This is the first time I bought a car from out of state and without test driving it. Audi of Des Moines provided excellent service. AJ was amazing and made sure I had pictures and video of the vehicle and we FaceTimed many times so I could look at the car. AJ answered all of my questions and was so helpful and patient. They were very responsive, extremely flexible and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I had such an amazing experience at Audi of Des Moines! Susie Baldwin was fantastic to work with - she was able to answer all my questions, discuss options, and was so helpful throughout the whole process - she knew what I would like even when I didn t! And to top it off, I got an absolutely beautiful car for a great price that I m so happy with!

I recently purchased (2/29) a used 2020 Subaru Outback from Audi Des Moines and had nothing but the best customer service experience from the front desk through sales and ending in finance. My salesman was Michael Allison-Billings and he did an amazing job taking time listening to what I wanted from a vehicle and was flexible with my work schedule in setting up time to test drive and meet on short notice.There was no push and pressure that you might feel at other dealerships and the experience left me knowing that I will be coming back here for another vehicle in a couple years when my wife is ready to trade-in her car. Truly a great customer experience and am extremely glad I worked with the team at Audi Des Moines to get the car I did. Thanks!

Searched high and low for the right car, after loving Volvo for over 15 years and having 4 in my family, my time came for a new brand (to me). Both my son and wife already moved to Audi and I learned quickly, it would be an option. After months of searching, I zeroed in on the Q7 Premiere Plus with all the add ons. Looked at several dealers in Minneapolis/ St Paul, found one, but the sales person wasn t really wanting to sell me a car. Too many excuses, when I said yes, let s roll, they kept dragging their feet. So I bailed.Then found Audi of Des Moines, Iowa (Johnston)Mike took my call, was impressed with his attention to detail as details matter. I found him Wednesday evening, called him back Thursday about 9:30 AM - said let s do it. In less than 60 minutes he sent me the purchase agreement, I said I would see him Friday about Noon. I didn t sleep much that night, I felt like a kid a Christmas! Full of excitement and anticipation of roadtrips to come. The friendliness of all at the dealership was exceptional and what I was looking for. Outstanding dealership.First roadtrip is Utah early March. C Mon!!The drive home, was better than Master Card being priceless. It was EPICThen Saturday, Mike calls me asking how my trip home was, making sure all was well and I was safe. Class act Mike. He and his cohorts, should teach a few things to other dealers, they may learn a few things.Today, just over a week of my new to me 2020 Q7, I am in awe and so so happy. I had looked online & then went to this location with the vehicle i had in mind! I was literally in my mom sweats & a hoodie & they didn t even bat an eye. Myself & my mother met Susie Baldwin! She s such a pleasure to work with. We let them know our budget & i test drove a Durango. It rode like butter! Susie made sure i knew everything about the vehicle top to bottom! She was personal & informative which you do not find often. She was so appreciated during this process now my mom wants an electric blue Audi q5! Susie made us permanent customers!

The team at ADM was able to take a look at an issue with my car with only a couple days lead time before binging it in which was very convenient. I was provided a loaner so I could get to work and back while my car was serviced and must have run over a mail on the way which caused one tire to go completely flat. They very quickly brought me another loaner car while they put a spare on the other one to take back to the dealership. They made what could have been a very inconvenient situation for me into a non issue given their quick response and convenient solution. Many thanks to them!

Rob Bridges - Great guy, wonderful customer service and knowledgeable about the inventory. Saw to it I had a full tank of gas, new wheels, etc. My last dealer, the battery was near dead, the tank was on E, and the wheels hadn't been replaced since its last owner. Highly recommend his service if you choose this dealer!

Had my oil change in my 2018 Audi. AJ they re on the sales floor was very nice and came out to speak with my wife and I as we were waiting. He has a true passion for his job and knows the ends in the out of the vehicle very well. It was a pleasure spending time with him, we had a great experience overall.

