Jeff had the vehicle ready upon our arrival. We were able to take a no pressure test drive and look the vehicle over at our leisure. We were quickly able to agree upon a price. The paperwork was a breeze and we left feeing good about our experience.

My Boyfriend And I Had Our 07 Dodge Charger RT Worked On Here Recently, It Took Them Under 1 Day To Fix my car. They Were AMAZING, Fast, Friendly & So Polite. They Made Us Feel Very Welcome. They Provided A Loaner Vehicle Without Hesitation To Help Us Get Around While Our Vehicle Was Being Looked Over And Fixed. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, WILL Be Going Back To Them In The Future. Really Great Service. I want to thank them for all the help they offered. My Car Is Fully Fixed and I am so happy. I am very satisfied. Thanks Again!!

Exceptional service! I recently had my car serviced at this auto shop, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repairs needed and provided a detailed breakdown of costs upfront, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently, and my car feels as good as new. I highly recommend this auto shop for their professionalism, expertise, and overall excellent service!

So efficient and easy! Buying a new vehicle is always nerve wracking, but it was such a good relief when we told Jeff what vehicle we were interested in and he gave us the keys and let us take it for a test drive! I especially found it nice that once we gave him all our info and all that, instead of us waiting around like most dealerships do, he let us go about our day and he'd call us with numbers and low and behold, he did and super timely and it was just overall the best experience and we will be highly recommending him!

I had my 2007 dodge charger worked on at Stephens automotive. They were very fast efficient and friendly. They even provided a loaner car. It was a simple fix and they figured it out almost immediately. They come highly recommended on my behalf!!!!!!

The staff were very thorough and kept me up to date on the repairs that were going on! The staff even called me to discuss further mechanical needs BEFORE they installed anything! They had a quote ready for my consideration and explained the repairs needed in great detail. They answered all my questions and had extensive knowledge on the parts to be installed! I was also given a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired! This made my day so much easier and the oil change and inspection were done very quickly! 4 hours away from home for work and my 2000 CRV dies and leaves me stranded on the side of the highway. First search on google was for stephens automotive and they answered my phone call right away provided me a Number for a tow truck, got me in and the car was diagnosed and fixed by the end of the day. They also did not hesitate to put me in one of their courtesy cars for the day! Can not be more thankful that they were able to help me!

Great experience with this shop! They thoroughly traced through the wiring and fixed my seats, heating and cooling issues. Most shops would have just replaced the control not bothering to see what caused it to burn out, which would ve left us with the same issues later. I love their dedication to fixing the issue and they gave us a rental car why they worked on it. I will definitely use them again.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

This independent family-owned car dealership was definitely worth the stop! We were greeted by Jeff, who was very friendly and easygoing. I went to Stephens Automotive for an oil change and got so much more, they inspected my car and let me know what was needed to keep my car in good running order, very friendly and nice people there and provided a loaner car, I will definitely go back them for all my car services.

Hands down the best used vehicle buying experience to date! This F-550 was purchased from Jeff and his team to be used as a company truck for our maintenance department. I drove over 3 hours from Kansas City in nasty winter weather to pick this up and arrived to have all expectations exceeded. The condition of this truck was far better than I what I was prepared to find.Jeff was extremely responsive to any request I madevia phone or email and the paperwork process could not have gone smoother. My team is ecstatic to have a new (to us) truck and I am certainly a satisfied customer. My only complaint is that his dealership is 200+ miles from me!

Yikes!! Unless you enjoy throwing away perfectly good time and money, do NOT stop here. They'll throw around the "family-owned business" (Mom is a VP and son Jeff is the car salesman) junk until you start to trust them. I was never offered a loaner car even though they had my car over 24-hours. LOTS of personal questions! Ended up having to spend nearly $200 just to have an estimate done. Who charges for estimates anyway?? I'm following the advice of an earlier poster who was also scammed and going to a nearby competitor. There are plenty of good car repair shops that will give you a fairly accurate estimate at no charge, but NOT HERE! Very negative experience. These people want to sell expensive cars, not be bothered with car repairs.

It was my first time using Stephens Automotive but it will not be my last. They are a first-class organization all the way and not only did a great job of communicating the issues with my car, but provided me with helpful, low-pressure options to move forward. They are customer friendly and definitely want to earn your business. I highly recommend.

I hadn't had my vehicle checked in quite a while. I was quite impressed because the owner called me and told me what needed to be done. He broke out the price for each repair and then let me choose what to fix and how much I wanted to spend. I think money is tight for everyone and the owner let me choose what I could afford without being pushy. When I go to any business, I just want honesty and to be treated with respect. I needed new brake pads and Jeff made sure to call and explain when I needed calipers as well. He explained the prices and advised I needed new tires. While he advised new tires, he made it clear it was up to me to decide. I came in with a coupon, and he gave me a different coupon that took more off the price than my original coupon did. I also appreciated having a loaner car available! Really appreciated the communication and explanations.

I will recommend Stephens to EVERYONE! They are so nice and helpful. I needed my air conditioner fixed and I called a few places to get quotes. Nobody even compared to how helpful and polite the people at Stephens were. On top of all of that, their prices are super fair and they tried to find the cheapest answer for me. Even when it turned out I needed a more expensive thing done, they were still more fair than anywhere else I called. So with the people and service being as great as they were, you can t go anywhere better.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning
