Wanted to say that Jontay in service is excellent. I was traveling with my family (including two toddlers) from the Chicago suburbs and had a check engine light come on. He helped me resolve the issue without an appointment on a Saturday morning. I appreciate him and the service department for helping us out!

I have had my 2021 Tiguan SE R-Line serviced here several times since moving to Iowa in December 2021. The advisors are excellent in communicating vehicle status, recommendations, and have been great accommodating my work schedule. Most recently I had the 50k service completed and was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours.

Came in for a recall issue. Was treated like I was royalty. Even addressed a different issue I mentioned which was just more of an annoyance than anything else. Didn't expect them to do anything about it, but to my surprise, it got addressed and fixed. Thanks for your attention to detail and customer service!