I stopped in for an emergency service appointment first thing in the morning on a Saturday and Audi of Des Moines got me in and out in 2 hours and able to make it back home. Robyn Olson was the crucial piece to how I was able to successfully get my vehicle back on the road and ready to drive 200 miles back home. This is the finest customer service there is.

Sold me a car with the premise it was in great shape and had good condition tires and everything was in working order. Less than 6 months and I've had to replace all 4 tires now the battery. They are not doing maintenance work on the vehicles sitting on their lot and it's become very obvious. Check the vehicle you are purchasing THOUROUGHLY because they sure can pitch a garbage pail sale.

Excellent experience with Audi Des Moines. We had an extremely smooth trade-in/purchase experience. We were treated like valuable customers from start to finish. Our salesperson Dan was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. George made the price negotiations straight forward and fair. Aleks made the paperwork process simple and efficient. UPDATE: 6/16 - Awesome customer service. John M reached out and immediately understood the situation we were facing. Offered to make it right and we came to a satisfactory agreement on both ends. Very impressed with how they resolved this and turned a sour situation into a positive one.Previous: 1/5 StarsDidn t ask before washing my fathers Q5 that had just been paint corrected and coated. Swirls, scratches, water spots, etc. all over the paint. Have to send back to the detailer to completely redo. Very unprofessional service.

My experience with Susie Baldwin at Audi Des Moines was absolutely fantastic! This was my first experience buying a vehicle from any dealership and I admit I was very nervous when I came in, however Susie was amazing to work with and made everything go super smoothly and eased my anxiety I had with the whole process. She was very kind, understanding, and thorough with every detail of my new vehicle. I cannot express just how pleased I am with my visit and business with Audi Des Moines and Susie!

The Maintenance department at this dealership has, over three years of my patronage:- Installed new tires backwards (inside out).- "Forgotten" to install new tires that were paid for.- Told me that they broke some "unimportant" clips that restrained interior components while they were diagnosing a problem but that everything was put back together. Turns out, these components were completely loose in my car, just sitting in the back.Also among my issues with Audi DesMoines:- Would not give me an itemization of the cost of proposed repairs.- Wanted to sell me an ultrasonic cleaning service for my cabin air filter for $332.50. A new cabin filter costs $40.00.- Would not tell me how the system they diagnosed as the problem source was contributing to the symptoms my car was experiencing.If you want to have your Audi serviced at a dealership, drive to Audi of Omaha; that's what I will be doing from now on. I've had no problems with them the few times I've gone there. Their maintenance advisors are considerably more friendly anyway.

We had the absolute best experience purchasing a car from Audi Des Moines. We found the car online and live out of state. This was our first time to buy a car and not do it in person. Our sales representative, AJ, was wonderful to work with sending us a video of the car, making himself available to answer any question we had and even texting after hours to ensure we received the car and the process went well. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically AJ as your representative.

Amar is the best sales individual. He is extremely detailed, honest and prompt in his responses. I flew to Iowa to pick up the car and the vehicle was exactly as expected. Amar had the paperwork ready to god and the process was fast and easy.

Brian did a great job. I had an issue with my car that seemed impossible to solve. He worked with the mechanics long after I got my car back, and one day, out of the blue, he called me and said they had figured out the problem. I took my car to them, and they fixed it. Thank you!

If I could give zero I would. My wife and I purchased a van about a month ago. Not only did multiple lights come on right away prompting us to have to take a 1 1/2 hour drive back to have it fixed but 2 weeks later the driver side panel of the car just flew off on the highway! I don t mean an accessory but a part of the car that was manufactured to it. The service manager told me it is no different than a truck in front of you kicking a rock up and cracking your windshield imagine driving down the highway and an entire panel fixed to the car flys off. Totally different when nothing happened beside driving the car. We have had 4 different issues now and have only had the car 2 months. Also, do not buy the additional warranty they offer. It covers things that will virtually never happen except a piece of your car coming off out of nowhere!
