Got rear-ended and took my car to Minor Wreck Express. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional and worked to find us the most inexpensive ways to repair. We were keeping the car for our youngest so we explained we didn't want to put a lot of money into it for a 17 year old. So if it didn't look perfect, that was ok. They were very transparent with pricing. The cost to fix was $600 less than the quote due to them working to find the best price for parts. This is the second time we have used them and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job on my car. It looks brand new again. The estimated price was just about spot on. What they quoted and was it cost was only a $100 difference. The estimated time to be done was 2 days less than they thought. Plus they were the most reasonably priced place. I The staff was amazing and very helpful. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicles!! Thank you so much!!!

Minor Wreck Express is THE place to take your vehicle for those pesky repairs - whether they are your fault or not! Hail damage? Broken tail light from hitting the garbage cans in your driveway? Even the quote process is smooth and easy with their app. Get your vehicle's dings and dents taken care of, you won't be disappointed!

They do amazing work! I had a car accident in 2019 & they put the car back together without being able to tell anything ever happened. A few months ago part of the car had a little rust & I called them to see what could be done and they set the appointment & covered that work under the warranty from 2019! Truly impressive! I picked up my car yesterday & the inside was even clean! All around amazing experience & I love a company that truly stands behind their work. 1000% recommend them for any work you may need!

I had a deer jump from the ditch on a back highway and it smoked my box side mid air. Pushed it in right on a body line and popped some paint due to an internal bracket. The team at Minor Wreck Express did a phenomenal job repairing it, to the point that you'd never be able to tell it was damaged. They were constantly in contact, keeping me updated by email through the whole process.They completed this repair in a timely manner, especially for the amount of labor involved. Paint, clear, and buff job is excellent. One happy customer here!

I had an awesome experience at Minor Wreck Express. They were able to give me a quote to fix my pickup via online submission form - provided pics of the front bumper area that was smashed. Quote was provided in a very timely manner, the estimator (Steve) was very polite when he called to clarify the damages and what needed fixed - quote process very easy. When I called back to schedule service Steve had already made sure that they could secure a bumper for my truck. Scheduled very quickly and the turn around time wasn't bad either (3-4 days). When I called to check on my truck the receptionist was also very friendly. I'm not very knowledgeable on vehicles and they made sure all of my questions and concerns were covered. Excellent service, truck looks great and everything is in working order - they even cleaned it up before returning it to me and I haven't seen my truck that clean in a while! Great job and totally stress-free. I had a couple DEEP door dings that I couldn t imagine them being fixable but I was SHOCKED at how great it looked when they were done! I ll be back again, I m sure!

I have been going to Minor Wreck Express for years and they always go above and beyond. Dave Husky, the owner, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to all things car related. My truck had been in need of repair multiple times (anything from a small dent, to having all of my windows, mirror, and doors busted on one side). They were helpful in sealing up my windows while I was in transit, offering fast service when all of the parts were in, and providing flawless results. Abracadabra - crushes rear end and dented side be gone!Backed nearly new civic into Uhaul parked in driveway and rear end crushed like tin can - took photo - emailed to Minor wreck and had quote almost immediately! It was much less than dealer - replaced entire bumper, light and repainted to blend - look like new! They do excellent work and honor the quote.Honest and will give you some even lower cost options if you don t have to have it perfect.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had two small scrapes on the same fender touched-up as a test run of their quality-of-work, and had I been pleased with the results, would have moved forward with a full respray of the panel. The touch-up application is truly slapdash, and neither the work itself nor the excuses offered after the fact inspire any confidence about their capability to complete a repair that demands even greater care and attention to detail.Service: Painting

I have had my own personal vehicle as well as my business vehicles repaired by Minor Wreck Express and would recommend them over and over again. They make unfortunate events as seamless as possible. Somehow they not only repair the damage but leave my vehicle cleaner and nicer than when I dropped it off. Just recently had my bumper replaced due to an accident I was in. They were very easy to work with, no pressure on anything and they did an amazing job. The bumper on my Jeep looks brand new. There was an issue with the insurance company and Minor Wrecks employees/ owners were very nice and understanding about the situation and got me all taken care of! They even cleaned the whole inside of my Jeep before returning! Have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. Bryan and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Prompt service and communication. Estimate was right on and timing of repairs were well communicated and met within the timeline given. My car looks brand new after a fender bender. Best surprise was getting in my car after the repairs to a detailed interior with hand written thank you card! This was totally unexpected and above and beyond. Gave me my car back in WAY better condition than I left it.

