Trevor has always been very loyal, reasonably priced and always gets me in right away when I need help! Never taken advantage like other shops. I highly recommend Jtown.

I have been taking my truck and wifes SUV to J-Town for the last 6 months and J-Town is always honest and has great prices. Won't be going anywhere else except to J-Town. Thank you Trevor for everything and nice to have that comfort of having a local mechanic who you can trust with your car needs.

Poor work. I was going through a hard time in my life when I paid him a good amount of money to repair my truck. On my way home from his shop I broke down over heating issue come to find out he used SELF TAPPING SCREWS to hold my fan shroud to my radiator. Not the kind of work I'd expect from a 1,000.00 plus bill.

Trevor has always done right by me, answering any and all questions relating to the work being needed now or in the future. Pricing is fair and I am always able to get my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. I've taken both of my vehicles there for a variety of issues and JTown has always been great!

Trevor has worked on our cars for years, and then our kids' cars when they became old enough to drive and started driving our two older cars. My daughter and I were recently going to drive to Idaho together, and she got her car into Trevor at the last minute to make sure it was safe for a long drive like that. It needed some serious work, including new front brakes, but he did it quickly in time for us to leave for the trip. Her car is a 2005 Subaru with a 2012 engine, but it's definitely seen better days. On the way to Cheyenne, it seemed like it was acting up a little, so I called Trevor the next morning and just to be safe he called a shop in Cheyenne that would look at the repairs he did under warranty and make sure all was ok. They got us in right away that morning and they just found an oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced but wasn't serious. They even pressure-checked some things Trevor had done and found it all checked out fine. It was just good to have that peace of mind. Trevor was looking out for us even while we were on the road, and I would recommend J-Town Auto if you want a shop that cares about you - not just your car.

I had an issue with my AC Compressor that was causing my vehicle to shut down intermittently. Trevor, the owner at J Town Auto went above to help me out. This place does quality work and trustworthy place! I have used J Town auto a couple of times now and the experience has been great each time. It can be hard to find a quality, trustworthy and budget friendly automotive repair place and so I m happy to have J Town auto nearby for any vehicle concerns that may arise.

6 stars actually instead of 5. Brought my van in after tired of getting quotes for $100+ oil changes. Great price, great service. You can tell the owner just simply wants to do good business. Will be bringing both my my vehicles here for service from now on and if you live in Johnston and want to support local small business, this is the place!Service: Oil change

The shield underneath the car got messed up on a long drive from Chicago to visit relatives who live around the corner from J-Town. The J-Town team allowed us to come in even though it was technically after hours going into a long holiday weekend and didn't even charge us to do the work. Very much appreciated--would very much look to use them on a regular basis if we lived in town!

Trevor and the others at J-town went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn t have asked for greater help. They took great care of me and did everything to fix my car. They were real about cost, expectations and didn t try to push me into anything. I have used J-Town Auto for years. The owner, Trevor, is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and very honest regarding repairs. Very rare these days. He will not recommend anything not needed, and will tell you what can wait and be done later, or what is essential to repair. Very reasonable fees.I highly recommend J-Town Auto. You will be in great hands.

Trevor went above and beyond for me! He was recommend to me by a family member, who has had him work on their cars for years.He is running a truly great business. His pricing was honest and fair, he even had a car for me to drive while my car was in the shop. I would recommend him for everything and anything that has to do with your automobile.

Took my Subaru in for brake repair and they found some other issues.What set this place apart was that they were totally transparent about the issues, very clear in their explanation of the issues and were priced very competitively.Turns out they re also a one-stop-shop for auto repair, tires, etc.Support this place! I recommend this auto shop to anyone, I did my dot inspection here and I have referred my of my friends. The owner is a very friendly guy and does his job perfectly on time. He didn't keep your vehicle.

My brother's truck broke down here on his way to Alaska. Trevor was an answer to prayer. He and his staff gave outstanding service, were sympathetic to my brother needing to get back on the road in a timely manner, and the charges were in line with what we would have expected. We can't say enough good about this experience! J-Town treats people right!

The staff at J-town was fast, courteous and didn't overcharge. If you need repair in Johnston, go here! They repair all types of engines, even mowers they told me.

Took my Lexus in for valve cover leak and was told the water pump was leaking as well, then was told the timing belt was bad to . They installed the water pump and belt , the water pump failed so I returned it to J-Town .Was told the motor was bad and needed a new motor , took it to the the Lexus Dealer for a second opinion and was told the water pump and timing belt were installed incorrectly they took a video and sent it to me. J-Town told me it got hot , which it never did and has refused to fix the car after three weeks I now have to take the legal route .

This has been my guy for 20 years. He's always busy, so schedule in advance. Totally trustworthy - he's too booked up to BS you with unnecessary work. I don't know what I'd do without him. Bribe him with Gatorades for his shop fridge. Buy Schaffer oils for your motorcycle. But really, the more people go to his shop, the longer I have to wait for a brake job. So maybe stay away from my guy. In fact, forget I ever wrote this. DELETE!

Great people, knowledgeable and will not treat you wrong. If you have a Diesel, good bet they can fix it. Along with any other thing you need fixed, from a go cart to a Lamborghini, if you bring it to Trevor and his guys, they will fix it!!

Reasonably priced for quality work. Polite staff and quick service. Reasonable tow cost straight to their lot, which unfortunately is gravel, so walking around is sometimes muddy.
