almost one and a half hours to change out my tires and they seemed veryDisorganized. I will be rethinking my next tire purchase or repairKevin

After getting my tires changed here, one blew out and shredded on the interstate. After taking care of that I noticed my other rear tire was at 43 psi which was probably the psi of the one that blew which probably caused it to blow out. The front tires were also way off on pressure. 43 psi is way too much for a minivan which psi should be 35 all the way around. Glad my wife didn't get hurt when this happened. Will not be returning.

Had a brake chamber go out on a Monday afternoon and managed to limp several miles to these guys. Less than an hour later I was all fixed up and on the road again.

Took two hours to change the oil and do a tire rotation. Also left oil on my seat, dirty door panel. I'm not impressed with this place. I will not be going back.