This place is great! The owner is ethical I brought him a vehicle and he provided me his professional opinion on rust that I had on a vehicle based on honesty I brought him another vehicle and his representative Brian is awesome with communicating step by step on process of vehicle they even assisted with helping me find transportation while vehicle was being repaired and went above and beyond when I mention my sunroof was leaking they fixed that as well. There is no wonder on why they have great reviews they go above and beyond to solve the customers problem. This is the second time we've had Minor Wreck Express do autobody repair on one of our cars. The first time my son's car needed repair following a front end accident and they performed all the necessary work in a timely manner at a final cost that was below several other estimates. We decided to bring my daughter's car to them following recent hail damage, and once again they did a superb job at a very reasonable cost. We will not even bother to check with other autobody repair shops in the future, should the need ever arise. In addition to the excellent results we had with the repairs, the staff is friendly, take the time to explain the estimate costs and are more than willing to work with the insurance company and the customer.Service: Body & Trim

Minor Wreck Expressed was referred by Fast Tire after lugs nuts worked their way loose after work at Fast Tire and the tire flew off while driving! Estimate process was very quick. Great communication and work was completed on time.Very friendly staff. I called Brian about a week ago asking if could give me an estimate after being told by another body shop to total out my car.Throughout the entire process the business was professional and very thorough. We had to buy used parts and I was offered to come in and view before being put onto my vehicle which I appreciated.When picking up my vehicle it was washed and also detailed inside which was very unexpected and appreciated! 10/10 would recommend to others! We had a great experience with Minor Wreck Express. I needed a mirror replaced and had a dent fixed, plus buff and touch up around my entire vehicle. They provide free estimates and are fairly priced. Great customer service!

**Excellent customer service.** I took my vehicle to have the side mirror fixed. Unfortunately, the color match was off and they offered to fix the mistake when it was convenient for me. I took my vehicle in another time and not only was the paint fixed they washed AND cleaned the interior of my vehicle. It was a pleasant surprise that went above and beyond my expectations!

I took my Jeep here after being rear ended last week and picked it up today. Everyone is so kind here! When I pulled up today to drop the rental car off and get my Jeep I noticed it was washed. They did an excellent job fixing the repairs I needed. We also got the windshield replaced and it looks great! As I got into my car it had be cleaned and vacuumed which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Minor Wreck Express! Thank you guys for everything you did!!:)

I meant to leave this review the second I drove away from the shop. All 3 employees I encountered, the flexibility, and the quick turn around on my repair was far above my expectations. They squeezed me the day I called to tell them my driver side door came off the hinges. I have and will continue to recommend this auto body shop to everyone know. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and fair price.

I had pretty high hopes considering most of the reviews were positive and I only needed a simple repair but I couldn t have been more wrong. The repair itself was fine, aside from the way the interior of my car was left afterwards. The issues that arose from that repair were a different story. I m not sure if this company is deliberately trying to mislead their customers or if it s just a huge breakdown in communication between their workers. Either way, I shouldn t have to pay to have somewhere else fix the issues they caused during repair and I don t appreciate being lied to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Minor Wreck did an excellent job repairing damage to the paint on my car. Their estimate was approximately HALF the cost of a local competitor, and the final bill was within $20 of their estimate. The owner (Dave) seems like an honest and hard-working guy who does everything he can to make the customer happy. I highly recommend this local business to anyone!

I recently had some damage done to my car and it was very little but still enough to bother me, took to Minor Wreck and worked with Dave, the quality of work and the way he explained how he can make my car look again had me sold! They were the cheapest bid I got and I could not be happier with the end results. The people there were all so friendly as well. I will use them again in the future.

I have used Minor Wreck Express dozens of times over the last several years. As an Insurance Agent, I need someone I can trust and Jamie and his staff are top notch. My clients have loved working with them as well. I have personally had to use them for my families cars as well and they have been very easy to work with and do an amazing job.

Honestly couldn't have asked for better! My fiance recommended Minor Wreck to me and I'd recommend them to anyone! 1. The communication was fast, clear and respectful. 2. They did a fantastic job repairing some deep paint scrapes + scratches on my car. They made it look brand new! 3. They were, by far, the most affordable option compared to two other quotes I got from Des Moines area shops. 4. My car was done earlier than expected. 5. When I picked up my car, I found that they washed it, tidied up the inside and left me a handwritten thank you note inside. Thanks so much, Minor Wreck!
